We were very satisfied with the equipment, it was in shape and we got an instruction at the beginning, also possible alternative bikes would have been available if the ordered ones would not fit.

Lovely family owned business. Covers many of the aspects needed for a multi-day trip. Email responses were sometimes a little confusing, but adequate and friendly. The bikes were great; good spec and well maintained, although maybe a little tired. The (family) hotel next door was welcoming and pleasant. The shuttle lift back was kind, efficient and very helpful, although the driving was a little unsettling - too close to the cars in front! Finally we recommended that bikes are supplied with spare inner tubes, as well as tube repair (one tyre had several punctures) and hope that this feedback is taken onboard. A spare tube we purchased ourselves was remunerated. PS The 15% discount on bike rental for staying in the hotel next door is fantastic! Thank you for a wonderful and very memorable stay and holiday.
