We collected our equipment from the hotel. On the first morning of rental it would be better to have extra staff's as the queue was very long and we were late for our class.

Personal service, and very helpful. Great locati9n for the slopes. My boots were super hard to get on , to the point I dreaded the event , but one on they were fine.

Location next to Hotel Du Col was very convenient and fitting boots and skis was quick. Staff were happy to help find the best fitting boots and equipment was all in good condition especially the skis. Doing a half day rental on the last day was greatly appreciated and great value. Staff were first class - friendly & helpful.

Excellent price, skis and service. We used the Hotel Principi shop and it’s under the hotel- not exactly clear from the website or hotel. Really good skis, brand new pair of Volki. Staff were really good and friendly.

Everything was excellent including the staff. The rental boots were quite smelly though - do you spray inside with anti-bacterial spray at all?

Excellent ski rental service. The staff were very helpful and polite and the rental went extremely smoothly. The location within the hotel was fantastic.

The staff was very kind, but the experience was terrible. I came all the way from Brazil to ski three days in Sestriere. Therefore, I made a reservation to rent equipment for three days. To my surprise, I could not return the equipment after each day of skiing. Instead, I had to carry it all the way to the apartment I was staying and back to the pistes each and every day of skiing, which makes no sense to me and ruined the experience. I came to the conclusion that I should have made three separate reservations, one for each day, so I could return the equipment after each day of skiing. Only it was too late. You should think about who your customers are. Are your customers people who go to Via Lattea to rent equipment for three days to ski in Madonna di Campiglio? Of course not. They rent your equipment to ski right where you are. And your shop is right next to the pistes. Nobody should have to carry skis anywhere after they rent your equipment. They should go straight to the pistes, even if they rent for more than one day. The best experience for your customers is for them to be able to return their equipment after each day of skiing. At least you should give them this option.

Fantastic location and staff. Swift and effective. Premium skis need to be serviced a bit better. Edges were blunt and skis didn’t feel tuned or waxed

I was charged additional money when I arrived for my 12 year old child because he was ‘too tall’ although I submitted his height and age when I booked on-line. Please note that he is average height for his age, not particularly tall. Additionally I could have got exactly the same equipment from the shop nearby ‘Noleggio Sci Da Rosanna’ for €300.00 cheaper! And it would have included free ski equipment deposit which Clataud do not offer! Take my advice and don’t book online with ‘Clataud Sport’ when in Sestriere.

Bad service! I have made an online booking for ski and snowboard equipment for 4 pax, filling in all requested fields like type of equipment, names, heights, shoe sizes, dates, etc. Then at the store we had to “check in” on the tablets repeating again all the data of the booking. This makes no sense. I rent equipment for 15 years in many locations in the Alpes and this was the only store that made me do this. When complaining about the repeating task, the reaction of the staff was arrogant and unfriendly. BAD SERVICE! Please improve your process for the customers. Reminder: It’s the customers that pay your salary. Thank you.
