We would like to thank the team at La Soletta for their professional help and advice throughout the process of hiring skis, we have always booked our rental from La Soletta and will be back next year.

The service in the shop and the online booking facilities were excellent, I booked everything online the night before and it was ready the next morning. My only disappointment was that you cannot book goggles online, so when I rented them in the shop they cost almost the same (37EUR) to rent as the rest of my equipment (Snowboard, boots, helmet 38EUR) for the day, I wasn't expecting such a high expense for the goggles especially when there is no option to order online like the rest of the equipment (assuming there is a discount if you book online compared to in person).
Ciao Gutzu, thanks for your good review. About cost of the mask probably you confused because we confirm in the shop you paid total of 37 € (5 € for the mask and 32 € for snow boots helmet), online you paid a deposit of 5,70 €. See the next

Quick and easy service. I arrived the night before my rental was due to start and I swapped Length of ski half way through the week - all no problem.

excellent service, and no quibbles whne we needed to swap my daughters boots for a slightly larger pai during the week. Collected all our stuff from the Hotel Chacaril which was wonderful not having the last day pain of dropping it all back at the rental store. Brilliant service.
I was a bit disappointed with the standard of board I thought I had reserved. They say they offer standard or superior board and as I have been snowboarding for 20 odd years I booked the superior board thinking it was an advanced board but was disappointed to get a board designed for complete beginners. The rental shop said they don’t have advanced board but as I ordered the superior board they gave me a Burton as they classed that as a superior brand. I think they need to think of the customer and have boards to cover all levels riders especially when you are asked what standard of boarder you are.
Great quality equipment, well maintained in an ideal location for ski in and ski out.The team in the shop were always helpful ,cheerful and professional. Probably my best ever ski hire experience.

Most of the staff were very friendly and helpful but the man who did our initial fit didn’t bother to ask our weights and set up the skis very quickly - one of my friends skis were set at different settings for each ski. It just felt like he couldn’t really be bothered.
It is very strange we didn't ask you about weight because we always ask weight to our guest and we use our scales to mesure weightin case people don't know it. Next time come back to the shop as soon if bindings are not fix correctly to verify them. ;-)

Very helpful and welcoming staff.
This ski hire shop is perfectly located on the slopes with just a short walk to join the slope which leads to chair lifts up the mountain. The equipment was great quality and there is free storage too! Would definitely recommend.

I booked the premium package deal for my skis but I received a 3 year ski instead. This may be due to the fact I asked for a small size ski (145cm) and they didn't have premium skis of that size in stock. If that's the case they could have charged me less. However, the host was very nice and I have really no complaints.
Having had a very poor previous experience with Skimium in the past, we wanted to 'go local' for our hire. The online process was really straightforward and for the first time ever, when we rocked up at the shop they were ready for us, knowing our names and having the paperwork out ready to get us sorted. The staff were really friendly, and helpful. The skis were excellent and again, of a much better standard/condition than we have had in the past. 2 pairs of boots were pristine, the second (smaller) 2 were a little tired and old but comfy and acceptable so we were happy not to make an issue of it. We've been hiring skis for a number of years, usually in France, but this was definitely one of better experiences. I would not hesitate to recommend La Soletta to anyone skiing at Pila.

Molto soddisfatto della gentilezza e della competenza del personale. L'attrezzature era leggermente datata, avrei preferito qualcosa di più nuovo, ma comunque ci siamo trovati bene. Tornerò sicuramente perchè siamo stati trattati come se fossimo clienti di lungo data, e invece era la prima volto. Ma certamente non sarà l'ultima

Il problema non è il negozio in se stesso ma il servizio di booking online è assurdo che la commissione di servizio sia a totale carico del cliente in pratica prenotando online si paga molto di più che non rivolgendosi direttamente al negozio
Comodissimo nolo sia per prenotazione online che non. Eccellente posizione proprio sulle piste e vicino al parcheggio auto, raggiungibile anche una volta arrivati con la funivia a 300 metri a piedi. Disponibili, gentili, competenti e organizzati! Ci tornerò sicuramente!
Buon negozio di noleggio sci con ambiente di piccole medie dimensioni.Il noleggio e' stato veloce e ho apprezzato che sia molto vicino alle piste con possibilita' di accesso diretto alle stesse.

This is our 2nd year renting our skis with Soletta. The service overall is friendly and good. The skis I rented (Top) where new and excellent but I changed for a more of a quick short turning carving ski. The skis where old and well used which was a shame.
