Everything is great. We had an advance reservation, so we didn't even have to wait.

I liked being able to review the stock before booking so I could select the appropriate level of skis for the different parts of my group. Dropping the skis off and picking them up from the hotel was a brilliant touch & extremely helpful on the final day of skiing for the group.

Great service, super efficient and then equipment delivered to hotel and collect from hotel when we left. Normally I dread the rental process but this was smooth and seamless. Thank you

Very easy to hire ski equipment for a group of 12. The staff were very helpful and friendly and the equipment was in good condition and good quality. The equipment was delivered to the hotel which was very convenient. The only down side was that we had to attend the shop with our ski boots to sort the fit and due our flight times this meant attending on our first ski day - with other companies we have been used to giving sizes and not having to attend the shop - but this was made quick and super easy - would recommend!

I had an issue with the boots provided - not comfortable - I brought them back after my first day and they were exchanged for another pair without any issue. The staff were very helpful and courteous. Although the boots were more comfortable I would have liked a better pair - like the pair one of the people in my group were given.

I got skis I asked for, but they were a bit too stiff for me. It was an easy swap to R=12 Elite skis, with a lift back to my hotel. Fabulous stuff!

The rental shop is easy to find, the skis we rented were great. They were dropped off at the hotel on day one and picked up on the last day. Great service.

Services were easy as I was able to book online. Not long of a wait to get our equipment. They even gave us money back as we picked up our equipment a day late due to travels. Equipment was clean and comfortable!

We booked the rental of ski equipment online to get a discount of 20%. Service was fast at the shop during fittings. The equipment was delivered to our hotel for our use the next day. Return was easy as the shop collected the equipment from our hotel at the end of the rental period. Didn’t do a comparison of rental prices across shops so not sure whether prices are comparable to the other rental shops

Equipment great. Shop too too busy on the 15th in the afternoon, almost impossible to get served, took 2 hrs to get 5,sets of skis. People pushing and shoving, it was not fun

We had pre-booked skis but had to wait well over an hour to get served in a shop that was too full and too hot. The shop was crazily full and the queuing process was not clear and not managed. One of our group nearly fainted in the crowd. This was the worst ski rental pick up experience I have ever had. I know it was busy - school holidays - but they should have known that too and have been ready for the queues. There was no advantage to having pre-booked. They need to either set up a queuing system outside the shop, use some of the space in the retail shop next door or find a way of separating people who had pre-booked from those who hadn't. The staff were polite but the process itself was awful. In other resorts when we have pre-booked the skis were ready and waiting for us and all we had to do was test the boots and get the bindings fixed. The only good thing was the delivery and collection of the equipment to the hotel.

Staff is nice and helpful. The rental procedure is a bit unorganized as there were a lot of people to attend to Saturday evening. Initial boots rented were quite worn and did not fit properly but was able to switch out for much better boots later in the week.

It was very crowded and we had booked on line but still had to queue for boots and skis and they were not the intermediate quality we expected.

Was supplied with a good snowboard but edges were dull. I was lucky there was no ice in resort.

Fantastic service! The dilivered the skiis directly to the hotel. I was renting in the category of Super Top and they also let me try another pair without any diskussion. When i changed my skiis they even insisted to bring the other pair to the hotel. After the renting they also picked up the skiis from the hotel. Super Service!!!

POSITIVES: Quality of equipment. Equipment picked up at our hotel. Three members of staff we dealt with were friendly. NEGATIVE: One member of staff we dealt with was grumpy and unfriendly. Very poor experience at collection - 1 not enough equipment available to satisfy demand led to a wait while further equipment was brought in from elsewhere. 2 numbers on tickets not used effectively to ensure fair order of service meaning some who arrived after us were served before us. 3 no explanation or signage to explain where to go first, how it works etc led to confusion From entering to leaving the shop (only 2 in our party) took 1 hour 15 mins. Unacceptable, and much longer than a competitor rental shop up the road which we have used three times in the past.

When arriving at the rental it was very busy, there was no line or queue of any kind, only chaos! There was no information on what to do or who to talk to. After waiting in line for nearly 30 min. I was informed that I was in the wrong line and directed to another line. When I finally got some help the employee came with ski boots and they didn’t fit, when I asked for a smaller pair he replied that this was what I had ordered. Strange reply knowing that ski boots are as different as they are many. Then he asked if I wanted a helmet and I said yes as that was part of the package I had ordered online in advance. He never came back with it and I found a old one on the shop floor that I asked another employee if I could use. Had to go and change the boots later as they where a much cheaper and softer than the “super top” kind that I ordered and paid for. I will certainly choose another rental in the future!

