Very disappointing experience. We placed an order in advance, specifying exact skis and boot level, but when we arrived on the first day, the staff were not aware of our booking and nothing was prepared. We were given skis and boots of lower quality than what we had ordered. Only the next day did they bring most of our equipment from another branch, but everything was very old and worn out. Despite booking high-level equipment, it did not meet our expectations at all. A complete disappointment.

Sono molto soddisfatta del servizio offerto , tutti sempre molto disponibili, gentili e col sorriso in volto, cosa non scontata al giorno d’oggi.

Molto professionali, complimenti. Sarebbe il top se l'ambiente deposito scorrevole scarponi e attrezzature fosse più ampio per evitare di schiacciare dentro altre persone, magari spostando gli armadietti di legno più in fondo e allungare i binari scorrevoli, ma è solo un suggerimento, il servizio è ottimo
