Everything was in order as advertised. Booking of equipment was easy. Shop is well stocked. Definitely renting skis for my family there again.

the only issue was that the bike did not have a kickstand and a mudguard (it was raining, so my back became muddy, and it wasn't that easy to store the bike with the luggage on it without the kickstand) However, the bike was brand new, so that was a plus. Seat was a bit uncomfortable.

Alles hat sehr gut geklappt und die Mitarbeiter waren sehr nett. Wir konnten unsere persönlichen Fahrräder problemlos über Nacht dort lassen und sie am nächsten Tag wieder holen. Die ebikes haben eine ausreichende Reichweite. Am Trekkingrad wäre ein Flaschenhalter noch perfekt gewesen.

The booking and rental process is straightforward and clear. I've ordered three eMTB bikes. I had good email contact with the Lussari Sport staff to clarify all my doubts and answer my additional questions.

Everything was very nice and smooth. Even the big line in front of the store, I managed to skip because of the online booking and the equipment was already prepared. I was surprised with the price in the end, because tax wasn’t included while online booking.

The staff were very helpful, even though I had booked for the wrong day! The equipment was good and the whole experience was quick and easy.

We were very happy, because they accepted our return after half an hour of the official closing time. Then gave us good and practical advises to make better our planned trip.

We booked online and everything was done quickly. The staff is very kind and we can only give them a big compliment. We picked up the equipment the day before so we immediately went skiing in the morning.
