Great service. Swapped skis from carvers to freeride without any difficulty after snowfall

Great service and kind staff!

The skis could have been waxed. Otherwise all good as always!!

The equipment is good but is nowhere near new even though we rented Intermediate and Supertop skis. Both skis and shoes had signs of being used a lot earlier. The service is great though. We particularly likes that the equipment was delivered to our hotel.

The staff is very nice and equipment is good. The shop is very small making the experience not so pleasant as it gets very busy too quickly. Also it lacks of some specific material like ski touring equipment. The staff should improve their english for a better communication with turists.

We arrived in the shop on Saturday evening and it was very busy. Despite the very rude customers in the shop, we were very well looked after by the 2 staff members. We didn't realise until after we'd collected our skis and carried them back to the hotel that you offer a collection service to bring guests from their hotel to the shop - it would have been nice to know about this in advance i.e. tell customers about this service at the time of booking!

All the staff were super helpful. They went out of their way to make sure we were well looked after. We changed our boots during the week, switched between skis and snowboards, nothing was ever too much of a problem. And they even collected us from the hotel, we never waited around and they collected all of the equipment at the end of the week. Thanks so much !

Rented skies from same place for second year. Bought top class, although what i get wasnt from that range of skis. The edge of the skies wasn't sharp enough.

We stayed at the hotel Gianna, which is several minutes walk from a branch of Olimpionico 2. After we had been fitted with our ski gear, they delivered them to our room locker in the ski storage area. Couldn’t have been easier.

The guys in Sport 2 - Palu were absolutely fantastic to deal with! Having the best quality made for excellent skiing for our party!

The people working here were very attentive and helpful. I rented skis and poles. The skis were pretty good quality, a little bent on the front edge trim and scratched but were well sharpened and waxed. The best part was they picked everything up at our hotel when we were done!!

Best ski rental shop I have experienced in nearly 40 years on the slopes. Fantastic equipment. In-and-out in 5 minutes...1 minute on return. The staff are super nice and very efficient. Highly recommend this shop.

We arrived late evening. Evenings are always busy but the staff were attentive and efficient, they were excellent with not only the beginners in our group but also the advanced skiers amongst us during the fitting and return of the equipment.

All the employees were knowledgeable, friendly, and very professional. Renting snowboard and ski gear from them was very easy and a pleasant experience.

We picked up pre-ordered skis and helmets 1st thing in the morning and were attended to quickly, politely and efficiently. I was very pleased with the quality of the equipment.

My husband didn't get on so well with the first set of skis, but they were happy to change them for a different model which he loved. Mine were excellent and very responsive in the changing conditions.

As always great service and equipment. Being slightly out of the centre it’s easier to park if you have a car or they will take you and your equipment straight to your apartment or hotel. Wouldn’t use anywhere else in madonna.

The service at Olimpionico Sport 2 was not only excellent, it was exceptional. The staff were very friendly, courteous and knowledgable. The service, both on arrival and departure was first class. The equipment was as advertised and in very good condition. Our part of 14 were very impressed and very grateful.

I was first disappointed we had to go on a bus ride from the hotel to the OS@ shop to get the skis. Why not downtown Madonna? Second, my bindings were adjusted to my skis when I picked them up from the shop, but when I got to the top of the Pradalago and was ready to take my first run the adjustment was wrong! I couldn't even get the boots into the bindings. A friend of mine and I had to find the screwdrivers on chains over at the top of the gondola and completely re-adjust the bindings, so I could get my boots in! I don't know how that happened, but something was clearly very wrong!

Great service and great team very professional and supportive. equipment was ready with our names when we got there , very quick delivery. We replaced for Ski to snow board and back a few times during the vacation and they were always very cooperative , willing to help every time. Fully recommended

Excellent service. In and out , 3 families with 6 children in total, in about 25-30 mins, friendly , efficient service. Also collected equipment from the boot room of our hotel at the end of our stay. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend !

5 STAR COMPANY. I would highly recommend Olimpionico Sport 2 to anyone. I booked for 10 people for a week and Olimpionico's service was outstanding. We were collected from our chalet and taken to the shop for a swift fitting and then dropped back to our chalet within an hour.(pretty amazing for 10 people) The customer service was brilliant, Unfortunately one of our group hurt themselves on the first day and Olimpionico were very accommodating and offered to collect her ski's from the chalet the next morning and gave a partial refund - such a lovely gesture from a business. Would definitely go back.

