Buena atención del personal y muy amables. Quisimos cambiar un sillín por uno más estrecho y sin ningún problema lo hicieron. También por problemas de una persona anulamos la reserva de una bici a menos de 24 horas y la anularon sin ponernos problemas. Si vuelvo a la zona, sin duda repetiré con ellos.
Alquilamos dos bicis de carretera y durante los tres días las bicis fueron genial. La recogida de las mismas la hicimos de manera rápida al igual que la entrega. Una experiencia de 10. Muy recomendable.
Muy util poder recoger la bicicleta la tarde de antes. Personal atento y preparado. Tienda magnifica...incluso tiene cafetería!. Olvidé mi cuentakilometros en la bicicleta y estoy a la espera de que me lo manden por correo: ojalá así sea.
Trato personal perfecto. Local agradable, limpio y surtido. La bici alquilada era la acordada, pero los frenos de disco Ultegra eran muy ruidosos.

I came in sept 2025 for a weeks gravel riding. Booked a colonago gx4 gravelbike. Excellent bike co dition and service. I understand why but I am used to riding tubless at home would have been nice to have this option. Over all great experience would thoroughly recommend Bormio ski and bike.
Bormio Ski & Bike Hire were absolutely fantastic! The service was amazing from start to finish – super friendly, welcoming, and nothing was too much trouble. The bikes were top quality and in excellent condition, and the team gave us great advice on routes and rides in the area. Lorenzo and the other staff were extremely helpful Prior to pickup and during pickup. The rental process was great. The shop was clean and provided great customer interaction for identifying riding routes. We will definitely rent from here when we return.

After contacting about setting bike up to my bike fit dims, the alterations were limited to saddle height and setback only. No adjustment to handlebar height or any other dims allowed. Also, I emailed in advance about blendr compatibility and the response wasn’t clear but they do provide Blendr mounts which would have been useful to know as a Trek owner with components eg, computer and lights.
I hired a road bike, Trek Edmonde, for four days and had an absolute ball climbing the Stelvio twice, Gavia, Mortirolo, Foscago and others. This is the second time I have hired a bike here and the service is always exceptional. The staff are friendly, cheerful, helpful and make you feel at ease. The bike was superb, no issues at all, and it was like a dream to ride. I was able to collect the bike the evening before my hire started which was fantastic for getting on the road early the next morning.

The whole process was very smooth. I could pick up the bike late evening before my next day rental started which allow me to start my ride early in the morning. The mechanic that attended to my wife suggested a smaller bike when the size was too big for my wife. The size change on her Trek. E bike made all the difference in a wonderful ride

Very happy with the overall experience. The bikes were easy to rent from the US and were ready when we arrived. It was all very easy and fast. The bike I rented was in ok condition, the brakes were screaming loud on the descents, which was a little annoying since there is a lot of hard braking on the hairpins but they quieted down after the third ride when we descended in the rain. The headset was also a little loose but the bike rode fine and I still had a great time. I;m sure I could have come by the shop for adjustments while we were in town but neither problem was enough to bother with.

This is a good quality shop where you can find good equipment and service. We have rented two high model bikes and these bikes are in a very good condition, cleaned and well maintained. Also the staff is very supportive in order to help with any service that they can offer to make you experience even better.

The staff were fantastic, easy to deal with and very helpful, particularly when I returned during the rental period to ask for the brakes to be adjusted. Overall, an excellent experience and if I return to Bormio in the future, I will definitely hire a bike again.

Hired a Trek Emonda SL6 for a week at the end of June 2025. The bike was great, in good condition, the set up suited me well for some long 4-5hr rides. Staff at the shop are friendly.
Requested an Èmonda equiped with a mechanical group set with rim brakes and a 50/34 - 170mm crank. Ended up with a Madone disc brake which was well heavier than I expected, which surprised me no end. Saddle which was mounted on the bike was far too wide with few choices for a suitable change. In hindsight, I would should have taken my own. Service was impeccable.

