I had a wonderful experience. I has often a problem finding a good fit in skiboots. Andrei was very patient and showed a real interest in finding a solution for me. He was excellent, full of good tips and so accomodating - he opened the shop during his lunch for us, and again later when we need to change boots he re-opened when we arrived after closing time.

Friendly, helpful staff. However, very poor record keeping. Difficult finding our booking and on return of skis, that we had paid for the hire at the start of the holiday!

Company were flexible about length of rental and helpful about swapping boots etc. Perhaps a little more stock of upper end equipment might have improved our experience further but they were good value for money
