The service and the material perfect!!!

Didn’t use the shop but skis delivered as expected and in great condition.

We initially did not get the equipment we needed but the staff was very helpful in making changes for us.

Easy booking. Easy collect at hotel. Easy drop off at the end. Well done.

Great experience with the staff. Met me at the hotel with 3 sets of skis to set binding to the boots that we brought with us. Unfortunately, they could not get good internet access to confirm the appropriate DIN, so they took boots and skis back to shop to set DINs and returned in less than 15 minutes. 3rd day of four day rental, we decided to rent boots for my daughter because her personal ski boots were too small and causing her feet to cramp. the shop fit her quickly and reset bindings. We were in and out in 10 -15 minutes. Daughter loved the fit.

I did not visit the shop, as I booked online and used the option of having the skis delivered to the hotel. The process was even easier than I expected. My skis, Salomon Addikt 170 cm, were superb. They handled the hard, icy snow of the upper mountain as easily as the soft piles on the sides of the trail, at any speed. I honestly enjoyed them equally to my current daily drivers back home, 2014 Dynastar Cham 87 in 172 cm length.

These guys were superb. Everything was ordered online beforehand and it was all there in a rack waiting for us when we arrived. My usual experience is you order online before you arrive but they size you up for weight and hight when you walk through the door. The service here was absolutely first class!

Excellent service. My skis were ready when I arrived. After a couple of days I decided that the skis were too stiff. They exchanged them without question for one that were a little softer.

Easiest ski rental ever. I sent boot measurements by email and skis appeared magically in the boot room of the hotel. Vito even sent through ski bus timetables and routes.

The staff could not have been more helpful. I pre- booked equipment from Australia, it was delivered to my hotel the day before my arrival and I simply left it in my hotels ski room when I left. Equipment was in good condition and properly adjusted for both my high skiiing level and my wife’s intermediate level. A simple effortless process from start to finish.

At the store was not the nicest service when I went give back by my skis earlier. No money back but treated me like stupid.

This was our first time skiing and it was an excellent experience. If you are new and starting to skiing this place will be heaven to you the attention was excellent all the time since the beguinning to the end. Grazie Mille you make our experience totally amazing !

Friendly and helpful, they swapped out some boots that were too tight without a problem. Parking for SnowService 2 is a bit of an issue though.

I rented premium skis but was given standard skis. I had to return the second day to get the upgrade skis

Used hotel delivery service. I brought my own boots and the shop was able to setup bindings perfectly without requiring a visit. So convenient!

My feet are hard to fit in decent boots, so needed to offer a variety of choices. One nice bench seat up high so staff could assist. Good quality skis

Superb advice and assistance on selection of equipment prior to booking. Took the option of having everything delivered to our hotel which was just brilliant. No need to take time out to go and collect or return. It was like having everything with you but no need to transport through airport etc. The works, skis, boots, helmet but also ski suits, gloves and googles. Snow Service highly recommended.

Snow Service provided exactly what we needed. Delivery of skis and poles to our hotel as well as pick up at the end of our stay, and tuned and waxed skis that were well suited to the information we provided in the booking process. In fact, the skis were outstanding! A very positive experience.

Rental employee had great customer service. Was very knowledgeable about equipment and recommended skis that worked perfectly for the hard, icy conditions. I also was able to exchange for a more comfortable helmet. All employees spoke excellent English

All were amazing the setups for our family were near perfect based on our online orders w height and weight and level. All equipment delivered in super organized fashion to our hotel. Only size issues were easily swapped out by a quick visit to the shop. Luca was super friendly and helpful and all the staff accommodating. We will be repeat customers on our next visit to Cortina D’Ampezzo.

We pre-booked our ski gear online. When we arrived - it was all ready and labelled. We then had a very quick and efficient fitting to double check. Very impressed with services of Ski Service 2. We would use again.

Amazing equipment. All new skis and boots. Delivery service to and pick up was super helpful and made things so easy. I had to swap out helmet, as the size was incorrect. I went to shop and it literally took 2 minutes to swap out. What customer service business!!! Amazing! Would highly recommend!

To arrive at our hotel and all of our ski gear there and clearly labelled with names was an amazing service! I needed to change my boots on the first day and I was accommodated straight away. The staff Imet were very courteous and pleasant. I was very impressed!

