A fantastic and professional experience from all the staff ., They also accommodated a special pick up of the bikes saving us much time.

It was a very good communication on whatsapp and super friendly. In the shop they immediately helpt us. The e-bikes were great!

We only had one day in Bormio to ride and it was raining. Staff were friendly, helpful and encouraging. Bikes were great and the shop is cool being an old garage. Tour De France was on in the background with a few keen enthusiasts watching from the couch. A great atmosphere to browse, look around, chill out or chat. Loved it

We rented bikes for a week for a recent visit. Bikes were essentially new and in perfect working order. The staff mechanics (Jeremy) were very attentive with minor tweaks to fit during our stay. Jocomo and his friendly and entertaining staff (I wish I could remember everyone’s name (thank you Vanessa and Francesca) made us feel at home. My bags and kit were lost in transit and they managed to find shoes I. My size and had me up and running by the afternoon. We had one supported ride and Davide, Aad and Umba took great care of us. The experience was like having friends to visit after our daily rides to have an appertivo and plan for the next days adventure. Overall super happy with our experience and would highly recommend!

We were given ample time to ask many questions and each day the staff guided us to rides we could do. The bikes were top notch and they worked perfectly. Friendly and skilled staff, and high-quality e-bikes available. I personally found e-bike drive modes MTB and Turbo slightly overkill with far more engine power provided than what would be necessary in even the more challenging slopes.

The quaity of teh shop is great, only put it as 'good' as there are a lot of flies. I enjoyed the ride thoroughly, team is knowledgeable and friendly and generally very good riding company. The photography obviously was an important part and I thought that was done quite nicely and with the download capability afterwards

All is perfect!

The second ride I did with Stex was good, the first I did I was a little disappointed with. For the majority of the ride, the guide stayed 200m ahead of me and it didn’t really feel like I had a guide, even though it was a solo cycle. There wasn’t much of a briefing - just pointing to an elevation map of the ride and then hopping on the bike and then going. I would have appreciated a better briefing, talking about anything of note on the ride, and reassurance that I could take photos or regular stops on the ride. The second ride was much better with guides or the van mostly staying close by.

Excelent experience. Staff gave all the information I requested, and provided a small tire pump along with the puncture kit for my security. Also lended a tool for me to adjust saddle height, which I did after riding the bike. This allowed for a perfect adjustment. Bike almost perfect, only thing to mention was a little noise coming from the disc brakes, but I really don't know if this is normal, because I still ride calipers and was my first time on discs. The Stelvio is awesome and the overall experience was something to cherish for my lifetime!

Really nice people and cafe, we hired a bike for 4 days and our son joined one of the guided rides. Peace of mind for us with support and local knowledge. Only issue was the Di2 bike battery died on last afternoon, still good for cadence. Highly recommend.

My experience was very good, the bike was ready on time, care was taken to ensure the bike fit was correct, attention was immediate when I returned to ask for a larger cassette and the bike was ready in less than an hour.

Stelvio experience staff were friendly and provided bike in excellent condition, all was tuned perfectly and ready to go.

We rented a road bike and e-bike for 3 days to explore the hills around Bormio. On the first day my road bike had some squeaks so I asked for it be checked which the guys were happy to do, and for the next two days, the bike hummed! The team were keen to ensure we had a great experience and we sure did, the Bianchi bikes were perfect for the terrain.

Giacomo and Umba gave me the experience of a lifetime on the Stelvio Pass! I trained for months and since my fitness was not an issue, they were able to provide great camaraderie and even got some pics and videos of our time on the mountain. Giacomo made sure everything was perfectly set up on my professional Bianchi bicycle, and he became my friend instantly. The shop and workspace is well designed, super clean and after the ride we had some bread and meat while we talked about the fabulous day. I highly recommend Stelvio Experience to all aspiring Stelvio climbers. You will be treated very well, and if your experience is like mine, you will want to do it again! Thank you Giacomo, you’re the greatest!

