Domenico and the staff are very accomodating, an professional

The staff were very attentive and helpful to us when people had accidentally taken our skis. They let us take out a new set skis at no extra cost until the problem was resolved. This happened twice on our holiday (our skis and poles were taken by accident from our hotel boot room).

Pre-booking prior to arriving at Deghi ensured smooth ski hire. The location and availability of lockers made it 10/10.

Nothing to complain about but in peak season they easily run out of lockers. We were lucky to get the last one but it was for two persons so we ended paying for an extra person for nothing. So make sure yr lodging has a place where to store the skis in the case the lockers are full. It would be better if u r allowed to book the lockers in advance as well.

Staff was very helpful and very friendly. It was appreciated given that we were a little loss with the language barrier and the fact we didn't know Madesimo.

The service was very good, the employees are very fast in picking out the equipment and its very easy to change skies, boots or whatever you want even if it was not in the agreement. Thats something thats very appreciated. Our group upgraded our equipment on the spot and it was no problem, they also didnt charge more money, excellent customer service.

Fast service and knowledgeable

Easy to book online and have everything available the night before which saves time getting out on a blue sky ski day.

Excellent top end skis, well prepared and helpful friendly staff.

I rented expert skis in the first day - excellent equipment quality and service. Had to switch boots at lunch but it was no problem and very quick. The second day I switched to a snowboard. Equipment maintenance was not quite as good, I felt the heel edge of the board needed some servicing as it was a little proud and was catching on icy sections.

Friendly and very helpfull

The only improvement I could suggest is to update the FAQ information on collecting equipment the day before rental starts as we turned up at 5pm but were told we couldn't collect until after 6pm as they had been busy that day.

It was horrible. Because of the ski lesson that my girlfriend from 10 to 12 had booked for 100 euros, we had reserved the skis and boots online the day before. In the end, reserving and booking things in advance turns out to have no advantage at all. We stood in line for more than 100 minutes to finally start the lesson at a quarter past 11, so we lost 75 minutes of lessons. Even after reporting this several times while we were standing in line, no help was offered at all. We will go to another ski rental in the future. Be there 2 hours before or choose another rental.

The staff was very attentive and professional. They had equipment prepared for us quickly. When we broke a skiing pole, they immediately exchanged it for another without any delay. They let us keep our shoes at the store and pointed us towards the ski lifts. They were friendly and helpful. So I rate this experience highly.

Great location good equipment friendly service quick response and quality of the material

The Snowboard Binding was really bad, every now or then I had the reattach it. When I returned the equipment I asked about this problem and the lady answered : "Yes, this type of bind does like this when snow gets into it". I mean, what an answer!! Am I surfing in the water or sliding in the snow?
