Quality of the shop fantastic. Services very good. As my skiing improved over the week I could probably have come back in to get my boots adjusted to give more support, on my last day of skiing the boots were probably a bit loose around the ankles and shins and I could not get it quite right. Maybe the staff could mention to come back in half way through the week to adjust the boots fitting. I will do this next year. Thank you so much and will see you next year

I was very well attended to by Dylan of the ski rental shop. He put aside the skis i wanted to rent, which was a specific choice, that we discussed by email. Due to this exchange I decided to rent with Kostner, instead of another ski rent closer to my hotel in Colfosco. Because of this excellent service I decided to shop for a new Helmet and goggles at the Kostner shop in Corvara, to show my appreciation. Kudus to Dylan and his colleague at the rental shop for helping me so professional and customer focused.

He gave us a very professional advice how to use Ski/Snowboard carefully. He was very friendly person for us to enjoy the Ski in Dolomites, because he reached out to us to communicate by using not only English but also Japanese. We were so serious first, but we could get rid of our tension by communicating with gentle manners.

For the first time ever renting skis, I was offered a choice of ski with an explanation from staff as to how they would perform - this was v helpful One minor improvement would be to make it clearer which customers need to check in on the screens and which ones can go straight to the booking desk

Didn't have much choice. Only one board available to me. Toe bindings were on the wrong way round on one foot. But equipment was good quality. Nice board.

All the staff are always very helpful no matter how buys they are. Everything is run very efficiently hence why I keep coming back here. I also like the fact that the staff can quickly and always do look at the previous history to align the skis and boots as previous years. This is amazing.
This is my second time renting with Sport Kostner. On both occasions, I booked beforehand and the check-in process was seamless. They get you the equipment you want, and have a lot of patience if it doesn't fit and you need a different size. Very fast, very pleasant and very professional. The return/check-back process was equally efficient.

Environment is a bit stressful. Giving height and weight at pre booking seems unnecessary since they anyway ask for this when you rent. Delivery and pickup at hotel (la Perla) is greatly appreciated

Personnel in the shift was very polite and helpful. I was really impressed how they managed to work with so many customers at the same time. Very good thing is that you can rent equipment for some period even if you are not sure how many days you need it. You will be charged only for the time you used the equipment, from the next day (if you picked up equipment after 2PM) till the day you bring it back.
The expert ski's where quite expensive but there're enough cheaper options so that's no problem. Very satisfied with the help!

Once you enter the shop, it is not clear how to queue to get attention from staff. Once you are engaged with a staff member, service is great. It is only the start that needs improving.

Have been renting for many years and had good help from staff. This year we felt the member of staff was a bit less helpful. He pointed to all the skis and asked us which we wanted. What we wanted was for him to ask us our level of ability and how we like the skis to feel, then for him to make a suggestion about a suitable pair. He's the expert. we don't know the differences between different brands of skis. Another member of staff was very helpful when we had to return skis due to injury of skier, and we thank you for deducting unused days from the rental fee.

Kostner rental are the perfect place to rent snow equipment. They ensure proper fitting boots (wide or narrow and everything in between) and give your skis a free service mid rent if you are renting for 2 weeks. We have rented with them each time we have visited Corvara and have never been disappointed. This last rent was exceptional- I showed them the boots I had hired previously and they gave me the current band new model of the same boot this time. It was the most comfortable ski boot that I have rented over the past 30 seasons skied.
Great staff and good ski's and advice when renting. Changed initial ski's after 1 day and staff were very helpful in finding different ski's that suited me better. Equipment was well serviced and perfomed well. Rental process was very quick and easy as was returning the equipment. Shop was quiet and staff polite during all visits. I'd certainly go here again, hopefully next year, and would highly recommend them as a rental company.
For more than 20 years I'm renting my ski material at this shop and the courtesy, kindness and experience of the staff is outstanding. It even resulted in buying the material I rented this year. I was so pleased. You will not get a better service elsewhere.
This is our second rental from Sport Kostner, it has been the best experience we have had in many years of skiing. The delivery and collection of our skis equipment to our hotel ski room was brilliant, and made the beginning and end of our trip particularly enjoyable. We booked our skis online, entering all the relevant information, which meant on arrival in the shop the choice and set up of our skis was easy and quick. The shop was busy but we didn't have to wait before being served. We were pleased with the skis we hired and would definitely use Kostner again.
Service was excellent and the shop staff were friendly and attentive. They responded to my query by email very quickly and also allowed me to change skis part way through the rental to suit my needs.

