4th year we have used Alain Ski and their service continues to be excellent at a competitive price.

The best Ski Hire shop that i have rented Ski's from. The staff were polite and really knew their stuff. The location was also great.

I think there may be a discrepancy between what is considered an intermediate skier in the USA and Europe. I listed our family as intermediate skiers as we do an annual ski vacation in the US and are confident skiers on USA blue intermediate runs. I lost my balance trying to get around a stopped child as we exited a lift and my skis stuck in the snow. The bindings did not release, I suffered significant knee damage and had to be transported off of the mountain. I don't necessarily hold the service responsible as they tightened the bindings to an 'intermediate" level. I just think there may be a slight difference. My recommendation would be to have the technicians ask a few more questions. This whole experience could have been avoided.

Alain Ski Service is a nice, friendly en service minded shop. The employees are very helpful and in case of "problems" they do their best to solve the problem.

Make the paper proces of rental in the shop much easier. Now it takes too many steps and takes so much time.

The recommended shorter skis worked perfectly in the tricky conditions.

Skis hired were excellent, only downside was a limited choice (2 pairs) in ladies boot hire, (but may be this was just bad luck/timing!).

Very help full and no problems if we wanted to change something. Perfect that you can store the skis and your own boots during the night in the shop and be close to the lift.

Very friendly and welcoming. Every time we returned from our ski trip they immediately took care of our rented ski equipment. We’ll situated opposite the cable car to the main skiing area and the famous Sella Ronda ski tour.

Kind staff, very efficient way of working. Very limited during the week. Even in high season. Storage service is very convenient in combination with the cablecar at the other side of the road.

Alain and staff always very helpful our ski group come here have many times over the years. Equipment is in excellent condition. Being able to leave skis in shop overnight is also a big bonus.
