E-bikes were great. MTBs were OK. Drive train could have been a bit cleaner. Helmets were a bit old.

Really enjoyed our tandem ebike ride. Would have been helpful to have more assistance with the bike and how to use it.

Awful attitude of staff giving out poorly maintained and incorrectly described equipment, I would say of a dangerous state. Never would I recommend this company. Worst I have ever used. Returned bikes after 2 days they were so bad, even though booked for 4. No refund, just shrug of shoulders from ignorant staff.

Funactive Rent needs to have a parking lot. A large number of people going to rent bikes are going to need to park their cars. FunActive rent did not offer much helpful guidance about where to park. We ended up missing a full hour of our bike rental time due to searching for parking. Other than that, we had a great experience. The bikes were great and we had a great ride.

We had the absolute best experience and time with fun active rent. One day I took the mountain electric e bike to cortina from Dobbiaco and it was beautiful. They had a very simple and easy rental service and will help plan your trip out. I will rent from them every time! They are awesome.

Great bike! - I had a fabulous time doing lots of gravel trails up the mountains for a couple of weeks - the Mtb was perfect for it! - and excellent service!

Everyone was really helpful and the experience was smooth. The e-bikes were in great condition. There wasn't any equipment on the bike (lights, bags, tools, ...). We had backpacks so this wasn't a real issue for us.
