Just slightly better than the competition in all areas. The shop is next to the best caffe; the heating/drying system is the best, and there is no smell as a consequence, and warm boots when you come off the slopes; the skis were well maintained and fast; the shop didn't have carpet (why do ski shops do that?!) so was very clean; the equipment was ready and waiting for us, already adjusted. Excellent.

Tutto positivo, l'unica cosa è che non c'era l'attrezzatura già pronta e la priorità data non cambiava molto da chi non aveva prenotato visto che era abbastanza tranquilla

Noleggio vicino alle piste. Personale preciso e serio.
Il personale sia in Bormio che a Bormio 2000 è cortese e competente: il materiale è adattato al livello di sci. Preferisco scegliere il materiale in negozio, con la loro assistenza, che scegliere online: non saprei come valutare le varie opzioni bronze silver gold senza chiedere loro. Forse se preferite che le persone prenotino online, potreste aggiungere qualche consiglio sul sito. Grazie!