This is the fourth time we have rented from the store. The service is efficient and without fuss.
I would like to clarify that the person who served us at the Cristallo hotel was extremely friendly, however, my son had to go to the Kostner Sport store in Corvara and was served by a bad-faced and rude man who, in a very bad mood, changed the board for my son, but he did not put the appropriate bindings on it.

Good equipment. Check on was a little unclear as we had pre booked. There was also no one around to greet us and help. Once we were through that staff were quick and efficient and we got our gear very easily.

The staff were welcoming, friendly and very polite. The service was instantaneous. The fitting area was relatively spacious. No specific recommendations as to how this could be improved on the basis of our experience. The equipment requested, intermediate in standard was perfectly suited to our purposes.
Shop was disorganised chaos when arriving to collect equipment and it’s was totally unclear what we were supposed to do, what the check in terminals were even for and absolutely no queuing system. Equipment was pre-book, but we had to have whatever was left meaning we ended up with skis that were too long and had to go back the next day to change them. On returning the equipment we were accused of “stealing” one set of poles from someone on the slopes or in the chalet even when we knew for sure these were the ones we left the shop with at the stat of the holiday. Our credit card was charged with someone else bill as well as our own bill due to issues with the tills. Thankfully, due to the notifications on our phone, we realised this an hour later and managed to get a refund in cash for the incorrect charge.
When we arrived to pick up our skis (Sunday afternoon at about 17.00 I think) the shop was very busy. It was not very clear where we should start or queue - it was a bit chaotic. That said, once we were served, the person who dealt with us was very helpful and sorted us out quickly. When we dropped our skis and a pair of boots off at the end of our holiday (the following Saturday), all went very smoothly and efficiently. It may have been because we coincided with a quieter period in the shop Perhaps you could consider some clearer signage in the shop to indicate where you need to go first when picking up ie. boots area first and then move to skis area.

Need to listen when fitting boots even when very busy. With my daughter the first chap was too rushed and just said 'they are fine'. When we returned them the next day a different person took the time to listen and gave a pair that solved the problem and fitted well.
The folks at SportsKostner were very pleasant to deal with. They were fast and easy to deal with. Plus, they had the equipment I needed. They were also very accommodating as I lost my gear and they gave me a new snowboard on the spot. Fortunately, I was able to find the lost board and return both. I would definitely rent from them again.

When I came in to shop, I was slightly confused because of the enormous queue. Saturday evening - new skiers came. After some minutes, I asked the staff, and because I had made a reservation ahead directly on the shop website, I could skip the queue, and my skis, which I had reserved, were ready. If there are in the shop to many tourists, it isn't clear where I could go for my order. This notice is only one small bad thing which could be improved.
Very professional and easy process. Maybe the web reservation part could be easier since we could not find one of the prepayments. We were at a non busy time and if the experience with the store more crowded is similar then is excellent. If there is more web intereaction with the client the process should be just confirming data and having the skies ready.
Everything good except that by booking certain skis I always get SIMILAR but not what I have ordered. Including the length which us constantly different from what I need. It is also not enough information on website regarding the actual skis and the technical numbers of certain widths and lengths. You also refused to deliver the rentals and I ended up carrying 3 pairs of skis back home (my own and 2 pairs of kids skis). Other shops are doing better on all of the above.

A group of eight friends rented our ski kit from Kostner. The kit was all in very good condition with boots that were comfortable and a wide range of skis on offer. Dylan at Kostner was quick to answer emails and generally very helpful. We will use Kostner again.

To be honest the pickup and drop-off was a bit chaotic. Having answered a variety of questions when hiring online, I was required to enter the same details on arriving and then some questions were repeated when dealing with the staff. The systems in use do not seem to be joined up. In addition the staff where struggling to manage the number of customers coming through the door - there was no "fair" queuing system, so people not certain where to go. Why not allocate a sequential number to each customer as they arrive. A positive - they were happy for me to change my skis part way through the hire - which was great - proving the opportunity to try a lighter pair.

