The staff at treviso.bike was very helpful and gave us good advice about how to use the app Komoot in airplanemode.

Ricardo and his collegues are so helpfull and kind. The bikes were like new. One day we went to a bike trip, because of the heath we were not able to return by bike. We tried a bus buth they didn’t allow the bikes in the bus. So we called Triviso bike, they were so kind to pick us up. Only love for these people.

The staff is extremely friendly and helpful! The gravel-bike was quite heavy and the back break dragged when I got it so I had to loosen it. Other than that the bike was in good condition and fit my size (195cm).