The bike I rented was very old with battery range showing signs of decline. It ran out of battery on my climb and was very very hard to pedal without power. They have new bikes and I was still charged full rate for the old bike. The manager acknowledged the issue but didn’t offer any price reduction. I’ll look elsewhere next time

Quick and patient service - not in a rush to push us through. Taking the necessary time to adjust the bikes to match us.
Staff were very attentive and helpful. Bike was not great - gears didn't work and had to return it for them to be fixed before the event. During the event the spokes came loose and had to be fixed again. Staff didn't care when reporting back the issues.

The service from the shop was excellent. I was a little disappointed with my bike. Both brakes had issues which didn’t feel me with confidence when descending. The right brake was extremely noisy and the left brake made a tapping sound which I found out afterwards would have been the pad. I would have thought this would have been checked before handing me the bike.
Service minded beyond the expected. The bike that I had reserved did not fit me. They tried all adjustments and eventually found another bike despite have basically sold out. I would rent again any day!

The Colnago I rented was well maintained and once my pedals were put on, it was ready to go. The mechanic adjusted the saddle height and said to call back if needed. Very professional staff providing a great service.

From the beginning, including all platforms of communication to actual engaging with the personnel, all of them particularly Samuele, were outstanding. The staff was very kind and helpful. All the equipment was perfectly prepared. There wasn't any problem when after one day of skiing I wanted to change boots and skies (to something for less experienced). I totally recomend using this rental center.
Close to the main lift, I booked online, they took into account the info I had provided so it took me literally 5 min to get the skis. So efficient, professional et excellent skis. I strongly recommend.

Biked worked and shifted well. Staff was nice and bike was tuned well. I do wish there was a set of lights that came with the bike for the tunnels, but I did have a apportunity to buy them at the store.
Friendly helpful staff. Bike was in excellent mechanical condition. Some important tips- there are two stores in Bormio make sure you go to the right one. One does road bikes, other Mtb. Bring your own pedals and accessories for a better experience. The computer mount supplied didn’t have enough reach to fit my computer - fortunately I brought my own. I should have brought my own blinking lights for extra visibility on the road when it’s overcast. Store didn’t have any to loan - I had to purchase. It would be good to have them as a standard accessory for rental bikes, like the tool kit.

I provided the exact measurements but the mechanic took about ten times to get the saddle height right. generally it’s good practice to ask clients for measurements before pick up so the bike can be set up accordingly and ready to go. This is common practice in most bike shops I have used in many other locations and have always worked well. I hope you consider this for future clients. My friend’s bike’s brakes were contaminated and very squeaky as well. We did not have time to have this amended at the shop which was a shame.
Fantastic shop. Clean, beautiful and very nice staff. Only thing I could compliant about would be the lack computer mount, even tough I hade spesifically asked for it. But overall a fantastic shop that I have no problem recomend to my friends
Excelente bike. I understand it is a rental bike, but I think they need to be a little more detail about the cleaning and maintenance. The drivers in es dirty and the bike had a squeak sound when pedaling. But in general a very good bike to climb the Alps.

the shop proved that renting a bike rather than taking my own one was the right decision. the rented bike condition was excellent and the riding experience was amazing....guys u elevated my trip overall experience. the team in the shop were supper supportive and nice. the shop contain all required for riding food and equipment
Simply great. I got confused with the dates, they had the bike available so I could still have it one day later. They set it up perfectly, up to four times I asked to adjust the saddle and he had no issues with that , showing patience and professionalism. Pre and post route was great, I was offered coffee and water that was highly appreciated. Grazie mile

I had an excellent electric road bike. They installed my own pedals and saddle, I dropped them off the day before my rental time started. They set the saddle at the correct high. So that all was a big bonus. Everything from booking, picking up and returning the bike went smoothly. If I ever return to Bormio, I’m happy to use they rental services again!
I recently traveled from Ireland to experience the beautiful Bormio. I can only describe the quality of service as excellent. The bikes & the staff are first class. Even when I had a problem with broken spoke they immediately resolved. I really appreciated that they opened early the following morning so I could get my replacement bike & the manager even gave me his own bike so I could get to & from hotel.. Everyone was super friendly & I just want to say a big thank you! I would highly recommend & will definitely be back! Best wishes, Ronan
Booked almost a year previous and didn't get the bike I booked but the next bike down. Still a good bike but disappointed I didn't get what I booked given that I booked it so far in advance.

