Great staff, excellent bike rental. They missed a marketing opportunity with not have any Zermatt Bike Shop swap swag. I definitely would have bought a shirt.

My son and daughter (age 18 and 21) had a great experience renting e-bikes. This was the first time they rode e-bikes and the staff did a great job explaining how they work and hints on how to have the best experience. Also gave them a map and pointed out the best trails for them. Equipment was super nice. Would rent bikes there again for sure.

The guys were very helpful and dealt rapidly regarding any queries we had re the ebikes during our trip ….excellent service.