This reminded me of ski rental w0 years ago. In other resorts, the skis are ordered in advance and brought to your hotel or chalet for fitting. The ski rental shop was small and it was too busy, too crowded and a lot of cross people. The process needs to be updated so as it is more like other resorts.

We were very impressed by the team as well as the fact that they offered to drop our soft shoes back to our hotel and to pick up our skis at the end of our stay from the hotel. Definitely booking with them again next year.

The first day they had no expert skis my size. Went to the other location 2 days later and was able to get better skis for my higher level ability. Although they initially did not understand I wanted expert (not intermediate), they brought out the Race Tiger expert level at size 152. After realizing how unhappy I was that they put me in the wrong skis initially, they did not charge me the additional for the expert level skis. Thank you for your understanding and good customer service after finally understanding.

A big problem with the deposit that is not present there, and we could not find another one free for the first day. Having a deposit is kind of normal in other places, but apparently not in Madonna di Campiglio. Would be easier if the rental would write this on the website, to be clear from the beginning. We took it for granted that a deposit is provided and were surprised when we had to carry the ski and boots with us.

Everything was very well, apart from the lack of deposit. There was no information on the web site about the lack of deposit in the rental center. This is so obvious in other places of the world, that we did not even ask, and we ended up in the evening with the need to carry the boots and skis to find a deposit somewhere else. This could have been communicated clearly from the beginning. As we could not find a deposit that evening, we had to wear wet boots the second day. Not really friendly welcome...

Olimpionico gave us the best service at a great a price. With pick up from our hotel for fitting and then picking our equipment up again at the end of the week we had none of the exhausting lugging of gear around town - bliss!!!!!

Molto comodo poter sostituire il tipo di sci durante il periodo di noleggio per provarne di differenti.

Il giorno del ritiro abbiamo fatto una coda inverosimile nonostante la prenotazione online.il giorno successivo sono tornato per sostituire gli scarponi con i quali non mi trovavo e sono stato trattato con scarsa gentilezza solo perché ho chiesto di provarne qualche paio per trovare quello con cui ero più a mio agio. Alla fine non avendo trovato lo scarpone che faceva al mio caso ho fatto il reso dello scarpone che avevo noleggiato che così ho utilizzato un solo giorno anziché due.non mi risulta mi siano stata restituita la quota di noleggio scarponi non usufruiita

Molto pratico poter prenotare gli sci on line e passare in negozio solo per il settaggio. Poi molto apprezzato il servizio navetta che ti accompagna o ti porta l'attrezzatura in hotel. Noleggiato sci di alta fascia e mi sono trovato particolarmente bene. Il primo giorno mi sono accorto che l'attrezzatura necessitava di affilatura lamine e prontamente hanno provveduto facendomi trovare la mattina gli sci in albergo. Sono stati molto cortesi e professionali.

Unica pecca gli scarponi un po’ troppo rovinati per aver preso il 5 stelle, sci ottimi.

Molta confusione in fase di accettazione a causa della dimensione contenuta del negozio e in particolar modo nelle ore di ritiro o consegna materiali. Personale disponibile e cordiale. Materiale di buona qualità non perfettamente preparato nelle lamine e soletta per noleggio settimanale prenotato tempo prima, dopo due giorni non eravamo più in sicurezza in particolare su ghiaccio. Però disponibili ad effettuare la manutenzione necessaria gratuitamente con consegna la mattina seguente presto. Quindi servizio accettabile e gestibile, basta saper chiedere e si ottiene l'assistenza.

Tutto è stato vanificato con un atteggiamento di scarsa disponibilità e attenzione verso noi clienti quando alla riconsegna del materiale abbiamo fatto presente che una bacchetta si era rotta e ci hanno chiesto 15 euro per il danno, il tutto con un atteggiamento molto antipatico (cosa che più ci ha infastidito ). Vista la spesa affrontata e il fatto che non è il primo anno che ci rivolgiamo a loro per affittare e comprare materiale, mi sarei aspettato un altro atteggiamento, e magari rinunciare anche a 15 euro visto che, solo per l’affitto e senza considerare quanto comprato al negozio, avevamo speso più di 400 euro. Riguardo la rottura della bacchetta poi visto che è avvenuta durante il normale utilizzo e senza botte o altro subito dall’attrezzo, rimane il dubbio che ci sia stata data già in non perfette condizioni.... ma questo non si potrà mai sapere.