The staff were very quick to get us setup on our bikes, helped when there was a problem during the rental with a tyre and then a very speedy return of the bike was the perfect end. Great bikes too and definitely needed the disk brakes with the descents we did!

Reservation was clear and simple. Upon arrival at the shop, the bike was ready and waiting, and staff were friendly and helpful. The bike (Trek Emonda with Shimano 105 Di2) worked exactly as it should, and served me well on the Stelvio and Gavia passes. My only wishes would have been 1) tubeless tires at a lower pressure, but I understand why rentals would have tubes, and 2) that the bike came with a multitool. It had two small wrenches for removal of the through-axles, but I would have liked to make a slight saddle adjustment, and didn’t have the tool for it. Overall it was a great experience renting here, and I would recommend the shop to friends.
Ordered rental on-line some months in advance. Everything was ready for me. Bike worked well, got me over all the big passes. Would recommend.

We were looked after very well and with the minimum hassle. I had a Trek Emonda disk and it was a good ride, in good condition. Having done this a few times before I was ready for the brakes being the wrong way round and it doesn't make a huge difference.

I really appreciated the flexibility to arrange delivery of the bike to the hotel so we could ride on Sunday. The lady in the shop was really helpful and recommended two excellent rides (Fumero and Eita) that we would not have known about without her advice. Great service from start to finish.

Bike was ready for pickup. Bike had a few issues that needed to be Adjusted. Brought the bike back on day 2 for repair and was told to come back in 3 hrs. I went to the other Bormio Bike and Ski in town and a young mechanic fixed all the problems while I waited. Overall things worked out.

Loved the professional staff, but I grabbed the wrong garmin out front mount and my garmin 1040 plus did not fit, but I at least had the handlebar twist turn which worked. I was prepared to buy an mount, but you had no stock or do not have these, which was sad.

Hired an Emonda for me and an e-road bike for my wife who doesn’t ride much these days. Came to Bormio for just one day to ride the Stelvio. Perfect day, perfect weather. Both bikes performed flawlessly. The staff were very professional and attended to all my needs. I loved the way they took control over attaching things like pedals and computer brackets and seat adjustment. It allowed me to just prepare myself. Would definitely use these guys again

Great time, with very good command flexibility. The store opening times can be flexible what make a good difference when you need to leave early or arrive late. Equipments in good conditions, provided a spear tube and CO2. Sent email in the day before with the bike measurements, but was not possible to be ready for the day, it's always good test the bike.

The V3 displayed on your website is black with some red so I booked it. But I was assigned a blue/green bike. If you truly understood cyclists’ mentality you’d know how important it is for us to have the right equipment, the way we want it. You should indicate as an option if there are more than one color. I ended up with a mechanical Trek because that’s the best you’ve got in the color that I want. I didn’t enjoy Stelvio as much due to this. I returned the bike after one day even though I paid for 2 because I went to rent in another shop. Overall, it’s very disappointing. I didn’t give you a low rating because I don’t want to affect your business but I do hope you will take my feedback into consideration to improve this aspect.

Received exactly what was booked. The staff were friendly, attentive and patient. They were more than happy to make some minor adjustments after riding the bike for a while. Overall Ithe service and hiring experience was excellent.
Bike rental staff were excellent. Gave me a good bike fit and even found a mount for my Wahoo bike computer. Bike was aTrek Emonda with 105 Di2 - 36 tooth rear cluster. Percent for the Stelvio. Thoroughly recommended.

The bike made a noise continuously when pedaling, and the seat went down automatically. I made the choice of the colnago because I understood that it would be of higher quality and I was wrong.

We had a battery connection problem with one of the e-road bikes we hired which was really frustrating as it spoiled 2 of our rides. Also, the headset of the road bike I hired was rough and need a new bearing.

