Reservation très rapide sur internet, vélo parfait , le responsable parlait français donc parfait pour les explications.Bon rapport qualité-prix pour ce gravel électrique.Suggestions: disposer de vélos de route électriques avec petites tailles pour femmes.

Bikes were in great co Dutton and pick up and drop off is easy and quick.

Excellent experience.

All round they were brilliant and I will be using them again on my next visit to Cortina.

Ho affittato una bici da corsa per la Maratona Cycling. La bici era una Basso che ho trovato molto buona e adatta alla gara. Ho notato che Snow Service ha un'ampia gamma di bici disponibili con prezzi molto ragionevoli. Tutti quelli dello staff con cui ho parlato erano gentilissimi e pronti a dare utili consigli. La prossima volta tornerò sicuramente da loro.

Our equipment was all ready to pick up the evening before staring our multi-day hike. Good quality equipment. Helpful staff who could speak English.

Staff was very friendly and prepared, equipment was ín excellent condition. The rental fees a little bit high. Ín Hungary for 26 Euro I can rent a full via ferrata set for a week.

Bike was ready immediately first thing in the morning. Staff very happy to help with adjustments to the bike. The bike ran perfectly for the 2 day rental period. Great experience!

The staff were very welcoming, courteous and helpful. The only issues we encountered were a mismatched battery charger and a couple of faulty chargers, but the staff were quick to remediate them. All in all, 'twas an excellent experience.

Guys are extra polite, know their stuff and gladly recommend track to explore! This was our second time to rent equipment, always without issues! Thank you, see you next year!

I rated the staff as poor in the first question. They were abrupt, short with us and rude. When my husband asked how to access the trail, one of the staff replied 'go straight towards the trees!" We began to 'go straight as instructed until we realized we were off the trail. We had to return to the shop and ask again how to access the trail. This time, another staff person instructed us to turn in the parking lot of a hotel to access the trail. We should've been told this from the first staff member. All this to say that the staff was less than personable with one exception, Lucca. We arrived in town the preceding evening and went directly to the shop. Lucca was very helpful and suggested a nice route for us. He helped us set up the wikiloc app with the trail information and answered all of our questions. Thank goodness we stopped in to talk with Lucca because we would never have received such helpful info from the staff we interacted with the next day. You'd have a great customer experience if all of the staff were as helpful as Lucca.

Fantastic experience with Snowservice 1 and the whole team. So helpful from start to finish with finding the best local trails, making sure we had everything we needed. The equipment was all of great quality. We would highly recommend Snowservice 1 to everyone visiting the area and want a great adventure!

Booking and pickup was super straightforward and streamlined. The owner of the store was very friendly and helpful. He even let my friend and I store our heavy packs for a few hours at his store so we could explore Cortina without needing to carry them. Very kind and much appreciated!

The bikes very very good quality and the services provided to us to get us fitted to the bikes was very fast and efficient! I would definitely recommend this service to others staying in Cortina looking to rent bikes. We were a group of 9 people and we hired road bikes. The bike shop gave us a great map of road biking routes that we used to plan our cycling days.

We booked for via ferrata kits and helmets in advance. At the rental place I only had to show the pdf version of the booking, our kits were already prepared with our name on them, thus it took literally less than a minute to get the stuff we wanted to rent. This was surprisingly fast, thank you for that! The kits were in excellent condition, seemed like band new. When we took back the stuff, the process was similarly easy and fast. Highly recommended!

all my interactions with the staff were excellent, all knowledgeable and friendly. Nice quick service. Shame you don't sell some basic cycling kit e.g. clothes, gloves, hats etc. but understand that's a different set up. Overall you were great.

Very knowledgeable staff who gave honest and informative suggestions for gear and route choice. They were happy to help us and provided quick assistance once they finished with another customer. I will rent from them again in the future.