We use Kostner Sport every time we go skiing. It is convenient to be able to pick up the skis and boots the afternoon before, which saves time and queuing. The staff are polite and helpful and take time to ensure we get boots that fit well. I would highly recommend this ski hire shop.
The staff there are tremendous. Very knowledgeable, courteous and helpful. I chose boots that were too narrow, and when I came back to exchange them for a larger size they were incredibly helpful in picking a wider (not larger) boot that was exactly what I needed! They even dropped me off back at my hotel! I've also purchased hiking boots there in the summer, and the expertise and great advice of the staff are exceptional.

It was unclear at the entrance to the shop what people were supposed to do both for hiring and returning equipment. There seemed to be no system for ensuring people were seen in the order they arrived. Also I did not get the impression that the staff were that interested in having a conversation with people about what was on offer. As usual as a woman of more mature years I think people make assumptions about the type of skiing I am going to be doing

Booking skis with Sport Kostner online was easy. On arrival to collect skis it was quick and the set up easy as all our details had been entered via the online system. Skis were available and collected within 10/15 minutes as deposit had already been paid. On taking back the skis payment was made efficiently, within 5 minutes! Very efficient service.

Choice of skis quite limited. Had specifically requested Vokll skis when booking on line but they tried to get me to accept a different make. Then gave me a pair of Voklls that were much too short, 147, had to go back next day and managed to get 154.
Have pre booked and rented with Sport Kostner twice, most recently hiring for our party of 9, and on both occasions the service was excellent. They were helpful and understanding when my skis went missing ( presumably mistakenly taken by another Sport Kostner renter) on the slopes and all was sorted for the next day with minimal inconvenience..

The first pair of skis I rented had a very bad edge finish. I returned them and the next pair were excellent.

We rented skis, boots and a helmet for our 3 year old granddaughter. The person who served us was very helpful and gave us good advice, he also had a good manner with our granddaughter throughout the fitting process.
Staff was very attentive and knowledgeable about equipment. Snowboard selection was better than expected considering the ski heavy area. Plenty of staff to help costumers in a timely manner. Would highly recommend others to use this shop.

The equipment was very old. The skis looks more than two years old. The ski’s didn’t fit to carry them easy together. My children were not happy. The shoes were too small for my oldest son.
It was chaos when we arrived. Skis were dealt with reasonably quickly but some of our group rented boots and there was only one person for about twenty customers. No help with ftting or service to get the most suitable boots. It took over an hour and was a stressful start to the holiday. Ski choice was limited compared to last year and condition did not seem as good. Friendly manager and helpful, experienced staff seemed overwhelmed.

I rented Ski Boots & Skis. The Boots were quite old and therefore not that comfortable. I think newer boots would have been better and given an overall better impression. Staff were friendly and helpful.

I am such a huge fan of Sport Kostner! Twice I came from Colorado to ski in beautiful Corvara and chose to rent skis from Sport Kostner based on the convenient location Both times I was delighted with the quality of the ski tuning and the variety of ski class offered. If I had any concerns the staff quickly found a resolution. The service is reliable and knowledgeable and streamlined. When I showed up to ski I noticed everyone of the 4 Italians that I was skiing with were also renting form Sports Kostner so I must be on to something good!

Seventh time I have used Spot Kostner and always been happy. Was given brand new Volkl skis this year. Best deal is to book in advance directly through their website - same price as Skiset, but no wait to register in the shop, and easy to change skis during the week if you want to try a different pair.
Very helpful staff - saved my holiday in 2010 when my new boots needed overnight re-moulding. Stockli skis this year were excellent!
I was unable to retrieve the equipment I had reserved and made a deposit payment towards because the shop was closed when I arrived to pick it up. I now see on their website their opening hours, but bearing in mind I had stipulated in my booking that I wouldn't be arriving until lunchtime to pick up my rental, I would have expected some kind of response to warn me. I heard nothing. Only when I arrived in Corvara and went to the shop did I see that they were closed until 3pm. Having scheduled my whole trip around being about to ski on the mountain in the afternoon, I went to hire equipment elsewhere. Sport Kostner have refused to return my deposit. I am less than satisfied.
Very satisfied. We hired skis which were in good condition and appropriate to our skiing standard. The staff in the shop were helpful and attentive and the process was quick and efficient.
We changed our skis a couple of times because the staff assumed we wants fast piste skis, when we wanted short radius turn skis. Once we had sorted this out, they were fine. Staff are attentive and patient.
It was smart and fast as usual! Good equipment, good service and good staff!!!