Fantastic bike rental. Everything was prepared perfectly - a ready bike was waiting for me already from the opening of the store. Very, very helpful employees who know the routes very well and can advise interesting tour profiles. I will have great memories of my stay in Bormio. I am already looking forward to my trip next year and will no doubt use the BORMIO SKI AND BIKE as well.

Great location. The extremely courteous and expeditious Staff made the entire experience super-enjoyable. I rented a well-tuned, high quality Trek SLR to run up and down Stelvio--made my bucket list ride possible. The brakes were in top condition too! I'd do it again in a heartbeat. They generously allowed me to come in the evening before to get fitted and check out the bike so I could get an early start the next day--they changed out my seat to accommodate my fit better.

Bikes were ready at collection time (actually shop allowed us to pick up at 1900 evening b4) were in great order and staff were efficient and really friendly. Great service, return of bikes was easy too.
I rented a Trek Emonda for 4 days and had a very good experience with Bormio Ski. The bike was in excellent condition and ready for my use. The mechanic helped set up my seat and pedals. All aspects went very smoothly. The staff were friendly and quite helpful from beginning to end.
What a wonderful bike shop! Excellent service and high quality merchandise/bikes. When my friend had brake problems, they promptly switched out his bike with another one. My Trek Emonda was great, though I think they should offer wider tires (28mm vs. 25mm). Also, I was a little nervous with the worn rear tire--probably should've been replaced beforehand. All together, a great experience. Highly recommend.

Car rental in Europe and around the world and bike rental in other parts of the world considers one day a complete 24 hours. To be told that this is not the case with your business when we arrived in Bormio was a surprise. Having to have the bike back in the calendar day to be ready for others the next day really is an issue for the business not the customer. I think you are profiting more from this (we had to pay another day rental and on a wet day when we were leaving early) and your practice should follow international standards or should be clearly explained before hand and prices reduced!
They were very helpful when we arrived. Prompt service got the bike set up quickly. The return of my bike was also very quick and easy.

The shop staff was professional and communicated the expectations for returning the bike at the end of the rental period. They also promptly answered my email question regarding the pick up time. The shop had clothing and accessories for purchase. Rental equipment looked in good condition.
When I came to pick up the bike, they set the bike to the right height and put the pedals on. Great service. I had to return the bike before the loan period when I got a saddle sore because of my cycling pants. I was then able to buy a cycling jersey and gloves with the excess money for the rent. Fantastically done by the shop. Strongly recommended. In addition, the bike you rent is top notch.

It was awesome that when the bike I had reserved ended up being too small for me that right away I was offered a bigger size and my pedals etc were switched over to it. Great staff, great bike and some great riding.
The only comment is that the bike recording was very slow. It is true that 3 French people came in front of me, who held up the service staff, talked, exchanged pairs of shoes, etc. But only one employee dealt with the issue, and several people were drinking coffee in the back. I think that in the morning hours it is of prime importance that the tenants can set off quickly, in my case I had a company waiting for me.
I changed the date for the pick up of my rental bike many times due to work schedules changing but each time the team at Bormio Ski and Bike were responsive and accommodative (and very patient!!!). Really recommend them. Bike was great too. Thank you!!!!
We have rented bikes in Italy and France and found the bikes and the staff at Bormio Ski & Bike Hire in Italy were of the highest standard. The TREK Emoda was the perfect bike for the Stelvio Pass climb and the attentiveness of the staff also help us to enjoy the experience. Foot of the slopes, drop your gear off every night saves a lot of hassle if your accomodation isn't immediately in the town, or even if it is!! It just works. Less than 100 mtrs from the main gondola lift to Bormio 2000. Would definitely rent again from there if we return to Bormio.

I rented a Trek Madone Road Bike for 4 days. I got the bike 5.30 PM the day before. I am very satisfied. Very good bike at a reasonable price. Fast and good service. When I after one day contacted them about a injury in a tire, they changed it immediately.

Danilo and his team were very friendly and helpful. They were very patient and made sure the bike set up was exactly right. He showed us a few alternative routes on the map and was full of ideas to make our trip more special . I would defiantly recommend hiring bikes from Danilo - I would upgrade my bike- though I loved having a colnago in Italy!