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly and the collection process was very quick/efficient. The staff even offered to help drop our skis to our hotel for us which wasn't necessary as we went straight out to the lifts and started skiing, but very much appreciated nonetheless. Drop-off of the equipment was equally as good, with a very quick drop-off process taking only a matter of minutes.

Molto valida l'idea di poter noleggiare on line l'attrezzatura, anche se la scelta dei modelli non è molto ampia. Molto comodo ricevere o meglio trovare già nella sky room dell'albergo l'attrezzatura noleggiata anche se questo ha un costo che azzera lo sconto della prenotazione on-line Un po' faraginosa la richiesta dei dati completi per la misura degli scarponi se di proprietà in quanto l'informazione viene richiesta successivamente alla compilazione della prenotazione. Forse sarebbe meglio richiederla prima del pagamento , specificando la necessità di avere queste misure prima di chiudere l'operazione. Materiale in ottime condizioni e ben preparato .

Ottima esperienza con SnowService. Ho noleggiato più volte l'attrezzatura qui ed è sempre stato tutto ok. Segnalo in particolare la disponibilità e l'attenzione del personale anche in caso di imprevisti (l'ultima volta sono arrivato in albergo alle 23 e gli sci non erano stati consegnati. Ho scritto una mail e la mattina dopo alle 8.00 ne avevano consegnato un altro paio nella ski room dell'albergo).

Il personale è molto efficiente e competente. In generale non si perde troppo tempo. L’ho consigliato anche a mio figlio ed alla sua famiglia.

Un posto dove ti senti a casa per la cordialità, disponibili ad esaudire ogni richiesta sciistica, attrezzature top, non potrei chiedere di meglio

avevo già fatto una esperienza di noleggio in questo stesso negozio (snow service 3 ) nell'anno 2020 ed avevo fatto presente che prenotare on line ma dover comunque perdere 40 minuti in negozio per attendere la consegna dei materiali non era esattamente il mio sogno , così sono stato molto contento questo anno di poter richiedere la consegna ed il ritiro direttamente al mo albergo. Tuttavia gli sci non sono stati consegnati la sera dell'arrivo come concordato via mail ed anche dopo un passaggio direttamente al negozio per chiedere lumi , mi è stato detto che sarebbero stati consegnati più tardi in modo da potermi consegnare l'esatto modello scelto per il noleggio. Preciso che in realtà non ho potuto scegliere nessun modello perchè il form di prenotazione ne presentava solo un modello . Nonostante il passaggio in negozio, li sci sono stati consegnati la mattina successiva intorno alle ore nove con una coppia di bastoncini di misura diversa tra loro che mi sono fatto sostituire il giorno dopo. Per concludere direi che il sistema può funzionare , ma le persone devono essere molto più attente alle esigenze del cliente.

Sci eccessivamente usurati.

Snowservice sono molto simpatici e il servizio di consegno in albergo e fantastico. Sci di buona qualità e in buone condizioni, ma la qualità degli scarponi non ere quello che aspettavamo. Io ho delle vesciche sui due piedi e le mie figlio hanno male allo stinco dovuto alla scarsa imbottitura.

Gli sci di categoria più alta ordinati online erano troppo morbidi e troppo corti

Servizio rapido ed efficiente, unica nota negativa ho affittato sci e scarponi top anno in corso, mi sono stati dati inizialmente scarponi non top e solo dopo mia rimostranza scarpone top, gli sci anche se buoni non sembravano affatto di quest’anno. Sono comprensivo perché settimana di Capodanno però è una cosa che la prossima volta puntualizzerò maggiormente.

Da sempre il mio punto di riferimento per il noleggio degli sci!

erano anni che noleggiavo sci, scarponi o bici per me e la mia famiglia (siamo 5)....non avrei mai pensato di imbattermi in un ragazzino alto magro e con il codino (solo per identificarlo) ignorante e maleducato che a mia gentile richiesta di darmi un particolare tipo di scarponi già affittati in precedenza nel mese di luglio u.s. mi rispondeva in maniera ignorante che mi erano stati assegnati quelli e non aveva tempo di cercarne altri. Comportamento vergognoso.
