Amazing experience and super easy to rent

Efficient and friendly service. Bikes were in excellent condition and setup as we asked. My first choice for Val Gardena.

Staff very helpful and the bikes were amazing

The brakes on my rental bike were in very poor condition. They barely worked, screamed every time I used them, and after descending for more than a few seconds they would lock up on the rotor. The bottom hub also made constant clinking noises anytime I rode over rocky terrain. I’m not a bike mechanic, but I do mountain bike 3–4 days a week back home, so I know when something isn’t right. When I returned the bike and mentioned the brake issue to the staff, I was told “that’s normal,” which was disappointing. It’s hard to enjoy a 5-hour ride when you don’t feel safe or able to trust the bike. Overall, I was let down by both the equipment and the response from the shop.

The staff is absolutely fantastic! Knowledge are high and they really want to help you and give you advise about routes. They ask about your skills and give advise dependig of your experiance. They are pure professional. The bikes are top nogde. I dont know if they are the best in Val Gardena but everything was as god as it gets! Øyvind Bjerkadal Norway

All good. Skis were great, boots were a little old and worn but OK.

I was given the incorrect size board and the bindings were attached back to front. My colleague had the same experience. The equipment compared to previously hired equipment from other stores seemed quite tattered and old.

Was expecting newer model ski instead got 3 year old model

At first the board I rented was not suited to my skill level, but after a few visits to the shop they were able to get my equipment better suited to my level.

My family was taken care of by an Argentinian man and he was fantastic!! We couldn’t have been happier with him. My partner needed a change in his snowboard’s fixtures and he also so happily and readily helped us.

A rapid access for those who reserve skis would be appreciated. Line was the same for everybody and took a time to pick them up. Also the skis I reserved were not available because the previous client had not returned them. This should be calculated to avoid receiving different skis.

Your staff were friendly, patient, helpful and efficient. One stop shop - we were also able to book ski lessons for our beginners. Shop was clean and tidy and equipment was perfect. We were a group of 25 and all made use of your services. I mixed up my ski's in the ski room with another guest in our apartment block and your staff assisted in correcting my mistake with a friendly smile.

As per my remarks....All EXCELLENT. I have been a client for many years and will always recommend SKI 2000 to friends that wish to ski in Selva.

The staff adds something special to your ski-holidays by providing good quality ski’s in a try-outs calm and relaxed admosphere. Its almost funntinget your ski’s and poles at that place. Assolutamente meraviglioso!

Great personal service. Staff are always happy to help. I needed my boots adjusting after first ski down to Selva from Plan and this was done without any problem. My wife and I have been hiring from Scuola 2000 since 2015 and have always been impressed with the service.

Very fast and easy rental after booing online. Great service to get equipment delivered to and picked up from hotel. Some of the equipment was not in best (decorative) state - however material as such was adequate and of good quality. Overall a Good experience.

As i had booked the équipement first, i could not get a discount which you would usuàlly get on the équipement for lessons. To the point, Excelent staff. Cooperation with our Hotel Armin gave us a super service while bringing the skis to the hotel. Everything worked fine, all three of us were very happy! We will defenately come back to you and Hotel Armin!

I can really recommend Hire Ski 2000. They were quick to answer all enquires before we arrived, and they were extremely service minded and went the extra mile to make sure our three day bike rental was the best possible experience. They even washed our bikes at the end of each day.

I rented a snowboard from the top tier. The looks where not great, very worn board that has been used many times before. Also one of the straps was almost coming off. After a visit to the store they fixed the (almost) broken strap and where very nice during the process.

First time ever with 20 yoear experience of rental skis I could select BEFOREHAND the exact skis/model/length. They were ready waiting and labelled for me in the shop. Also the skis were in excellent condition.

Finding the right skis is easy as the system knows which skis are available. And you really get the exact model you want! This is seldom seen elsewhere.

The staff and hiring process were great. The bike was a bit tatty but worked ok.

The Trek Rail 5 I rented was in perfect order & presented to me clean & well lubed.

The Staff was very helpful and understanding. I rented 2 bikes. One was OK, but the second had few malfunctions: the most irritating was the sound, that the bike was making during the ride from the beginning: it was like mixed scratching and squeezing and came from the engine or the rear axle. The front shock also made some noise and didn't work smooth. The derailleur was prepared not 100%perfect - there was a problem with changing gears from 5 to 7. The rear tyre was almost dead - maybe 1mm at the centre. Generally the bike looked like it was used a lot during the season and previous customers didn't use it with any respect. It definitely should be prepared better, especially for that price of the rental.

Fast and efficient. I got the equipment I booked. Only limited marks in the equipment as they did not have high end off-piste skis. Having said that, the skis I took were correct. The ski depot is the best i have ever seen.

Great rental experience of a great bike.

We hired four electric mountain bikes. We booked on line which was easy. The staff in the shop were friendly and helpful and the bikes were in good condition. Faultless.