Il primo paio di sci che mi hanno consegnato era "finito", nonostante avessi optato per una soluzione "top". Il giorno seguente me li hanno cortesemente sostituiti. Ma non mi hanno proposto alcuno sconto per il disservizio del primo giorno.

tutto buono come sopra espresso un suggerimento sarebbe quello di accompagnare i clienti che noleggiano attrezzatura sulle piste con vostri pulmini.!!!!!!

Quando sono arrivato il materiale che avevo prenotato (richiesta di un modello particolare di sci) era già pronto per il ritiro; personale cortese e preparato. In pochi minuti ero fuori con il mio materiale. Stessa cosa alla riconsegna, fatta in meno di 1 minuto.

OTTIMO DA CONSIGLIARE

Avendo prenotato con mesi di anticipo due e-bike ed avendo assicurato un guadagno certo per voi, mi sarei aspettato di trovare delle bici Cube nuove invece delle due che abbiamo avuto (una delle quali non proprio recente), visto che ormai sono 2-3 anni che siamo clienti fissi e teniamo con cura le vostre bici speravamo in un occhio di riguardo. Riguardo al personale dobbiamo dire che sono brave persone, simpatiche e molto alla mano e che vengono incontro alle esigenze di ognuno. Nel complesso un’esperienza positiva.

Ottimo servizio di noleggio. Persone competenti e cortesi sia al momento del noleggio che dopo due giorni quando ho richiesto di cambiare gli scarponi con altri a pianta piu larga.

Professionali e’dire poco, ho noleggiato un paio di sci per una settimana, i primi due giorni mi hanno dato un paio di volkl semi nuovi , modello racetiger, ottimi, poi parlando con Gigi, il titolare nonché maestro, volevo tre/quattro centimetri in lunghezza e mi ha sballato un paio di sci nuovi davanti i miei occhi togliendo le plastiche e gli adesivi ,un modello che andrà sul mercato nel 2021, head per l’esattezza. Semplicemente unici. Consiglio vivamente questo noleggio.

Seguendo le indicazioni riportate sul sito in merito agli orari, mi sono presentato alle ore 08.00 di sabato 15/06, ma il negozio era chiuso; ho aspettato fino alle 08,30 ma non si è presentato nessuno. Per cui non posso esprimere nessun giudizio, se non che non ho potuto ritirare il materiale prenotato on-line (ciaspole). Il mio suggerimento naturalmente è quello di non pubblicare orari sul sito che non corrispondano a quelli reali; non erano riportati nemmeno sulla porta del negozio (o quanto meno io non li ho visti). Eccezionale su tutti gli aspetti. Cortesia, professionalità e disponibilità. E' la seconda volta che noleggiamo attrezzature, e siamo rimasti estremamente soddisfatti. Non solo i miei sci e quelli di mia moglie erano perfetti, ma addirittura gli scarponi noleggiati da mia moglie erano talmente performanti e comodi che, al termine del noleggio, li abbiamo acquistati! Ed essendo usati abbiamo usufruito di un ottimo prezzo. Bravi, sotto tutti i punti di vista. L'anno prossimo torneremo sicuramente!

Prenotato sci in anticipo. Attrezzatura di ultima generazione (Rossignol e Volkl) in perfette condizioni. Alla prossima occasione utilizzerò sicuramente il noleggio.

Servizio perfetto. Ho prenotato online 2 paia di sci e 1 paio di scarponi, per 2 giorni (6 e 7 Gennaio 2017), ed al nostro arrivo in negozio (Olimpionico Sport 2), il pomeriggio precedente al primo giorno di utilizzo, era già tutto pronto. In pochi minuti è stata fatta la calibratura, con la massima professionalità e cortesia. Personale competente, cordiale, preparato, e disponibile a suggerimenti e consigli. Prezzi onesti. Sicuramente ne usufriremo nuovamente alla prossima occasione. Consigliato senza ombra di dubbio.

Commessi gentilissimi e disponibilissimi. Solo alcune differenze tra i prezzi di prenotazione e quelli espressi in fattura (stesso totale ma voci ripartite in maniera diversa rispetto alla prenotazione). Inoltre i caschi per lo snow board non erano inclusi nel prezzo.

Qualità della attrezzature é ottima . Sci e scarponi per me è la mia famiglia erano in perfetto stato....direi nuovi. La cortesia e la professionalità ci sono sembrati eccellenti. Grazie

Fantastic service. I recomend booking on-line, that speeds up the procedure of renting and is cheaper. It took us less then 10 minutes to get equipment for a family of four. Than all the skis are delivered directly to the hotel.
