I had great customer service- everyone was helpful and kind. I really enjoyed my gear and everything was prepared quickly for me. I initially did 3 days and came back for 2 more days because I enjoyed my experience so much. Right by a key bus stop too!

My skis- I paid for skis for an expert skier, but i was given skis that were too short, so i changed them to head skis next day. The din setting was set to 4.5, so I fell out of my skis 3 times the first day! I changed rhe setting myself, to 6.5. My daughter changed her skis as well- the guy in the shop said that the skis she had were rubbish, and no good for skiing- I had rented these from shop 3! I had to pay more to xhange them. You should not be renting skis that are no good, given we have to pay a lot to rent them

The 3 guys that helped me were awesome! Very professional and patient getting me in the correct boots with a good fit. I had found a crack in one of my own ski boot shells 3 days before leaving for Italy and could not take my own boots. They did not have my size in a 120 flex boot so one fellow ran to one of the other locations and back to bring me a pair of Head boots that were great. The Salomon SL skis I rented were tuned well. Excellent grip and fresh wax a bit faster than my guide instructor's Atomic Redsters on the flats. Rent with confidence from these guys!

Shop had plenty of choice of quality equipment. Skis were well serviced and easy to pre book online. . Staff were very experienced and served customers quickly and efficiently. Overall experience was excellent. Will definitely use again when in Cortina.

My wife and I rented Kastle skis and they were tuned and in excellent condition. I loved mine and my wife exchanged hers more of a race type ski (HEAD). The staff were happy to service us and replace her skis no problem. After the exchange she loved her skis. Overall the staff were great as are there computer tracking and identification software they use.

Snow Service provides an excellent service. We travelled to Italy with carry on bags so we rented almost everything.

I asked them to provide me with the ski that best fits the current conditions in Cortina. The matched that with my ability and style of skiing I enjoy. The result was perfection. I had complete control on the slopes and it allowed me to have an amazing experience.

Booked skis online and had a super easy pickup experience. Employee gave recommendations on a change to the ski type I selected given the snow conditions which we appreciated. We were in and out in under 10 minutes!

I changed my pick up to Snow Service 2 - it was excellent and prompt service on a busy Saturday evening.

The 2 that processed my equipment were not very patient or helpful with options and/or information. I felt like they were just trying to get through the interaction so they could get back to looking at their phones.

Abbiamo potuto ritirare il materiale il pomeriggio prima. Il personale è stato molto cordiale e disponibile.

Personae e negazio impeccabili. Bravissimi. Solo un appunto: le maschere ed i caschi hanno bisogno di un grande rinnovo qualitativo. Le forniture sono vecchie e di qualità scadente. Non si può, oltretutto, sciare con un casco ed una maschera non perfettamente compatibili tra loro e che quindi non consentono di adattarsi bene al viso. Per il resto ottimi servizi.