We rented e-bikes and arranged a bike tour of the Alpe di Suisi with Federico. The bikes were in great condition and we had no problems with them. We were very glad we had arranged a bike tour, as when we were in Selva there was also a bike race and a lot of the usual paths were closed. But Fedetico knew alternate ways and we got up to the Alpe di Suisi just fine. Federico was also very kind to one of the teenagers in our group that was being annoying (as teens tend to be), and at the end of our tour he took us on a small detour to show us the lovely Vallunga which we would not have discovered otherwise. I really appreciated that. I highly recommend renting bikes and/or arranging a tour from Bike 2000, it was the best thing we did with our time in Selva.

Great help, we were planning to do the Sellaronda loop & visited the day before our hire. The staff were great in helping us plan the route and the direction to take. Bikes were in amazing condition and everything was included. Would hire again!!

Very smooth and easy. In the end I think I would have had the next size bike up and wasn’t given the opportunity to confirm the bike was correct. I was also unable to swap brakes to the New Zealand configuration but this was due to the limitations of Shimano brakes. Excellent otherwise.

Trouble with crank started after 2 minutes and got worse and worse. Lots of noise and I didnt dare to press on in case it would break completely. Ruined the day!

All aspects were great and very friendly, helpful staff. I know that other bike hire shops in Selva set up suspension in advance based on the rider’s weight, this might be an idea for future. Also, I would have liked flat pedals with pins rather than the small plastic ones with reflectors, which seemed as if they were from a kids’ bike,, as this impaired the grip … perhaps make it clear to customers if they are not getting standard metal flat pedals.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, and we appreciated the flexibility to switch bikes when we ran into problems. Unfortunately, the bikes were in pretty bad condition, so we had to deal with numerous issues.

Very friendly and courteous staff, and an open and clean shop. Perhaps some more accessoires MTB related would have been nice (backpack, shorts, etc). The Haibike was a good bike but there are better ones in the market. Guide Frederico was an absolute gentleman and great guide, we will definitive book him next time!

Service of bikes were perfect, everything was solved quickly, guide Luciano was Very kind, responsible, tours was adapted to our possibilities, he helped with looking for lost mobile in his private time

Das Material im September war schon recht verbraucht. Wenig Profil auf Standardrad, stark quitschende Federgabel vorne, grenzwertig wenig Bremsbelag, schleifende Hinterbremse, Akku längst nicht wie angekündigt locker ausreichend, ging grad auf...

Hallo Hire-Ski 2000-Team, rundherum fand ich Euren Service „1. Sahne „! :) Die Kommunikation per E-Mail hat wunderbar funktioniert, weil meine Fragen schnell und zufriedenstellend beantwortet wurden. Der gewünschte Hol- und Bringservice ans Hotel hat ebenso reibungslos geklappt. Vielen Dank dafür und macht weiter so!

- Mitarbeiter bei Verleih sehr freundlich - sonstiges Personal inkl. Chef eher unfreundlich - Mietmaterial sehr beschädigt - bei zweitem Umtausch 20 Euro zu verrechnen ist zu teuer - wenn Verleihmaterial gekauft werden möchte, welches sehr beschädigt ist, verlangt man fast den Neupreis, dies ist dreist

Ski sahen schon sehr gebraucht aus. Leider nicht möglich, die Kategorie noch anzupassen. Auf zwei E-Mails kam nie eine Antwort. Schade, kein guter Service, keine Beratung.

Beim 1. Tausch der geliehenen Ski, wurde mir mitgeteilt dass ein Tausch nur einmal kostenlos möglich ist. Jeder weiterer Tausch würde mit 15 Euro berechnet. Bei einer Leihdauer von 7 Tagen und einem Mietpreis von über 200 Euro ist das nicht wirklich kundenfreundlich. Hier geht einer der Hauptgründe für den Skiverleih gegenüber eigenen Ski verloren. Schade, das hat die sonst guten Rahmenbedingungen geschmälert. Ich werde beim nächsten Mal einen anderen Verleih mit besseren Bedingungen suchen.

Seit Jahren nehmen wir immer von Ihnen die Ski und sind rundum super zufrieden! Dieses Jahr sogar direkt im Hotel Granvara... herrlich! Die Ski waren wieder spitzenmässig! Dankeschön.

Super Beratung

Vermieter spricht kein deutsch. Schaltung funktioniert nicht einwandfrei. Vorderraddämpfung zu hart und mit nicht vorhanden.

Die Ausrüstung wurde kostenlos ins Hotel gebracht und dort wieder abgeholt.

Schnelle und kompetente Ausleihe, Angestellte waren trotz vieler Urlauber freundlich und ausgeglichen - jederzeit wieder!

Alles Top. Jeder Zeit wieder.

Nette Bedienung, top Ski. Toll auch, dass die Ski nach Ablauf der Leihzeit im Hotel abgeholt wurden. Wir kommen gerne wieder, danke für den guten Service.