Attacchi grandi e vecchi che uscivano di 2 cm buoni dalla tavola...scomodissima l apertura da stringere probabilemnte perche hanno messo range di attacchi grandi per il mio piede. Una sola tavola di dimensione 149...e mi stavano dando una di piu di 152 che nn ricordo. Nessuna attenzione alla mia altezza peso ma sbrigativi e approssimativi. Nn ci tornerei.

Ho noleggiato due e-Bike full per 1 gg per me è la ma compagna, Una ha dato problemi, mentre l’altra presentava il fine corsa del cambio non registrato e non essendo la mia compagna un esperta più volte ci siamo dovuti fermare per rimontare la catena che cadeva in seguito alla scalata di marcia, inoltre a fine giornata il computer della mia compagna è andato in blocco...fortunatamente in piazza prima della riconsegna della bici. I mezzi erano comunque in ordine e puliti, carichi e non abbiamo dovuto attendere 1 minuto sia per la consegna che per il ritiro. Lo consiglierei.

per me era la prima volta, ho noleggiato un set ferrata on-line la sera prima alle 21.30. ritiro il kit la mattina seguente senza problemi. ottimo servizio

Sarebbe opportuno poter scegliere il tipo di sci e metterlo da parte. Sarebbe proprio quello il vantaggio della prenotaZione. Invece non è possibile e spesso arrivando non si trova lo sci che si vorrebbe. Chiaramente parlo solo di sci top dove la scelta è tutto perché le differenze sono enormi!

Siamo stati sotto natale, periodo di grande affluenza, non è stato possibile noleggiare l’attrezzatura che avevo in mente ma forse avrei dovuto comunicarglielo in fase di prenotazione. Per il resto esperienza ottima!

Il negozio è ben curato e ricco di attrezzatura. Il personale gentile e disponibile. Purtroppo, per mia sfortuna, non ho trovato l'attrezzatura completamente adatta a me. La tavola da snowboard della nitro era una buona tavola, ottima per la mia corporatura. Gli attacchi però non erano ben centrati (i talloni erano spostati leggermente verso la lamina back, lasciando più spazio tra la punta del piede e la lamina front). Questo mi dava qualche difficoltà in più nel curvare sulle punte. Inoltre, uno degli attacchi era difettoso. Spesso, dopo qualche curva, lo ritrovavo totalmente slacciato nonostante avessi stretto bene le fibbie con i cricketti. Ho chiesto la sostituzione e i ragazzi sono stati subito disponibili e cordiali. Nel complesso non male. Ma consiglierei una maggiore attenzione nei materiali.

Avevo chiesto uno sci in particolare che però non era disponibile al mio arrivo ma lo è diventato il giorno successivo. Quindi unica pecca questa. Dal momento che prenoto quello sci vorrei poter trovare quello! Gentilissimi i ragazzi che comunque hanno fatto di tutto per farmelo avere il giorno successivo è ci sono riusciti!

Noleggio sci ormai da anni presso Olimpionico Sport, in entrambi i punti vendita. Attrezzatura ottima e sempre perfetta, sia per me (sciatore direi esperto) sia per mia moglie (sciatrice principiante). L'attrezzatura è talmente buona che l'anno scorso mia moglie ha acquistato gli scarponi noleggiati, ad un ottimo prezzo, in quanto usati, seppur poco (stagione da poco iniziata). Ovviamente anche quest'anno abbiamo usufruito del servizio noleggio sci, e non possiamo che confermare quanto ormai già detto: ottime attrezzature, personale preparato, all'altezza sia delle richieste così come del comprensorio sciistico.

Very nice, fast and excellent service. No problem when we wanted to change after one day. Also picked up an delivered directly to the hotel

The service was efficient and easy. We were picked up at our hotel and taken to the shop for our skis. Skis were good quality for the cost. Booking ahead on line was a bit difficult, but worth the effort.
