Wir sind mit unserer großen Gruppe (8 Personen) freundlich unkompliziert und geduldig bedient worden. Da der Skiverleih direkt am Lift ist war alles optimal.Vielen Dank!

Wir haben außer einer Ausrüstung geliehen u.a. Eine neue Skibrille gekauft sowie einen Snowboardservice machen lassen. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und die Beratung top. Wir würden hier wieder ausleihen bzw. einkaufen.

Immer wieder gerne in diesem Shop, sehr höflich und top Material. Snowboard war wie neu, gute Beratung und direkt an der Piste gelegen!!

Das Material ist veraltet und auch nicht entsprechend hergerichtet. Nicht zu empfehlen.

I did send 2 mails to make a reservation of 2 ski boxes and mentioned it also on the reservation of the boots. But the ski boxes were not reserved. I do this already since years and it is the first time this happened. I hope it is not the case next year.

We had good experience from renting the skis in your shop. Assistance was very professional and all our need had been satisfied. Thank you.
We have rented skis for 3 kids on Saturday. We were in the shop around 11.00 AM but they said to come back around 3.00PM The shop was so overcrowded that it took about 1 hour to get the skis and to pay (almost 20 minutes queue for the payment). Other customers had to try their boots outside the shops !

Kids skiis was swapped accidentally by children (5 yrs old) in the same ski school group and this was noticed upon the return of the equipment. Staff reaction on this was unfriendly and unfair :"you have 1 hour to find the correct skiis or I will charge you... " Bad communication.
The team were very accommodating and pleasant. The storage room below was very convenient.

The guys at the rent location were extremely nice and professional. The location is perfect outside the ski school (if you book ski lessons you get a discount). Overall Perfect.

I promised a follow up of a weekly rental 108325. The rental center staff was more than 5* helpful. Unfortunately, the bad experience was with the equipment. More precise with the model accordance to the category and the fact it was very old. I booked and paid for 2x advanced. I received 1 almost OK - Rossignol REACT GTX and 1 bellow average - ATOMIC REDSTER X5. When you mismanage the accordance, you can't charge extra the client for an "upgrade" for the last 2 days. The owner of Point was incredibly kind and helpful. He really went the extra mile to help us find the right equipment and was very knowledgeable. I’ve been skiing for many years and this was probably the best rental experience I have had.

Friendly and helpful staff. Shop close to a ski lift. Good quality skis, comfortable boots. Lockers under the shop available to rent if needed. Very reasonable ski and boot hire cost. Would highly recommend Point rent a ski. Thank you!

Good material and no hassle when we wanted to change ski’s or accidentally broke a pole.
Very good and knowledgeable. My skis worked better than those of my friends- they were walking whilst I was still sliding along!
Smooth renting process
The shop was very well located beside the new ski school. The staff were very welcoming and helpful even upgrading some of our skis free off charge. The team also helped me with a ski service for my own skis leaving them in great condition.

The lockers system is very convenient!
Easy communication, you can try the size and pick up earlier (before your booking date) in the evening.
We booked fof4 people online and were dealt with very quickly & efficiently. My ski needed realigning after a a fall and they did this quickly. We rented lockers for the equipment which was conveniently below the shops and right by the ski lift. Returning stuff at the end of the holiday was without issue and completed in minutes.

Very well located ski rental shop, next to the ski lift and ski school. Personnel is very helpful and kind. The shop is relatively small so try to avoid rush hour.

Possono migliorare nel servizio ai clienti, soprattutto se prima c'è stata un "incomprensione" e possono fare qualcosa per recuperare, soprattutto se stai noleggiando per diversi€; diciamo che se evitano di lasciarti l'amaro in bocca l'esperienza resta migliore. Per il resto è un ottimo servizio che riprenderei.

Staff very helpful and professional to satisfy everyone needs. The shop is very close to New Ski School Livigno as well as to the slopes. Hence it is very easy especially for the beginners! Would greatly recommend this service. Will definately use their service again next year. Thanks.
