Noi ci siamo trovati benissimo, cordialità e professionalità impeccabili! Molto elastici come servizio.

Noleggio bici eccellente, massima disponibilità e cura dei dettagli. Avevamo prenotato due e-bike di cui una con carrellino per cani, per portare con noi (per la prima volta) le mie cagnoline. Il gestore, esperto e disponibilissimo, ci ha dato tutti i consigli del caso, rendendosi anche disponibile a riprendere quel che avevamo noleggiato e restituirci il denaro se le cucciole non avessero sopportato di stare nel carrellino. E in effetti alle cagnoline il nuovo ambiente non è andato a genio.. abbiamo provato a fare un giro di venti minuti, ma abbiamo poi aderito al saggio consiglio del gestore e le abbiamo lasciate tranquille a casa mentre noi abbiamo potuto goderci una bella biciclettata senza carrellino al seguito. Bici molto belle, fornitura inclusa di casco, zainetto, acqua, lucchetto... Ottimi anche i consigli sui percorsi. Insomma: la prossima volta, a Riva del Garda prenderemo le bici sicuramente da Eric e Paul!!!

Personale cortese, possibilità di scegliere la bicicletta tra 3 marche di bici (Ottime Scelte). Nel noleggio c'è il casco, lo zaino, utensili per regolazioni e bottiglia di acqua (raro da trovare nel noleggio)

Excellent and very friendly

First time on e-bike and he gave us excellent explanation of how to use it and where to go. It was an amazing and fun experience. Highly recommend it.

"Reliable and good service. All the necessary equipment was included in the rental: backpack, bottle holder, even water bottles, and route guidance. The bikes were tested to be just right. They even arranged a suitable bike from another rental shop to meet our request. Special thanks for believing that we could handle the route to Lake Ledro – it’s definitely doable if you're used to using gears and brakes and can anticipate the climbs."

We bookede online, one day in advance. And when we came to pick up the bikes, they were already adjusted in higth and so on. Bikes fully charge, water bottle with water, also included. Helmet also included in the rent. The staff was very helpfull to inform about routes an so. If you want to rent a bike, this is definitely the place to goe.

Wir wurden sehr freundlich behandelt und als ein Service an einem der vier Fahrräder nötig wurde, ist uns ebenfalls sehr freundlich und zuverlässig geholfen worden.

Wir haben einen Kindertrailer gemietet, Eine kleine Modifikation an meinem bike war nötig - die wurde kompetent und gut gelaunt vorgenommen ,Mit ein paar kostenlosen Wasserflaschen im Anhänger und einigen Interessanten Informationen zur Umgebung ging es nach wenigen Minuten los . Die Rückgabe genauso schnell und reibungslos. Aufgrund dieser sehr positiven Erfahrung eine klare Empfehlung !!
