These people are awesome. Quick friendly efficient and super convenient. The place is a tardis, looks small from the outside but have everything you need and more.

Fantastic ski rental!!! Wonderful, very nice and technically great people who are always there to help you. Everything is fast, very efficient and in a very cheerful atmosphere. In 5 days I tried 6 different skis and boots!!! They were fed up with me but never showed it!!!

Great rental experience. Provided options for rental, with potential to swap if it didn't work out. Really friendly service and right next to the CRETAZ chairlift for easy pick up and drop off at end of trip. Fantastic. A place I would go again.

We had a brilliant experience renting our ski equipment. The service is amazing and the quality of the items we rented was perfect! The location is exceptional for the Cretaz lift.

Unassuming shop which belies the quality of service (excellent), equipment (top notch) & location (20 yards from the chair lift) . Highly recommend as one of the best rentals I've had in 25 years of skiing! FYI I had a minor hick-up when someone took my ski's during a pit stop at the Chalet Etoile on the piste - called Alessandro in the shop who was a star, spoke with the restaurant and arranged them to adjust the bindings to feet my boots - in the end my ski's were returned so not necessary, but appreciated the service going the extra mile. Will definitely go back to Cervinia and definitely go back to Noleggio Cretaz.

The worst place I've ever rented equipment in the last 20 years. Rude slow service. a tiny shop with no choice. There are so many rental options in the area and stay away from this place.

The shop is very well located (only a minute walk from the shop to ski lifts), services is excellent and the equipment quality is good. If I need to find a draw back is the shop size may be a bit small but it doesn’t concern me at all. The plus is way above this small draw back.

The staff in the ski shop were most helpful and went out of their way to ensure we had the right ski equipment and comfortable boots. Mid-holiday we took our skis back to the shop and requested they be re-waxed. We were asked to drop them off at the end of the day's skiing and they were ready for collection first thing the next morning. They also polished the tips for us. Exemplary service.

Service beyond reproach. I asked a question via internet and received answer almost immediately. I went to the store on the evening before the rental period and all the equipment was set up for the family very quickly. The following morning, the equipment was ready and waiting for us outside the shop, no queing or waiting. During the first ride I noticed the boots were a bit too large for me. I went back and again received immediately a new pair, which fit perfectly. Of course, this was not the high season...

Easy to book, good quality gear, friendly flexible service. Happy to swap gear as the week progressed. Good value for money. Thoroughly recommended.

Grande professionalità unita ad un ambiente accogliente. Da Alessandro, oltre al noleggio di attrezzatura di qualità a due passi dalle piste, ritrovo ogni anno un ambiente accogliente che mi fa sentire a casa!

Baita gestita da spagnoli. Titolare scortese, in 4 giorni di pernottamento non ci hanno mai cambiato gli asciugamani. Trovati alcuni insetti in bagno. Nonostante avessimo la mezza pensione bisogna comunque pagare integrazioni per quasi qualsiasi piatto a cena. Ciliegina sulla torta il parcheggio: ti dicono di parcheggiare in paese e dargli il numero di targa e poi ti ritrovi l'auto rimossa.. Spero in un cambio di gestione al più presto, è un peccato gestire in questo modo un posto così.

Noleggio in posizione strategics: a ridosso delle piste. Proprietario estremamente gentile e disponibile, molto attento alle esigenze del cliente. Negozio piccolo, con poco spazio a disposizione: in alcune circostanze non c'è la possibilità di depositare gli sci noleggiati.

Personale estremamente cordiale e disponibile, preparato tecnicamente per indicare al cliente il prodotto più adatto alle esigenze; mi sento di consigliarlo vovamente.

Anna e Ali sono fantastici, sono molto disponibili e ben informati sull'attrezzatura da sci, ma anche molto divertenti con cui parlare. Ci siamo davvero divertiti a stare con loro ogni giorno. Nelle nostre ultime 10 visite a Cervinia abbiamo noleggiato attrezzatura da sci in altri luoghi consigliati dagli hotel, ma abbiamo sempre avuto esperienze negative/misti, soprattutto evitate Ski Hire Cervinia 2001, gente fredda senza calore, nessun interesse ad aiutarvi e totalmente inflessibile se c'è maltempo o un problema. Anna e Ali a Noleggio Cretz sono i migliori!!

I was very satisfied with La Genzianella near hotel Astoria where I received my equipment. Ski poles I got was a bit too short but I could still use them without a problem. I recommend this place!