I needed a different size of boots after the first day. They were very helpful and stayed open later so they could be fitted.
Very efficient despite number of customers in shop. I actually rented the most comfy pair of ski boots Head Edge 75 that I have ever rented in other ski rental shops over the years So good advice for me who has wide feet and strong calves. The skis were good too.
When I came with the email confirmation I was told that they need it on paper and “ we can’t help you”. I was shocked and said that I paid already and they should be able to do something. It took them less than a minute to find my reservation... what was it? After they asked my to take off my snowboard shoe to adjust the bindings. I rented snowboards at many different locations and I was never asked to take off my shoe.. they usually put bindings or snowboard on the floor ( covered with something) and adjust it. Finally I had to readjust one binding - it was no adjusted.. very poor service, not recommended

If you read the first part of your email confirmation you will see that is written to print out the voucher and bring it to the store so the process will be quicker and smoother. We honestly think our number one responsibility is to help our customers and there must have been a simple language misunderstanding. In fact our area has 3 different languages and we can definitely make mistakes when we speak in English (our 4th language). We don't put snowboards on the stone floor to adjust them because it will ruin edges and the base, so that's why we asked you to take off your boots. It's also really difficult to adjust bindings properly with the boot on the person. If you wanted to try on the bindings in the store, you could have asked us. We are sorry to hear that you had some trouble with the adjustment of one binding and we could have fixed it right away if you had let us know.
Rossano was very helpful and friendly. We'd pre-booked equipment for 4 people and Rossano ensured all 4 of us were kitted out to suit our needs and ability. My daughters found their ski boots the most comfortable and best fitting they'd ever had. Returning the equipment at the end of the week was very quick and straightforward.

Found the shop to be very busy so that rental staff could not give devoted attention to the customers. Selection of the boots and skis was minimal compared to what we experience in Meribel or Courcheval. Adjustment to boots and skis appeared to be very hasty and not tested on site in terms of kicking the boots out to see if bindings had been set professionally You need to have more options in terms of BOOTS which to any skier is the main issue.

When you make a reservation you give us your weight, height, age and ski level and this information is the most individualized part required to find the right DIN setting to setup your skis. DIN, short for Deutsches Institut für Normung (German Institute for Standardization), is the industry-adopted scale of release force settings for ski bindings. Though an identical set of standards is published by the International Standards Organization (ISO), most skiers continue to refer to binding settings as "DIN". The other piece we need to work out the right DIN for you is the outer length in mm of the boots you are going to rent. This number is already saved in our system to make everything quicker and smoother. So once we scan your reservation and the equipment our software is able to give us the right DIN setting for each part of the skis bindings: left front, right front, left rear and right rear, because before the season starts we test all our fleet with a machine called SPEEDTRONIC PRO that checks if they need any further compensation to make your skiing safer. Please rest assured that your safety and satisfaction are our top priorities. Though we certainly don't want to appear hasty, we really strive to make the process as quick as possible. Sport Kostner is great and their customer service is fantastic! Our only gripe would be that they don't keep aside the particular skis and boots that you ask for ie we hired certain makes and sizes last year and asked for them again but when we came in, the size my husband ordered wasn't available. We also came in when over a busy weekend and there weren't many options left for us. Both my husband and I ended up going back and changing our boots and/or skis. My husband had had to go up half a size for his boots as they didn't have his size in stock but this was too large and we ended up having to change them. They changed them without quibble but it was a bit of a hassle.
I picked up in the afternoon the day before my rental started, & the man who assisted me was very helpful & patient. He made sure the boot was a good fit, & really listened about my skiing style before recommending a ski. They were pretty busy when I returned, but they took care of me in a timely manner. Overall great experience.

