Very friendly, efficient and knowledgable - and a great snowboard.
The equipment was fine but we were a group of 9 who had already given all required details when booking. I felt there was no system in place when we arrived and were told by other customers what to do to get the equipment. I have never in my 20 years skiing had to q up twice to get boots etc. I think ye should have a system where you get fully fitted for your boots and then collect the skis and then pay. Whereas what happened was you were given a pair of boots and if they didn’t fit you had to q again to exchange them. Normally the person fits them on you and exchange them if not suitable. Such a pity there is such chaos as the shop is lovely.

Helpful and no hassles changing boots even with one day left to ski. Ski and boot hire reasonably priced compared to other resorts.
Service is very fast and professional. When my daughter felt that her feet hurt after 2 days of skiing, we went back and got excellent service. Within 5 minutes we were out with other ski-boots that fitted better for my daughter. Help at the shop was very friendly and adequate. The shop is at the corner of a large parking lot, so there is no problem. When you stay at La Mirandola (like we did), this is the most nearby rental shop. And it is good! Thank you guys for great service! Fam. Consten
The situation around pick-up the day before at 1600 hours was chaotic at best with people coming in to deliver equipment back while many people where there to pick up new equipment.
Great staff - ready to prepare my rental, which they did very quickly. Good skis which had super sharp edges. Took me a little time to work out the difference in the two rental locations on the website, No 2 is next to Hotel Alpi
Really easy to find and quick process for issue and receipt of equipment. Good quality and well maintained skis and snowboards. Highly recommended
Collection of equipment was chaos. You need a system in place so customers know who is first, what queue to join, etc. Why not simply welcome customers and give them a ticket on arrival to leat them know where there are in the queue.
Very friendly and accommodating guys when we first arrived. Patient with boot issues and sense of humour. Unfortunately, less so at the drop off. Seemed annoyed about having to take insoles out. We were also confused that we only had one locker between 2 people, but paid twice...? Equipment was very good, though. Would use them again.
