Wonderful shop. We interacted with three staff members from planning our bike routes to acquiring and returning our supplies. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful.

100% a positive welcoming experience even for beginners like us.

Great staff and experience. Only complaint was that the pedals didn’t have the pins that prevent shoes from slipping, but that was a minor adjustment.

The cube bikes rented were brand new and of very good quality.

The Staff at Slalom were very friendly and helpful and the EBikes were excellent.

This was a very efficient experience. I hired a private guide through Viator and then rented the bikes online from Slalom Sport. No issues with the bikes and we had a great time. I would use them again, and shopped in their store when we were done.

We rented skis. The online reservation was smooth, and our request to change the pole length was handled correctly. Every shop staff members were very kind . Due to our luggage trouble during our travel, the date of use changed from the reservation date, but they handled it without any problems. It was also great that we could start renting the skies the evening before the day we actually wanted to use them. Since it’s March, I understood that the edges of the skis were a little weak.

Very helpful staff and giving good advice in selecting skis. No problem with changing skis when ski conditions did change.

These guys really know about boots and skis. Excellent advice and post-rent support. They are recommended by the hotel I stay in and have become my go-to shop in Zermatt over the last two seasons. I highly recommend them!

One of the best rentals I've encountered over my 15+ years of skiing. The staff is very knowledgeable - came there with my friends who are not that experienced and usually have issues with boots especially but this time all of them got perfect fit boots right away. The skis I got were waxed nicely and really sharp so we had an amazing week enjoying skiing with no issues whatsoever. The rental itself looked like it had hundreds of different boot and ski models available so you'll definitely find something right for you regardless of your level. Prices were also good given Zermatt is an expensive place overall. Would definitely recommend slalom sport to everyone.

I found it online and then looked at reviews to help me decide between various rental companies. Being able to reserve jackets and ski pants in advance in the end was one of the main factors that led me to choosing.

Rented 3 e-bikes for 6 days and everything was supergood from start to finish. Very helpful staff on tips and ideas for places to go etc.

The team at Slalom Sports was very helpful in setting up our rental from the US in advance of our coming to Zermatt, including answering my many questions. Once there, they were very helpful in sizing the bikes and installing pedals and grips we brought with us. We rented two of the Scott Genius 940s which were perfect for the area around Zermatt.

Great place an fair prices. Maybe the only thing is having bikes for advanced riders. While the rental bike performed great and it would for the regular rider, The lack of tubeless tires and entry level fork/shock made for a harsh ride. The shop helped me out as much as they could.

We came to Zermatt in June and wanted to tour Glacier Palace but didn’t want to pack big winter coats for five people. Slalom Sport to the rescue! The staff were super helpful and friendly. Our coats were in excellent condition (seemed brand new) and they kept us warm in the glacier. They also gave us a few tote bags to carry everything on the way up the mountain. I highly recommend Slalom for any rental needs. They are fantastic!

the selection for my size (I am short) was limited. But the staff did a great job of getting me on a ski that worked out great for me. I would rent from them again for sure!!

Quick fitting,, after skiing a day I swapped out to a different set of skis and poles with no question asked. Would rent again as it is so much raiser renting then traveling with skis.

Booked skis on line and picked up the next morning. Done in 5 minutes.

We booked online for a 10% discount. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. We brought our own boots and the rental skis were quickly adjusted to them. Our party of 6 was in and out in 10 minutes. The skis were in great condition, very well tuned. Return was simple and fast. Excellent service.

I would recommend renting your ski equipment from Slalom Sport. I pre booked online so it was a very easy process to pick up the skis. We are intermediate skiers so booked economy skis and they were fine for us. Shop staff were very pleasant.

Friendly service and well tuned bikes. We ride similar carbon versions of the bikes we rented so everything was very familiar.

Had a great experience - loved that bikes came in different sizes and could be reserved that way on the website - no sense in renting a bike that's too small or big for you, so having choices made a huge difference.

The service was efficient and helpful.

Went on-line and searched for ski rental shops in Zermatt. Found Slalom Sports and did my reservation on-line. When I arrived the staff was very friendly and helpful. My equipment was all a perfect fit and performed even above my expectations. Return was very easy and fast. Another benefit is the location. When you leave Slalom Sports it is a close walk to the elevator and across the street to the shuttle bus that drops you off right at the lifts.

Sevice was friendly and helpful, however, the bike given to my wife was too big, even though it was a small frame and the saddle was lowered to the maximum. We should have been offered the opportunity to try a smaller bike.

Wir wurden beim Kauf von Wanderstöcken von einem älteren und sehr engagierten Herr sehr gut beraten. Als wir allerdings die Spitzenklasse E-Bike (Kosten über 100 Franken pro Tag) abholten,, musste die Übergabe offenbar utraschnell von statten gehen. Wir sind es beim Verleih gewohnt, dass man vor den Augen des Verleihers noch eine 100 m-Runde dreht, ob alles in Ordnung ist. Das war seitens des Services allerdings nicht drin. Die Fahrradglocke ist originell (den Kuhglocken in Miniatur nachgeahmt) doch um dies zu bedienen bzw. das Magnet des Klöppels zu entriegeln, muss man kurzweilig einhändig fahren, was am Berg, oft in plötzlich gefährlichen Situationen meines Erachtens ein Sicherheitsrisiko darstellt. Eine gewöhnliche Klingel am Lenker, die gemeinsam mit Bremsen bedienbar wäre, wäre für die Berge sehr viel angemessener..

