The staff were very helpful, our equipment was ready when we arrived but they were more than happy to change the boots until we found a configurable pair. Would definitely return.

Try to charge twice for rental, make the customer prove they paid - like any ski rental allows customers to hire and use first before they pay- annoying end to the week

Monica was fantastic! We left the skiing equipment at the shop overnight and it was always ready for us to collect every morning. We could not fault their service and we will definitely use Passet again if we go back to Sestriere. Thanks Monica !

It was a great experience - from ordering to daily support. Willing to help us combine skies and boards during the week (five persons), storing equipment and even our shoes when going to the slopes. Just amiable service, thus busy shop personnel and a stressed week. Best prices and must be the best service as well. Going back to Sestriere, I definitely booked PASSET equipment again.

Superb customer service, nothing is ever too much trouble. All the equipment rented is in top condition, and the staff/owner is super helpful - from hot boots in the morning to getting us a taxi back down to Oulx. The Passet Sport team made our few days in Sestriere the best they could be.
