When I asked on May 29 to change my MTB rental from JUne 2 to May 31 I received no response. And then found out that you were not even open June 1. Had I known that I would have cancelled my rental before the 48 hour deadline. Instead, i was charged 21 euros for no rental at all. I even went over to Mt Amiata on May 31 to see the trails and found that they were too wet to ride. So better communication would have been helpful. and saved me from wasting money. I realize that I should have checked the website more carefully about your opening times so that is why i will not make a big deal about 21 Euros, but customer service could be better. Maybe it is a language issue. OK, hope it gets drier weather for you as i do think it is good to have organized MTB trails on Amiata, and no one else is renting pure MTBs. Paul Cotran
