The staff were a pleasure to deal with and the bike I rented got the job done even if ECO was a bit on the sluggish side.

I’m really happy with service. The equipment was perfect and I was able to rent my bike for one more day even though I only reserved it for one day. Everyone at Okay Rent were super nice.

The staff was super nice and helpfull with everything.
On one bike, the brake pads were either new or contaminated with oil. Because of this, the brakes did not hold well on the first slopes.
