Very helpful and quick service with good support through the week!
It was a smooth experience renting our snowboard equipment from you guys. The staff were helpful and super friendly and willing to help us with our requirements. Would highly recommend you to anyone who needs to hire skis or snowboards while in Passo Del Tonale.
The staff and experience in the downstairs rental space were/was excellent. No other rental / resort can compare. Thank you for a thoroughly exceptional setup and such speed and attention. Much appreciated by me, my wife and 4 children.
We were two families of 10 in total and found the process of Ski rental at Nolleggio by Maestri to be excellent. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, the queues moved really fast and I would definitely hire our equipment here when we return next hear. 5 starts from us!

Clean, fast, efficent service. Ski Locker rental availability was an added bonus.
Lovely helpful staff, a great selection of equipment. I rented some boots for my son age 12. They boots we rented were a great fit and didn't hurt my sons feet like the boots we had brought with us. They were a a really good price. Definitely the place to go for all your skiing equipment.
Staff was very little helpful in verifying the material, basically threw it onto us and that’s it, really annoying
I had problems with my boots, they were to tight, this was only solved when I asked for larger sized shoe . I recommend staff have equipment to measure feet as sometimes people may need a bigger shoe size as their feet swell up etc. Also we paid for premium but the equipment did not appear in good condition and old/used.
Hired cheap skis as didn't bring mine. Very good value and perfectly serviceable skis
Quick and easy collection of skis, lockers well worth getting well place at base of slopes.
Board had loose bindings at ine toe. Took the board back to repair bindings. We were told they were repaired but weren't so back to the shop again a day later. Then got a new board. This time one of the bindings was very loose against the board. Back to the shop again and got a brand new set of bindings.

This place has the latest top Quality equipment. The staff are so helpful and cannot do enough to help. The location is great ski in ski out with proper modern hot lockers. 3 of our group stepped into brand new boots.
Very quick and easy and great equipment. Second time to use and will use again.
One suggestion to improve: When booking the equipment via the web-site there was an opportunity to choose which type of shoe size system to use (EU/M.P/UK...) which was really good. BUT then in the confirmation my entered size in M.P. was "translated" to an EU-size and the when I then got my booths they were wrong M.P.-size. Since I did not realize it from the start I had to try several booths before finding a good pair and looking at the M.P. size of the ones finally found it was the size I had originally entered....
Noleggio by Maestri is a fantastic place to rent ski equipment. Very helpfull and super friendly staff. Will use them again :).
Overall great experience at Noleggio by Maestri's Redival shop: friendly and professional staff who helped to choose the well fitting boots and the rest of equipment, mint condition of all the rented equipment, thanks to all the team! We also were very happy to make use of their very convenient, modern and reasonably priced overnight ski lockers that are located just a few steps from the lifts, and you can ski-in right to the locker room door on your way back at the end of the day :-)
Fabulous new rental shop. Staff so helpful and efficient. We had some confusion with a bar code on skis (didn't match name in our group) but the staff were so helpful in sorting out the mix up

Great service. Busy to collect and drop off rental equipment but hard to avoid this on a Sunday and Friday schedule (like everyone else!). We managed to reserve the last heated ski locker which was a godsend, rather than trudging up road in our ski boots! Thanjs for your help.
Great place with very kind and helpful staff. Wide range of skis, including last season models. I will come back to Noleggio by Maestri with no doubt. My heart absolutely melted once I saw they have Tecnica boots and the latest Atomics for rent. Well done guys, I will be back soon.

The check in process was quick and efficient. The staff were helpful. The lockers were excellent and being linked to your ski pass is such a great idea.
The shop was bright, clean, warm & spacious. The equipment was readily available. The equipment was in good working order.
The service was excellent and the cost of the ski hire was amazing!
The service staff were very good. Though, when we collected our skis (Saturday afternoon) it was chaotic in the shop with people returning skis. It would be better if you had a return area and a collection area.