Great equipment and efficient service!
We have used Kostner ski rental twice and both times the service has been speedy, efficient and knowledgeable. On the second occasion, I skied for a day and found my boots were a little too wide, so I took them back and got another pair with no trouble at all. The shop also has long opening hours so it's really convenient to pick up equipment.
The web prebooking was quick and easy. We arrived to collect our skis at a very busy time, but were attended to efficiently. Returning our skis at the end of the hire , again at a very busy time, was a breeze.

The store staff were all very knowledgeable regarding the equipment and very helpful in answering questions. The equipment was in excellent condition and well prepared and tuned.

Staff are clearly knowledgable, and provide a speedy and efficient service. I had to swap my ski boots part way through the rental period, and they found a more appropriate boot very quickly. My only criticism is that when I returned my equipment the store was very busy, and I was unsure about what I should do - perhaps some signs to tell customers for both collection and returns if they should wait and where.

My skis were damaged and wldnot stay together and my boots were not adjusted correctly As a beginner this made a difficult task even harder. I did go back but was just told it as ok and given a strap to hold skis together.
The personal service from Rossano and the Sport Kostner Rent team is outstanding. That's why we keep coming back. And providing us with updates to our Stöckli skis means we don't have to schlep them from the US anymore. Ski service mid-week is also fast and very good. Thanks much to you all.
Equipment is good and delivery and pick up is incredibly convenient! The rental location can be a bit busy, however, and you may need to wait for an employee.

I had the best trip because these guys knew what boot to put me in after I had a problem the first day with my shin. I came with a group and they had us in and out in no time so we could spend it on the mountain. The equipment was very nice. I highly recommend!
The store was well equipped with all the latest technical equipment and all the latest ski equipment. The staff were very helpful, good humoured and supplied the right skis to make me a better skier.
The store, like the staff, is very welcoming and you very quickly come to realise that you are in the hands of people that really know their business. The whole hiring process was accomplished efficiently, quickly and with a good range of equipment to choose from.

Friendly staff for whom nothing was too much trouble. Great sense of humour and made us feel really welcome. The boots were expertly fitted and a variety of boots were offered until we were sure that they were the best fit possible. The boots, skis, poles and helmet were in excellent condition. The bindings were adjusted perfectly to suit each person's skiing level. The whole process was efficient and painless and we paid at the end of the rental period allowing us flexibility to return the skis earlier if necessary.
Very helpful and efficient service and good standard of equipment. Sadly only had two and a half days use as got taken out by a crazy Italian on the slopes and was injured and not able to ski any more. Hopefully will be back next year and will definitely rent from you Cheers Peter Shepherd
Knowledgeable and helpful staff with a great range of equipment.
Quality of the rented equipment was very good so was service provided. Only suggestion is that given sufficient notice customers should be able to choose a particular ski within the selected category.

Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und kompetent
sehr höfliches und nettes Personal, der gesamte Aufenthalt hat etwa 12 Minuten gedauert (2 Kinder + 2 Erwachsene = rekordverdächtig).
Leider war der gewünschte Schi nicht mehr zur Verfügung, aber durch die kompetente und freundliche Beratung ein absolut passendes Model einer anderen Marke erhalten. Haben aufgrund schlechtem Wetter die Schi am letzten Tag am Morgen zurück gegeben und für diesen Tag nicht mehr bezahlen müssen. Das finden wir top!
Erledigung sowohl beim Einchecken als auch beim Auschecken wirklich flott.
Toll war die Möglichkeit, die Ski am Leihende im Hotel lassen zu können, konkret im Berghotel Ladinia. Das ist ein Top-Service!
Ich habe im letzten Jahr und auch in diesem Jahr Ski und Schuhe ausgeliehen. Der Berater vom letzten Jahr hat mich sogar wiedererkannt. Nach einem Jahr. Erstaunlich!!! Toll!!! Ich bin mit dem Service und der Beraten super super zufrieden. Dieses Mal hatte ich Online Vorreserviert. Das war super und man spart sogar. Ich den Verleih von Sport Kostner zu 100 Prozent weiterempfehlen.