Bormio ski & bike is always our first choice for hiring ski equipment when visiting Bormio. The equipment is always in good condition and the staff and super friendly and helpful. We have used this shop since 2017 and will continue to use them.
Everything was perfect. Loved the bike; Trek Emonda. Hung out at the shop after rides and enjoyed their hospitality and company. If I ever make it back to Bormio, they're my first stop.
Because there are two locations in Bormio, I was confused and went to the wrong location to pickup my road bike. A clarification about pickup location (e.g. in the confirmation email or other) would have saved me some time.

Great service, hired 2 colnago bikes, which were faultless for the 3 days hire. Only slight issue was the lack of 32 tooth cassettes, I had to spend the weekend at a slightly lower cadence than usual, on a 30. That’s what you get post global pandemic!

Overall, the experience was good. However, from my booking, it was stated that we could pick up our bikes after 18. When we came, the bikes weren’t ready and only one of the two bikes was ready by 19 something. We were also told that the e-bike most likely wouldn’t be ready before the next day (because of charging) which wasn’t in line with the information that both bikes would be ready after 18. I would be better if you improve the information in this regard. I could take a short ride, but we came with an expectation of being able to pick up both bikes after 18 and ride back to the hotel together so we didn’t have to spend time on that the following day.
The bike was a fantastic Colnago. Price was equal to other rentals I have had lately. The problem with the bike is that the bottom bracket seemed bad. When I returned the bike I told the mechanic and his reply was something like “I know.” If you knew the bottom bracket was bad, why would you rent it out????
Five of us arrived at the same time. All bikes were prepared and then adjusted to our individual needs. Very organized , knowledgeable and friendly. Highly recommend them.

The service was courteous and very professional, We arrived and the bike was ready and fitted according to the measurements we sent. The bike is well-kept, clean and in good condition. They did not even charge for a tube and a CO2 balloon, which I used following a flat tire.
Service was excellent, bike was very nice. What I would like to have seen was a chose of different saddles (my fort toke renting a bike) cut-out doesn't work for me. Otherwise everything was perfect. Highly recommend

Staff were pleasant and helpful. We were able to hire our equipment and buy a lift pass in the shop - thereby avoiding the long queues at the base of the bubble car. My skis were of very high quality. The shop is very close to the bubble car - so not a lot of extra walking.

Purtroppo ho avuto degli intoppi durante il mio giro e ho riconsegnato la bici più tardi del dovuto ma il personale è stato gentilissimo e cordiale nei miei confronti capendo la situazione e senza farmi pesare il ritardo. Non potrei essere più soddisfatto del servizio. Tornerò sicuramente qui a noleggiare la bici per i prossimi giri nelle vicinanze!

Difficile trovare difetti, attrezzatura ottima e ambiente impeccabile, organizzazione super, personale sorridente, accogliente e rapido.... unico aspetto migliorabile è non avere i locali per cambiarsi al livello strada, ma nel piano interrato, cosa che ti costringe a salire e scendere scale con l'attrezzatura (così come l'accesso agli impianti di risalita, anche lì c'è margine di miglioramento)

Very nice staff and excellent service, the bike I rented had a little sound on its front brake but the mechanic quickly took it in and fixed it. Also after doing the Gavia Pass under the rain, the mechanic on their other shop quickly put some oil on the chain and pedals to keep going. Arriving to the shop and getting my bike fitted was fast and easy.

Completa disponibilità da parte di tutti. Ho noleggiato una Trek Emonda SL6 che ha presentato un problema tecnico dall'inizio risolto immediatamente con la sostituzione di un mezzo identico. Non posso che esprimere apprezzamento per un comportamento corretto e onesto nei confronti del cliente. Sicuramente tornerò l'anno prossimo e mi rivolgerò senza alcun dubbio a loro. Consigliato anche per la vasta scelta di biciclette.

E' già il secondo anno che mi avvalgo del loro supporto e sono estremamente soddisfatto del servizio offerto.