Sehr unbequemer Sattel und Bike war kein Fully - ist von Vorteil auf den Bergstrassen mit grossen Steinen.

Alles perfekt, wirklich alles. Ich hätte das Material auch auswechseln und am zweiten Tag einen anderen Ski fahren können.

Freundliche kompetente Bedienung

Das Board war perfekt. Leider war der Service nicht befriedigend. Bei der Beratung war alles gut, jedoch bei der Rückgabe des Boards, war der Herr sehr forsch. Er bemängelte das ich das Board nicht komplett von dem Schnee befreite, was mir jedoch nicht zuvor auffiel. Dennoch liessen wir uns im Shop wegen einer neuen Skibrille beraten. Die Verkäuferin bemängelte jedoch vieles und lies uns kaum eine Meinungsfreiheit.

Ich habe für 3 Tage Skier gemietet. Ich konnte jeden Tag ein anderes Model testen, hervorragende Dienstleistung! Nette und sehr kompetente Angestellte!

Ich war wirklich sehr zufrieden mit dem Service und der offenheit Ihrer Mitarbeiter. Ich konnte ohne Probleme die zu engen Schuhe wechseln in der Mietzeit und durfte ein weiteres paar Ski testen. Das fand ich super! Und da ich das Material zu früh zurück gebracht habe, habe ich das Geld zurück erhalten. Auch das habe ich sehr geschätzt.

Es war alles top. Danke auch für das Entgegenkommen bei der Rückgabe vor dem reservierten Endtermin. Wenn ich ganz offen sein soll möchte ich anmerken, dass ich über den schlechten Zustand des Mietski's überrascht war. Er sah sehr verbraucht und alt aus. Zum fahren war er jedoch sehr gut präpariert.

Ich miete bei Slalom Sport seit vielen Jahren sowohl Skischuhe also auch Ski. Sie haben hochwertige Modelle als Rentals sowie als Demos. Der Service ist einmalig. Ich habe nach einem bestimmten Leihskischuh Modell gefragt, das mir gut passt, und prompt eine persoenliche Antwort auf meine Anfrage bekommen. Das Modell wurde mir zurueckgelegt, sodass Schuh und Ski schon eingestellt waren und ich nur abholen musste. Der Skischuh war absolut neuwertig. Auch als mein Ski auf der Piste vertauscht wurde, hat der Service die Vertauschung aufgeklaert und meinen Ski von einem anderen Verleih abgeholt, als er dort abgegeben wurde.

Ich leihe hier nun schon seit Jahren jedes Jahr für meine Skiwoche meine Skier. Immer prima Service, immer klasse Skier. Kann ich nur absolut empfehlen!

Empfehlenswert! Ich habe Slalom Sport im Vorfeld meines Zermatt Besuchs angeschrieben und nach einem bestimmten Ski angefragt. Dieser wurde mir bestätigt und sofort reserviert. Vor Ort hatten wir dann auf Grund der Schneelage veränderte Bedingungen und ich konnte direkt bei der Abholung einen anderen Skityp (Freeride statt Carver) auswählen. Dabei war die Beratung sehr gut, sehr freundlich und der Service perfekt. Ich hätte auch jederzeit den Ski wieder tauschen können. Wenn ich nach Zermatt komme und nochmals Ski leihen müsste, ich würde Slalom Sport wieder auswählen!

Die Reservation hat perfekt geklappt, auch der Service zwischendurch und die Rückgabe. Danke

Ich habe ein Bike gemiete, leider ist die Bremse durch umfallen durch eine 3Person kaputt gegangen. Ich dachte durch das Mieten ist eine Versicherung für solche Fälle enthalten. Dies ist ja leider nicht der Fall. Finde ich sehr schade.

L accueil à été sympathique. Malheureusement et malgré que le collaborateur ait pris la chaussure de ski (également louée) pour régler les fixations, ces dernieres avaient 3 cm de pas assez et impossible de chaussé les skis! Nous avons dû demander à plusieurs personnes sur les piste de pouvoir nous aider, finalement on a trouvé quelqu‘un. De retour au magasin, j ai expliqué le problème et aucun collaborateur a fait mine de comprendre le problème et tout le monde s en fichait ! Je ne louerai plus mes skis chez eux et ne recommande pas ce commerce

Faire une reservation sur internet pour obtenir une reduction de 10% - et lors de notre arrivée on ne trouves pas notre location et on perds plus de temps … Le contact humain est preferable - Arrêter de mettre 10% sur internet et appliqué les memes tarifs en magasin ou sur internet…