Ich hatte Glück, es war kein großer Andrang bei der Abholung. Beratung zum Ski war früher beim Abholen besser. Bei der Abgabe - die zum Glück nicht in der selben Warteschlange stattfand - ging wieder alles schnell. Allerdings sah ich an dem Samstag Nachmittag eine große Warteschlange bei Abholern. Samstag eben :-( Danke an den Mitarbeiter, der mich - außerhalb des Leihvorganges - während meines Aufenthaltes zu Ski und Kaufmöglichkeiten beriet.
An der Luftqualität im Geschäft sollte gearbeitet werden!

Es gibt nichts zu bemängeln. Service und Material waren sehr gut
Unkomplizierte Änderung der vorherigen Online-Buchung, sowie Wechsel des Skis innerhalb der Leihzeit. Außerdem sehr kulant bei Rückgabe der Skier. Mussten 1 Tag vorher wegen Krankheit abgeben und haben den Tag nicht berechnet bekommen. Sehr freundliches Personal!

Wir sind schon einige Jahre Kunde bei Sport Kostner und waren/sind immer bestens aufgehoben. Bedienung und auch Material sind super.
Seit sehr vielen Jahren leihen wir dort unsere STÖCKLI Ski aus und sind sehr zufrieden damit. Z.B. Klaus kennt uns schon und reserviert den bestellten Ski immer. Was Kostner Rent verbessern sollte ist die Teilnahme am 4 für 3 Angebot. Während des Ski-Opening und zum Saison-Ende, wenn diese Aktionen laufen. Das wäre ein sehr sehr guter Kundenservice. Ehrlich gesagt, wir vermissen dieses Angebot bei Kostner Rent.

Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren, seit über 10 Jahren sind wir, zwei Ehepaare, nun Schi-Aus-leih-Kunden bei Sport-Kostner Corvara. Leider ist es sehr undurchsichtig, wie die Reservierungs-Möglichkeiten sind. Die Mitarbeiter sagen, > On-line vorbuchen, --> die Folge es gibt keinen Rabatt, Andere sagen > Montags vor Anreise am Samstag anrufen --> die Folge, meist erhält man den Schi und die Länge, leider jedoch nicht den Schi mit der gleichen Nummer wie vier Wochen vorher. Fazit: Es ist erforderlich, dass SPORT KOSTNER hier eine einfach, eigene Online (oder EMail) Lösung schafft mit den Bestandteilen > Schi-Hersteller / z.B.: STÖCKLI > Schi-Typ / z.B.: SL > Schi-Länge: / z.B.: 170 > Schi-Nummer beim letzten Ausleihen: z.B. W5470 + natürlich Datum der Verleihs, von - bis + persönliche Angaben Name,Vorname,Adresse,Tel-Nummer(Mobil Geb.Datum, Größe, Gewicht, Schi-Fahr-Können (++ oder + oder O oder - oder -- Z.B. fünf Stufen Adresse der Unterklunt in Corvara + gegebenenfalls Anzahlung Vorkasse, z.B.: mit Kreditkarte etc. + weiter Daten die für Sprot Kostner wichtig sein könnten. Das würden wir vier als sehr großen Vorteil gegenüber den Wettbewerbern ansehen, denn die jetzigen Online Lösung über einen externen Provider ist mehr als mäßig Liebe Grüße und bis Ende Februar 2019.

Darüber war der Mitarbeiter verärgert (ich war allein im Laden sonst wäre ich auch nochmal ins Hotel gegangen). Ggf. wäre es besser wenn man an Hand des Namens schnell an die Reservierung kommt. Hat dann auch alles super geklappt.

Soweit alles ok. Bei hohem Andrang wird aber die Reihenfolge bei der Bedienung der Kundschaft nicht immer eingehalten (miete seit 15Jahren bei diesem Service). Evtl. sollte eine Nummernvergabe Abhilfe schaffen.

