Objednání lyží dopředu s 15% slevou bylo příjemné a srozumitelné. Personál v půjčovně byl vstřícný, ochotný. Velmi potěšila možnost výměny za jiný model, pokud by boty či lyže nesedly. Ale i pokud by zákazník měl zájem, vyzkoušet obřačky místo slalomek.

Great customer experience

The guys in the rental shop here couldn't do enough for us. My wife even did a few runs and then went back to change her boots. Not a problem. Couldn't rate these people highly enough. Amazing service and very very helpful.

Excellent equipment, I would highly recommend and use Noleggio Delpero again if I would return. As experienced skier I booked highest class of skis and boots, and before booking I enquired about my favourite model of skis. This model with requested specifications was reserved for me without any issues. Staff was also very helpful when I could try number of different pairs of boots until I picked the ones I was most satisfied with. I enjoyed beautiful week of skiing with brand new skis and boots.

I was extremely pleased with the service. The user-friendly website made it easy to select the items I needed. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, even suggesting that skis could be changed at any time, and they remained amiable during the exchange process.

Really help full staff despite being busy. Good service and Burton Process Snowboards performed well on the mountain. Made the effort to get my sons boots to fit well.

We arrived into the shop 10 minutes before it closed due to a delayed flight. They were still very friendly and helpful. We rented storage from them also and every day they were pleasant and said hello to us. The equipment was perfect. I would recommend Delpero

I highly recommend Delpero - easy booking, quick service (despite big traffic in the shop on Sunday morning) by the helpful staff and good organisation. The equipment worked perfectly - and was definitely an upgrade from the skis and boots I left home. I rented Intermediate.

Easy to book online, quick pick up, Michele and crew were very helpful. One guy, Gino I think, even helped me get out of my ski boots.