The staff were very helpful, despite us only managing to make the booking 10 minutes before we arrived to collect the equipment (our fault, not theirs!). It was very good value for money compared to other rental options in the area and the staff helped ensure all our boots and helmets fitted well.

Second time we have used these amazing guys for ski and snowboard hire. Totally fantastic service, really efficient and helpful. Happy to change equipment if boots too tight etc. Booking, collecting and returning equipment is smooth and well organised. Great location, pick up your skis, grab your ski pass. And book lessons all in the same building. Covid testing is also available below the rental shop. Couldn’t recommend more thoroughly. Thank you

Very conveniently placed at the base of the slopes for easy pickup and return. Right by the ski pass ticket office too. Bright modern premises with plenty of attentive and pleasant staff. Would have no problems recommending
Great new shop. New and bigger lockers. Direct access to the slope from the locker room is a big improvement.
It was referenced on the Miramonde Grand Hotel I was staying in.
We cannot praise the team highly enough. They were so helpful and allowed us to keep our equipment with them overnight, drove us to the other side of town when we were running late, and really went the extra yard generally. A particular mention should go to Francesco who could not have done more to help. A thoroughly pleasant experience and so refreshing. We wouldn't go anywhere else in the future. Easy to book on line. Great service in the shop, equipment good; no hassle at all. Loved the locker system.
The evening before starting skiing I went to the shop to get the skis. I brought my own shoes and a member of staff set the bindings up. Next day I tried use my skis, but only one binding was adjusted correctly. I returned to the shop to complain it and I was accused of giving my skis to someone else. The service man was arrogant.
They have high quality skis and very polite service.

We were off season. Lockers were fantastic. Get one if you can. Shop same as all ski resorts, friendly and helpful. Good range of equipment.
The very helpful gentleman sorted all 10 of our group out without any trouble & was very patient with my trying on several pairs of boots to find some that I could wear.

Equipment was excellent, good condition and excellent price. We reserved a locker, however when we got there it was not available. That could have been handled better.
Skis and poles were of a very good standard and suitable for my skiing level. Service was friendly and quick.
Very friendly staff who put you immediately at ease. They are very flexible and helpful and will always replace equipment if there is any problem.
Mi sono sempre trovato bene. Disponibilità e cortesia. Unico consiglio è quello di lasciare accesi i sensori luci nelle serate di sci notturno poiché era tutto spento lo scorso giovedì.
L'unico appunto è sul fatto che gli sci noleggiati non erano proprio in ottime condizioni. però erano preparati perfettamente.

Allora senza ombra di dubbio posso die che è il miglior noleggio al tonale avendone provati ben 4. Primo i locali sono molto grandi e quindi anche quando c'è molta gente c'è spazo per tutti. Secondo sono direttamente sulle piste quindi anche per la restituzione si arriva sci ai piedi davanti alla porta di ingresso, terzo hanno anche i servizi che sono sempre comodi (tra l'altro molto puliti), quarto le attrezzature sono ottime. Che dire. Bravi
Tutto benissimo come negli anni scorsi. Il personale è molto cortese e la attrezzatura di buona qualità. unica nota da migliorare è il rispetto delle norme anticovid nella sala armadietti. Il personale dovrebbe passare più spesso e richiedere di indossare la mascherina.

Una volta effettuata la prenotazione ho ricevuto una mail che mi chiedeva di annullare la prenotazione in quanto il negozio sarebbe stato chiuso. Il sito non dava comunque modo di annullare la prenotazione e non ho ricevuto nessuna risposta alla mia domanda su come effettuare la cancellazione..

Everythink was great: location, stuff, equipement. If You stay for several days don’t hesitate to rent heated storage cabinet.
My experience was great, I received skis of high quality and was able to adjust their length in the subsequent days as well.
Online reserviert, innerhalb 15 Minuten die komplette Ausrüstung in einem guten Zustand erhalten, Top Ski bekommen. Kommunikation allerdings nur englisch oder italienisch möglich, ist aber zu 99% in Tonale so.
The person a man who helps us is very efficient and very helpful. He works very hard. The place is nice and clean.
