Another year in a row with excellent service! I asked for the same skis and boots I used last year, and I received them without any problem. I’m very satisfied and highly recommend this rental shop again. We will definitely be back next year!
My feet are size 44, and I needed a wider board. I didn't know that until my instructor told me, but it was at the end of the week. In other cases, when I need to replace the binding, I went to the store and it was replaced without any problem
Shop quality good if a little short on space. Could not ask for more from the shop staff.. Equipment was good.
This is a really nice rental shop with good space for trying on the boots without stress. The staff is super friendly and helpful. I will definitely book here again. And booking online is very easy, and only a small down payment needed as deposit.

Very friendly and Service oriented. Easy Switch to different Ski, because First choice did. Not feel well. Variety of Ski to chose from could be a Little wider.

it was great! Very practical, great staff, easy to book, close to the slopes.
on the last day one of the skis didn't hold the boot anymore. it got larger with few numbers and i felt. i thought was because of ice and tried 2 more times and immediatly i falled.i had to go down by foot on a red slope with skis in my hand. this should never happened with skis. it never happened in my life and i ski for more than 20 years. if I would have high speed, i could have broken my leg or worse.
Very friendly people, willing to assist and replace my snowboard immediately, as I was not entirely satisfied with it.

Everything is just perfect, I changed my boots 2 times in 2 days until found perfect fit, my son changed boots once after couple of days, syaff is always ready to help, no additional changes were required. Skis and boots were in very good condition. Skibox has boot dryer for 4 boots, which means dry boots every morning.

Very easy to book from home the equipment were not used. And it was ready when we came for pick-up. The staff are very nice and offered a very good service during the week of the rental. Thumbs up from here.

We visited the shop early in the morning after having booked the equipment online. Everything was already prepared & of the highest quality. The shop is just a few steps below the San Rocco chairlift so we wasted no time at all to start skiing. Will surely use them again on our next visit to Livigno.

Booking online prior to arrival really speeds up the process. Had skis and boots ready and waiting when we arrived. Friendly, efficient staff and price was competitive compared to others. Only issue was that shop was a little difficult to find, as there's some confusion about it being called ski rent Zini or San Rocco. Google maps didn't definitively locate it, and had to ask at ski pass centre, but wasn't a major issue.
The Fawlty Towers of skirenting. Smoking inside. Logistical nightmare. Wrong settings caused accident. Low prices but not worth the savings.
Staff was very welcome and Italian-style little chaotic. This is what I like the most!

I rented a pair of skis for a week. They do not have what they show on their pictures. The skis were about 10 years old and beaten up. The business has been there for years and so is the equipment. I returned the skis at 8 am the following morning after my last day of skiing (when the business opened). They made bad comments that hundreds of people were waiting for my skis. Wouldn't rent there again.
Superb, friendly locally owned business, equipment was ready and waiting, tried on a couple of pairs of boots due to different fits, great skis and highly recommended, they are cheaper than most of the others but there’s no compromise on quality. Will use again (they are located next to the staircase to lift 17)

Would recommend Noleggio. Staff were very friendly and helpful (spoke good English). Considerably cheaper than other rental stores we looked at. Also provided free ski lockers which was very convinent with the store being located about 20m from the chairlift. Only issue was with the snowboards. Not any major issues just showed a fair bit of wear and tear on the boards. Both my bother and I experienced issues with slightly loose and shaky bindings. However, the skiers in our group were very happy with the quality of their skis and boots from Neloggio. Would happily use Neloggio again!
Rented skis was proper prepared, great sharped and in good condition. Rental well-equipped, near ski slope. Service nice and even speaks english a little bit.

Noleggio attrezzatura per 3 giorni, poi portati a 4 senza nessun tipo di problema. Struttura direttamente adiacente le piste, quindi molto comoda. Possibilità di noleggiare anche degli armadietti per depositare la propria attrezzatura.