Everything about Snow Service was excellent. The website was easy to navigate and provided detailed information about the bikes and descriptions of bike routes. Vito was very knowledgeable about what bikes my family needed and was quick to respond to all my questions by email before we arrived in Italy. He helped us choose the appropriate bikes and sizes. When we arrived, everything was ready for us and the entire staff was very helpful adjusting our bikes as necessary. Overall, it was an excellent experience.

The quality of the shop in the help on the local area it was superb! The gear was top notch and I felt very safe and comfortable using it.

The staff and shop were top notch. Very easy to work with and very accommodating. My son had a small issue with the gears on his bike, and the were extremely kind and helpful. The offered to give a huge discount because of the issue which in my opinion was the proper thing to do and turn a negative into a huge positive. They are very reputable and spoke very good English too.

Personale molto disponibile e cortese

Ho noleggiato il kit ferrata compreso di pila per fare le gallerie del lagazuoi, dopo neanche 10 min dall entrata della galleria la pila funzionava male ( si spegneva ogni minuto e la luce era scarsa) . Mi sono trovata al buio , fortunatamente c erano altri turisti che mi hanno dato una mano a scendere. Circa 1 ora di discesa cosi .Il personale ,dopo averlo comunicato ,mi ha fatto un buono di 5 euro, che non utilizzerò mai.

Avevo noleggiato una bici per la mia ragazza,la notte però è stata male e non è potuta venire con me a fare il giro in bici,sono stati gentilissimi e mi hanno rimborsato la somma comunque anche se c era scritto che non era rimborsabile

Mi si è svitato il computer per regolare la velocità e ho dovuto tenerlo in mano per 30 km... l'ho fatto presente e neanche uno sconto (e tantomeno delle scuse).

Servizio veloce e personale sempre gentile e disponibile alla ricerca di soluzioni per l’attrezzatura migliore. Da anni mi servo da loro, in inverno per gli sci e d’estate per il noleggio bici o attrezzatura per ferrate. I migliori a Cortina.

Biciclette perfette, super batteria abbiamo girato 50km in elettrico e ci sono avanzate altre 3 tacche. Personale fantastico, Tiziano e Gildo ci hanno spiegato il miglior percorso adattandolo alle nostre necessità. È stato semplicissimo trovare il nostro percorso, ed è stata l'esperienza più bella che abbiamo fatto a cortina. Grazie ragazzi , ci vedremo sicuramente la prossima estate

Bici senza guida-catena (che cadeva sullo sconnesso) e leva del freno scarica, dopo segnalazione mi è stata sostituita la bicicletta con una di livello superiore. Forse potrebbero eseguire qualche controllo in più prima di consegnare la bici.

Tutto benissimo a parte il sellino della bici ILLEGALE…troppo duro e scomodo ho male ancora dopo 3 giorni! Altri amici avevano dei sellìni decisamente più comodi. Abbiamo dovuto scambiarcele sennò sarebbe stato impossibile proseguire.

Super equipo, super material. Lo disfrutamos mucho! Y la región está perfecta para hacer bii. Alquilamos e-bikes y era lo necesario para poder hacer cicloturismo bastante lejos. Todo el equipo nos dió muy buenos consejos y erán muy simpáticos! Grazie mile!!!

Los desarrollos que llevaba la bici eran escasos para las pendientes de los puertos. Yo soy una persona entrenada y me costó mucho subir las 3 cimas de Lavaredo. Otra persona menos entrenada no hubiera subido. Mi recomendación a la tienda es que pongan más desarrollos en sus bicis. Las bicis podrían lavarlas de un cliente a otro. El trato del personal fue excelente, me cambiaron una bici por otra a mi gusto, una cannondalle por una Botechia, una cubierta pinché 4 veces y me cambiaron la cubierta, por el trato ninguna queja.

El dependiente fue muy amable. Atendió a nuestra peticion de recoger el material media hora después del cierre porque el autobús que nos llevaba a Cortina no llegaba a tiempo. Alquilamos equipo de ferratas para una semana y estaba en muy buenas condiciones. Tambien le agradezco que nos permitiera dejar la mochila en el local una hora hasta que saliera nuestro autobus. Mil gracias!!
