The shop was clean and tidy, and the staff friendly and with a good knowledge of the technical ability of the ski equipment on offer. Arriving Sunday did mean that most of the skis perhaps went to out on Saturday, so the choice may have been less for us at the time. However what we had was fine after we changed from a softer ski to a stiffer higher grade ski. for the changing conditions of the piste which had some ice in places..
Excellent team in the hire shop who were extremely patient and helpful
I wanted touring equipment in my size. The size 30 boots were not a heavy weight touring boot, so I had to swap between touring and downhill kit. In the end I hired some dynafit boots from another shop.
Very helpful fitted my bindings and swapped my sons board to ski with minimal cost. Couldnt rate them any better.
Super friendly staff and very informative too. A highly recommended place to rent ski equipment in Sauze!!
Very helpful and attentive staff. Will definitely use them again and book direct as opposed to going through the Crystal Ski.
The service from Vicky in the store was fabulous. She was incredibly helpful and very efficient in processing our booking and providing equipment. We were there in the last few days that the store was open and so it was in the process of being closed down for the season and so the 4* rating for the store may not be representative of how it is usually. But we had absolutely no issues and the equipment provided was very good.
Very efficient provision and return of skis and equipment was in good condition
The booking system allowed us to choose between levels for boots and skiis - this didn't seem to be the case when we got to the shop ie they were all the same basic level. Very speedy service, though!
Al ritiro il personale era molto frettoloso perché "doveva chiudere". Siamo arrivati alle 18:40 ed abbiamo atteso che servisse i clienti prima di noi. Per il resto un buon servizi, con attrezzatura in ottime condizioni e di qualità. Molto cordiale, invece, il personale presente alla riconsegna.

Great location next to my Hotel. Staff were welcoming and very knowledgeable. The skis were first class and well prepared for the week, but was told that if I had any issues to take them back and they would sort it. Didn’t need to worry though as the ski's, as I said were perfect.