Wow, just Wow!!! They provided a bucket list experience. I was able to do the Stelvio loop and the Mortirolo from Mazzo. They were so helpful and professional. But not only that they were excellent guides pointing out historical features and sharing their knowledge. They know the roads inside and out. Even if you are not riding with them they still give you recommended rides to do. I will definitely be back by this time I am bringing friends to ride with me!

Giacomo got us out of a big hole when another supplier let us down, he came up with a fantastic solution for us. His staff are excellent, we were always welcomed with a smile and that invaluble local knowledge. I ashamed to say I didn't get the mechanics name, but nothing was ever too much and he shared his favourite rides with us. If I came back to Bormio I would definatley use Stelvio Experience, they contributed greatly to what was a fantastic holiday. Thank you Giacomo and to all your team!

Prompt and professional service. Bikes were setup perfectly and clearly well looked after. Some of the guys changed their bikes mid-rental for e-bikes, and even that was no trouble. Would absolutely use them again when back in Bormio.

Bici elettrica full bianchi Rebel 9.1. Durata batteria molto scarsa mi viene detto che potevo percorre circa 70/80 km .. ma hai me nemmeno la metà... Per fortuna ho chiesto la possibilità di avere il caricatore altrimenti chiedevo i soccorsi a vostro carico... Sono veramente deluso il costo di 60 Euro mi sento di esprimere un parere molto NEGATIVO...

Gentili, efficienti e simpatici. MI hanno consegnato una bici nuova, perfettamente montata e regolata.

Nonostante l'età non sia più verdissima (61 anni io, 58 mia moglie) e senza grande esperienza, da qualche anno ci siamo avvicinati all'affascinante mondo delle mountain bike elettriche prima con brevi percorsi, poi con percorsi (per noi) più impegnativi come quest'ultimo (Bormio-Arnoga-Val Verva-Eita-Grosio-Bormio), svolto in 2 giorni con un pernottamento fuori, con il noleggio di 2 mtb full per due giorni. La mia personale organizzazione aveva previsto un percorso che l'esperienza e la competenza dei ragazzi di StEx ha subito bocciato: mi sono state quindi fornite diverse alternative, tutte con percorsi stampati su cartine, facilmente leggibili, ma soprattuto spiegate con pazienza e dettagliatamente. Si sente la passione nei ragazzi di StEx, si vivono l'attenzione al cliente, la cortesia ed il supporto, incluso il messaggio whatsapp la sera per sapere se tutto fosse a posto in vista della notte fuori, dopo la giornata in sella. Anche nei giorni precedenti il noleggio c'è stato uno scambio di informazioni via mail con risposte sempre tempestive. Le biciclette, nuovissime, possono essere dotate di tutti gli accessori (borse, portaoggetti, ecc), utili per un giro "lungo". Insomma anche chi come noi non vive di sola bicicletta ma la utilizza per divertimento (quando possibile), c'è stata la sensazione che tutto fosse a posto, in ogni momento. Il bel tempo e la bellezza dei luoghi hanno fatto il resto ma qui StEx non c'entra! Davvero grazie per l'indimenticabile esperienza!

Mi sono trovato benissimo sia con i meccanici delle biciclette che con il personale alla reception. Ci ritornerò.

Ho noleggiato due emtb, direi che erano perfette, nuove, pulite, il meccanico ci ha spiegato il funziamento e sistemato a misura la sella, suggerendo poi alcuni percorsi alternativi al nostro. Se dovessi tornare a Bormio sicuramente sceglierei ancora loro.

tutti molto gentili, attrezzatura impeccabile, peccato solo in taglia S non ci fosse disponibile la bianchi a 5 livelli di assistenza della pedalata ma abbiamo prenotato dal giorno prima al giorno dopo in altissima stagione. Spero in futuro di partecipare a qualcuno dei giri che organizzate su per i passi
