Sehr freundlicher Verleih und hilfsbereit, Ski mit relativ vielen Gebrauchsspuren aber die Funktion nicht beeinträchtigt - Service des Skis hätte etwas besser sein können (Standardschliff war wohl 88 Grad für einen Rennski) Laden zweckmässig, Depot nicht getestet

Völlig überfüllt zu fast jeder Zeit. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich, jedoch sind die Abläufe völlig chaotisch organisiert. Jeder macht alles und dabei arbeiten Mitarbeiter unfreiwillig gegeneinander.Das Skideopt wurde nicht mehr genutzt, nachdem zwei unserer entliehenen Sachen am nächsten Tag weg waren und wir neues Material finden mussten.

Wir haben unsere Skier vorbestellt per Internet. Leider war aber nicht das reserviert was wir wollten. Ich kam mit meinen Ski überhaupt nicht zurecht. Ich muss aber sagen, das ich den Ski am nächsten Tag gegen einen andren getauscht habe. Dies war überhaupt kein Problem. Die Mitarbeiter haben sich wirklich bemüht, dann doch das richtige Material für mich zu bekommen. Der kleine Wehrmutstropfen war echt die Vorbestellung der per Internett.

Leider war der Ski den ich in meiner Größe 4 Wochen vorher reserviert hatte nicht da. Dafür bekam ich das Vorjahresmodell. Auch andere Marken im Bereich Platin waren nicht in meiner Größe vorhanden. Die Verkäufer sprachen nur englisch oder italienisch.

Good service and flexibility.

My ski were in a very bad state and when I asked to change I receive very old ski in a bad state too. The quality of the material was very poor for the gold standard.

There were a lot of customers the first day. For this reason we had the first day poor equipment because they were sold out. The next day they apologized and we got much better stuff. The lockers were very nice and the staff also.

I booked many month before. But when we came to pick up our ski there were none. The first day I got really bad ski and ski boot. I still had to pay for all seven day rental.

Location is perfect, Close to lift and parking. Skistorage and boot dryers are really good and the logistics in the morning worked out fine. Rental service was easy and perhaps one more person could be helping out with the boots because this is the moment which takes the most time. Some of the boots was quite worn, upgrades would be useful here. Also the skis in some cases were not new, quite worn. When returning your equipment perhaps a receipt could be given that all the skis and boots are returned, maybe a more logical return handling. We just put the boots on the floor and got a bit worried if ours had been entered in the computer. Finally the price was alright being in the high season but the equipment could have been slightly better.

Good placed ski rent shop, close to lift and Daolasa gondola. Skis very damaged, quality varies. Ordered specific pair of skies werenot ready for collection. Pleasant manager with good English, other staff with very limited English so difficult to communicte.Free depot means shlves not boxes

Good equipment. Sadly there weren’t enough lockers available. Although they were promised when we booked.

Got the wrong size of helmet. Tried to change. No success. After we got home we were contacted from the rental place saying we vad not payed although we had. They also contacted our hotel and they also contacted us. A big thing about nothing !

Highly efficient, good quality equipment, conveniently located

By book via the websita I was able to provide my data and it was present at the counter when I arrived. The service was fast and very good and even included storage for the skies, poles and boots. The boots were dried and heated when I arrived in the mornings.

Vasta scelta , anche se non nuovissima (avevamo prenotato la fascia oro)e ottimamente posizionato ma sarà stato forse per la notevole affluenza abbiamo prenotato in 5 ed in 4 abbiamo avuto problemi di scarponi tanto da farceli cambiare. Da dire anche che il cambio ha soddisfatto tutti.

Całkiem dobra wypożyczalnia. Na dyzy plus zasługuje możliwość rezerwacji sprzętu przez internet i skorzystanie z tej opcji w języku polskim.
