Già conoscevo il negozio, le ciaspole erano già pronte l'unica cosa sono dovuto tornare indietro per avere il modello senza chiusura in velcro poiché erano state date agli atleti degli special olimpics

Ho affittato tavole da snowboard e scarponi per me e i miei figli. L’attrezzatura che ci è stata consegnata era nuova o in ottimo stato. Personale disponibile e attento. Esperienza assolutamente ottima.

Servizio lento durante l’ora di punta

La gentilezza e la professionalità dei due ragazzi che gestiscono il renting non ha eguali. Inoltre i prodotti che propongono sono perfetti.

Ho noleggiato recentemente due E-bike (nello specifico erano delle Scott Patron eride 920) per me e mia moglie: bici veramente ottime che consiglio assolutamente. Il personale si è dimostrato inoltre molto cortese e attento alle richieste fatte. Un idea per i proprietari: potrebbero creare una specie di "Fidelity card" e permettere sconti aggiuntivi una volta raggiunto un numero di noleggi. Spero di poter tornare a breve per un nuovo noleggio. Lorenzo

il negozio è in posizione strategica rispetto le piste di sci, l'accesso non è comodissimo, il materiale è buono e il personale disponibile.

Tutto bene tranne che l'ultimo giorno non abbiamo trovato più scarponi e sci nei loro depositi, c'era un delirio di gente e dopo 5 minuti avevamo una lezioni di sci. Si sono adoprati per darcene di nuovi... ma è stato un po' fastidioso.

Ottima esperienza, il personale con cui ho avuto a che fare e' stato molto gentile e disponibike a darci informazioni sui trail della zona.

Non si può fornire uno scarpone pessimo ad un cliente che ha richiesto e pagato attrezzatura diamond, ovvero il vostro top. Avere uno sci ottimo è totalmente inutile se si offre uno scarpone pessimo. Anche gli scarponi dovrebbero essere adeguati. Diversamente andrebbe comunicato per tempo l'indisponibilità e cosi si evita di buttare soldi e giornate di sci.

Personale cordiale e veloce. Eravamo tantissimi ma ci hanno servito in pochissimo tempo e con tanta professionalità. I migliori scii che abbia mai avuto ai piedi.

Sono andata a Sestriere per lavoro, ma ritornerò per vacanze, farò il noleggio di biciclette o sci da Marcellin

Eccellenza e competenza come sempre

Solo una pecca, dopo aver saldato (errore mio non loro) ho visto di aver pagato l'anticipo che poi non è stato scalato dal saldo. Sono 6 euro... Niente di che, per il noleggio ed il mezzo nonché la professionalità niente da dire. PS. Ricordatevi di chiedere kit riparazione.

Esperinza e disponibilità sono le caratteristiche principali che troverai in questo negozio. Sanno accogliere con lo scarpone adatto ogni richiesta particolare.

La qualità degli sci è inferiore al prezzo richiesto

Sono anni che ci rechiamo da Marcellin Sport per noleggiare la nostra attrezzatura sportiva, e da un paio di anni usiamo il servizio di prenotazione. Se prima eravamo soddisfatti ora lo siamo ancora di più: in pochi minuti abbiamo preso tutta l'attrezzatura che ci è stata consegnata con gentilezza e competenza. Grazie a tutto il team Marcellin per i loro preziosi consigli.

Cortesia e disponibilità del personale, anche quando per cause maggiori ho dovuto cancellare una prenotazione di ben 5 e-mtb. Secondo me il negozio è tra i migliori dell' Alta Valsusa, sia in inverno che in estate.

I have been a customer of MARCELLIN SPORT for the last three years and have found their customer service and personal attention to be exceptional. They are helpful and supportive with everything asked of them in both the shop and the deposit store. Thoroughly recommend.

Great price, great equipment and great service. I had the most modern boots and skis, all either brand new or very new. The shop is located in the centre and very easy to access. Online booking was super easy to use and make it very easy at pickup time.

The same is very helpful and the location is fantastic to kit isn’t as new as some of the shops that we have used previously but that location makes up for this.