We ordered in advance ....(internet) ... the service is good but was a little bit stressful because there are too many people in the crowd and someones dont like make a queue .... the material ist very good, you can even change it after some days if you are not satisfied ....
I requested 3 different type of skis. Upon arrival they were available. Great! The skis were well serviced and good quality. Only the return process is time consuming because its prime time in the store. Somebody just checking in returning skis would be great (saturday and sunday afternoon)☀️☀️☀️

Simpatia, offerta valida e cortesi
Noleggio l’attrezzatura da voi da 10 anni. Ho prenotato online una settimana prima del mio arrivo nella speranza che mi venissero messi da parte degli sci all’altezza ma ho scoperto con disappunto che mi erano stati riservati degli sci di 4/5 anni fa e per un livello “intermedio” che non era ciò che avevo richiesto. Mi è stato detto che il giovedì non si può trovare molto perché è a metà settimana… io comunque gli sci li avrei tenuti per 10 gg e comunque li avevo prenotati proprio per questo motivo. Mi è stato spiegato che viene messa da parte la categoria richiesta peccato che mi sia stato dato lo sci più scarso di quella categoria. Lo stesso giorno c’erano in consegna degli sci nettamente migliori dei miei e mi è stato detto che quelli erano stati prenotati?!?!…appunto… Dopo 5 giorni ho deciso di provare un paio di sci di categoria inferiore sperando di avere un po’ di scelta, ma anche in quel caso non c’era molto. Ho comunque scelto un paio di sci e con quelli mi sono trovata un po’ meglio. A fine vacanza oltre il danno la beffa… invece di pagare meno perché ero passata a sci di categoria inferiore ho pagato di più perché invece di noleggiare per 10 gg ne ho fatti 5+5… peccato che al momento del cambio non mi fosse stato spiegato nulla, anzi! Viste le mie perplessità iniziali ero stata incoraggiata a provare e poi eventualmente cambiare. Alla fine mio marito (che non ama le polemiche) ha pagato senza recriminare ma siamo entrambi dell’idea che il prossimo anno ci rivolgeremo ad un altro noleggio, mi spiace ma dopo 10 anni ci vedremo costretti a cambiare
Il solo problema che ho trovato è nella fila che occorre fare per il noleggio. Risulta ben fornito anche se la qualità degli sci benché aumentati di prezzo sia peggiorata. Il locale è il solito da anni, con personale molto gentile e competente per altro sempre cortese.
il servizio è sempre al top pur notando una minore scelta e disponibilità rispetto agli altri anni. Appunto che mi preme evidenziare i prezzi degli sci utilizzati a noleggio ed in vendita a fine stagione invernale sono alti.
Purtroppo gli scarponi erano molto vecchi, ad occhio avranno avuto almeno 3/4 anni. Sembravano parecchio usurati. Per fortuna hanno fatto il loro durante la giornata di sci

Al termine della scelta si dichiarano comunque sempre a disposizione per eventuali cambiamenti. Francamente non si può chiedere di più in termini di disponibilità ad accontentare in tutto e per tutto lo sciatore.

Non è stata rispettata la prenotazione e mi è stato applicato un prezzo maggiore per l'attrezzatura che ho selezionato in negozio, pur essendomi stata indicata come compresa nella fascia selezionata con la prenotazione. Comportamento non corretto.

Sempre cortesi e disponibili, mi hanno sempre dato attrezzature in ottime condizioni, con lamine e sciolina fatte bene! La loro formula di noleggio, che prevede una caparra e saldo alla condegna, è molto gradira ed utile in caso di imprevisti che impongano cambi di programma.

Il negozio è nuovo, moderno, fornito di tutte le migliori marche per una completa attrezzatura da sci. Il personale oltre che di una gentilezza e simpatia ineguagliabile è dotato di una professionalità impareggiabile. Personalmente ho noleggiato due paia di sci, uno per me ed uno per mia moglie, che avevo prenotato on line usufruendo così anche di uno sconto del 10%,scegliendo tra un numero vastissimo di marche e tipologie di sci. La disponibilità del personale ha oltretutto permesso di cambiare la prenotazione a seguito di chiarimenti richiesti a proposito di una particolare marca di sci da me poco conosciuta. Il materiale di entrambi è risultato assolutamente azzeccato con grande soddisfazione riguardo non solo alla categoria di sci scelti, ma anche riguardo alle ottime condizioni dell'attrezzatura oltretutto fornita con una preparazione di lamine e sciolinatura impareggiabile. It was a shame that there appeared to be insufficient staff to help families get their boots and skis after a long day’s travelling. There was much waiting around and people were getting frustrated. We were saved by a senior member of staff who took control of the situation. Super equipment of high quality and the return of the equipment couldn’t have been easier. It was a shame that the first impression could have been avoided.
