The website reservation system was very easy to use and the shop is very conveniently located next to the old old town of Riva. Constantine was waiting there when we arrived to pick up the E bikes. He even had one of the bikes set up with the infant seat that we had reserved. Constantine could not have been more helpful throughout the entire process. He even came to meet us along the ride to take care of a small issue that we encountered. An overall excellent experience and a great ride thanks to him.

Mihal was excellent when we arrived, had full confidence in the bikes. We got a. Little lost on our route but sent Mihal a photo of where we were and he immediately responded and got us back on track. Great service, don’t look anywhere else. Thank you ☺️

"Reliable and good service. All the necessary equipment was included in the rental: backpack, bottle holder, even water bottles, and route guidance. The bikes were tested to be just right. They even arranged a suitable bike from another rental shop to meet our request. Special thanks for believing that we could handle the route to Lake Ledro – it’s definitely doable if you're used to using gears and brakes and can anticipate the climbs."

We bookede online, one day in advance. And when we came to pick up the bikes, they were already adjusted in higth and so on. Bikes fully charge, water bottle with water, also included. Helmet also included in the rent. The staff was very helpfull to inform about routes an so. If you want to rent a bike, this is definitely the place to goe.

Siamo stati seguiti benissimo, essendo la prima volta che io e mio figlio utilizzavamo una e-bike ci ha spiegato il funzionamento. Siamo stati anche consigliati su alcuni percorsi da fare e ci ha fornito una cartina della zona. Molto disponibile.

Ha spiegato ottimamente come usare le e-bike essendo la prima volta che le usavamo ci ha chiesto che giro volevamo fare e ce lo ha spiegato in tutti i suoi punti e nel caso di bisogno o dubbi di qualsiasi tipo sia per le bici che sul percorso di contattarlo. Abbiamo avuto bisogno contattato tramite whatsapp ci ha risposto subito. Ottimo servizio

Avevo prenotato una doppia ammortizzata, ma non riuscivo a toccare la terra, quindi ho espresso la mia paura di farmi male. Il titolare ha capito subito il mio disagio.e mi ha proposto un altro tipo di bici che costava meno, e mi ha pure ritornato la differenza, di sua spontanea volontà e con il sorriso sulle labbra. Eccezionale e molto umano il modo in cui trattava i clienti!

Signore molto gentile e competente, ci ha spiegato e fatto provare le biciclette prima di intraprendere la strada del Ponale. Ottima posizione del noleggio!

Noleggio bici eccellente, massima disponibilità e cura dei dettagli. Avevamo prenotato due e-bike di cui una con carrellino per cani, per portare con noi (per la prima volta) le mie cagnoline. Il gestore, esperto e disponibilissimo, ci ha dato tutti i consigli del caso, rendendosi anche disponibile a riprendere quel che avevamo noleggiato e restituirci il denaro se le cucciole non avessero sopportato di stare nel carrellino. E in effetti alle cagnoline il nuovo ambiente non è andato a genio.. abbiamo provato a fare un giro di venti minuti, ma abbiamo poi aderito al saggio consiglio del gestore e le abbiamo lasciate tranquille a casa mentre noi abbiamo potuto goderci una bella biciclettata senza carrellino al seguito. Bici molto belle, fornitura inclusa di casco, zainetto, acqua, lucchetto... Ottimi anche i consigli sui percorsi. Insomma: la prossima volta, a Riva del Garda prenderemo le bici sicuramente da Eric e Paul!!!

Personale cortese, possibilità di scegliere la bicicletta tra 3 marche di bici (Ottime Scelte). Nel noleggio c'è il casco, lo zaino, utensili per regolazioni e bottiglia di acqua (raro da trovare nel noleggio)

consegna delle bici, spiegazione dell'attrezzatura e dei percorsi puntuali e precisi. Gentile nel approccio e attrezzattura fornita completa . Consiglio siete a Riva e volete fare un escursione .

Die Ausrüstung für unsere beiden Kinder und für uns Erwchsene war sehr gut. ES wurde vor Ort alles auf die Größe angepasst. Wir konnten auch kurz die Ausrüstung testen und vorallem mit den Kids eine Pribefahrt machen. Hätte z.B. die Größe für unsere kleinste nicht gepasst und Sie wäre mit dem Fahrrad nicht zurecht gekommen hätten wir auch auf einen anderen Tag umbuchen können und ein 20 Zoll statt 24 Zoll nehmen können. Oder man hätte uns auch das Geld wieder gegeben was wir im voraus bei der Buchung bereits bezahlt hatten. Super nett und super flexibel. Ich kann neuch Eric & Paul wirklich sehr empfehlen.

⭐⭐⭐⭐ Wir hatten unsere E-Bikes vorab online reserviert, was wirklich einfach und problemlos funktioniert hat. Den kleinen Laden zu finden war etwas schwieriger und an einem Markttag in Riva einen Parkplatz zu bekommen, war eine kleine Herausforderung.

Wir haben einen Kindertrailer gemietet, Eine kleine Modifikation an meinem bike war nötig - die wurde kompetent und gut gelaunt vorgenommen ,Mit ein paar kostenlosen Wasserflaschen im Anhänger und einigen Interessanten Informationen zur Umgebung ging es nach wenigen Minuten los . Die Rückgabe genauso schnell und reibungslos. Aufgrund dieser sehr positiven Erfahrung eine klare Empfehlung !!

Wir wurden sehr freundlich behandelt und als ein Service an einem der vier Fahrräder nötig wurde, ist uns ebenfalls sehr freundlich und zuverlässig geholfen worden.