Der Verleiher war sehr freundlich. Das Focus Fully war super in Schuss. Das Rossignol Enduro war leider nicht gut in Schuss. Gabel sackte etwas ein, die Bremsen schliffen permanent, vorne und hinten. Man konnte nicht in den höchsten Gang schalten. Bei der Rückgabe wurde uns nach der Auflistung der Mängel kein Rabatt oder Ähnliches angeboten. Nur ein "Aha okay" wurd uns entgegnet. Preis ist für ein gutes Bike okay, für so eines nicht. Ansonsten war alles super.

Noleggiato una Trek da enduro, lo pneumatico anteriore era abbastanza usurato ma accettabile. Invece sui freni.. l anteriore ha fischiato tutto il giorno. Il posteriore probabilmente da spurgare, la leva arrivava al manubrio senza frenare in modo efficace. Al rientro mi è stato detto che se ho preso gli impianti di risalita è normale che accada.. è normale per un impianto frenante non correttamente manutenuto... In una location così penso sia abbastanza scontato che vengano presi impianti di risalita.

Purtroppo la bici aveva dei difetti al motore e ai freni. Ma ci siamo organizzati e ci è stata cambiata . Tutto bene ma non mi aspettavo difetti su questo tipo di prodotto, comunque di categoria alta

Personale super efficiente e competente nel fornire spiegazioni riguardo tutto ciò che attiene al noleggio dell'attrezzatura da sci, all'uso dei mezzi pubblici per raggiungere la scuola di sci e la tipologia del comprensorio sciistico. Complimenti per la professionalità della scuola di sci che ha sede nella medesima struttura: sia noi adulti che nostro figlio di 7 anni ci siamo trovati benissimo, l'attrezzatura era comoda e di qualità! Negozio consigliatissimo!!

Bici nolleggiate per giro 4 Passi. Ebike performanti che ci hanno permesso fi effettuare il giro senza problemi

Bici da manutenere con maggiore attenzione (es. manubrio leggermente storto e ruota anteriore coi raggi da regolare).

Personale cordiale e attrezzatura perfetta, rendono senz'altro consigliabile questo noleggio bici.

Abbiamo noleggiato 3 bici elettriche per poter fare il Sella Ronda,erano nuove come in descrizione,il personale molto gentile e disponibile,negozio molto valido!

Prezzo un po’ eccessivo per il noleggio di una ebike per un solo giorno.

Di solito in quelle zone sono molto di mentalità tedesca ,e quando arriva qualcuno sempre italiano ma di una regione tipo la mia che sono in Emilia Romagna .veniamo trattati un po maluccio .be devo dire che nel vostro caso mi sono trovato accolto e rilassato come se fossi a casa mia.grazie mille per la gentilezza

Servizio ottimo e personale cortese. La qualità complessiva delle bici è migliorabile. Nel complesso per i numeri non trascurabili (13 pezzi in unica giornata) il giudizio complessivo è buono.

Non mi è stato precisato né chiarito però, mentre facevo ordine online, che l'attrezzatura deve essere ritirata nel negozio che dista 200/300 mt dall'impianto Ciampinoi nonostante abbiano il deposito proprio lì. Inoltre che era escluso il deposito (nolo armadietti). Ma nel complesso esperienza positiva

Buongiorno, ormai sono anni che passo una o più settimane a Selva e noleggio sempre qui. trovo sempre disponibilità , gentilezza e attrezzature al top! il nuovo deposito sotto al Ciampinoi poi è comodissimo!! lo consiglio vivamente

L'unica pecca il non poter tenere gli sci in deposito per il resto tutto ok.

Apprezzata la dotazione gratuita del gonfia e ripara, mentre il carica batteria della e-bike penso che debba essere incluso nel noleggio e non pagato a parte.

Super disponibili ed efficienti sia per l’organizzazione del tour (abbiamo portato un riduttore compatibile al vostro carrello) sia nel risolvere un problema con la bici sulla via de rientro. La mia bicicletta, forse un po’ vecchiotta, aveva qualche problema con il deragliatore, per cui la catena faceva molto rumore.

Ho noleggiato due biciclette elettriche per un giorno. Il sistema di prenotazione online è ottimo e molto rapido, c'è anche la possibilità di scegliere il modello di biciclette tra quelle disponibili. Purtroppo viene richiesto il pagamento anticipato e non rimborsabile. Il personale è assolutamente gentile e disponibile, l'ambiente è pulito ed accogliente, ma quello che mi ha fatto arrabbiare è che la batteria della mia bici elettrica si è scaricata dopo appena 30 km, costringendomi a pedalare senza motore per gli ultimi km. Questo mi ha fatto pensare che la bicicletta mi sia stata consegnata in non perfette condizioni (anche il cambio non era particolarmente efficiente). Quindi mi dispiace dire che la mia esperienza non è stata positiva.