Excellent Rental Store and Ski Shop. We started out renting but ended up buying skis and boots. The team members are expert and really listen to skiers' needs. Fantastic service and fair prices!

Amazing service staff were so friendly and helpful. Got all the equipment sorted quickly and professionally. Equipment was excellent quality and in very good condition had no issues whatsoever.. really helpful in explaining what skis would be more suitable and gave good advice on this. Definitely recommend.

I liked the board. But there were few options tô choose. In really, for the medium conditions that i was looking for, there was only the board that i rentes. But the staff were very nice. Waxed and diz the edge before giving me the board. That helped so much the performance at the Mountain. Thank u

The two gentlemen running the shop were courteous and professional. They were quick to help when I needed to change my ski boots giving me various options for a more comfortable fit.

The booking process was extremely easy and the staff were very helpful and accommodating. The shop stays open late which is even better when initially renting and returning equipment. Highly HIGHLY reccomend.

Wonderful shop with very helpful staff! We rented ski equipment with no previous experience. We got great help deciding what we needed and how boots needed to fit. We needed to exchange the boots to a different size, and again, the staff was incredibly helpful and nice. Strongly recommended for ski rental!

Very helpful staff, no issues with the snowboard supplied, brought my own boots, would definitely recommend using them to hire a snowboard.

The shop is right in the town centre where there is a chairlift . So it’s very convenient for those who stay in the town centre of Sestriere. Staff are very good and helpful. It’s easy and simple process and prices are competitive. Ski Equipment are good quality but quite old. I paid more for “gold” level for my son than for my silver level. But I didn’t see any difference between the two sets. Overall it’s a positive experience

Marcellin Sport couldn't have been more accomadating for my sister and I who were renting snowboards for a week. The ease of service really added to our holiday. Really friendly group of workers. 5 star out of 5!

The staff at Marcellin Sport were excellent when my daughter had a problem with the ski boots she was renting from them. They allowed her to try on several different pairs of boots, and when there was still a problem they provided a brand new pair of boots for her to use. Excellent service!

Excellent, friendly, would use again

The ski were very good in terms of quality, edge, and wax. But they were quite used, the boots as well. Strictly aesthetically speaking they looked old. The helmet was new and the adjustable poles very convenient. The staff was efficient and helpful, and everything went extremely smoothly with the online booking.

very proffesional service and good exuipment

The Marcellin staff is friendly, efficient, and have no trouble communicating in English. We rented a six-day package for a family of 4. My wife's boots turned out to be too small, hurting her feet on the first day. Next day we returned to the shop and were quickly given a larger pair of the same type. The rest of the equipment worked very well and was good quality for the price. I would definitely rent from Marcellin again.

We got perfect skis from start and a kindly proposal to sharpen them after a couple f days and so we did at Your deposit store close to the lifts. After that the skis did not act the way we wanted

Excellent family run business. No large queues so no real waiting around. Great range of equipment but most importantly, all staff super friendly and helpful. You could tell that providing a quality service and ensuring customers were happy was really important to them. Would definitely recommend and go to again!

Situation parfaite tant pour le magasin principal où j'ai loué mon équipement que pour le magasin consigne qui est tout au bord de la piste principale. Le magasin consigne pourrait être un peu rénové mais il reste le plus pratique parmi toutes les consignes. Accueil impeccable également. Je recommande.

Servizio veloce e piacevole. Arriviamo e tutto è pronto come abbiamo ordinato in base alle nostre dimensioni e peso. Attrezzatura di buona qualità. hanno anche un deposito ai piedi delle piste dove puoi lasciare gli sci ogni giorno dopo aver sciato.

Excellent service. Booked online and called in the morning after we arrived at the opening time. Boots and boards were out together in a few minutes and we were happily on our way. Great customer service and a friendly chat.

Great customer service - my skis had not been serviced when I went to collect, so they did a quick service and offered me to change skis midweek or come in for a midweek wax.

Excellent service. My skis were taken one afternoon and they replaced them immediately then phoned to let me know they had been found.
