Velocità e facilità di utilizzo sia del sito sia nel servizio al momento del ritiro dei prodotti noleggiati. Cortesia e rapidità da parte del perosnale. Ho dato la sufficienza a pulizia odori e stato dei locali perché non è grande ed era affollato con molte scarpe nel mezzo dove si provano gli scarponi, ma preciso che è ininfluente sul servizio generale. Lo consiglio assolutamente.

Materiale scadente noleggiato. Scarponi con allaccio boa che facevano malissimo.

I rented gear for a via ferrata with my friend. The staff was friendly and helpful, the price was very appropriate and I was overall very happy. My friend who is very short (155cm) had some issues with the gear because she wasn't able to make it fit perfectly. When crossing the bridge of the via ferrata she wasn't able to secure herself in the system because otherwise she would have been dangling in the air. So unless you are very below average height I can definitely recommend renting your gear at this store. Otherwise please be very careful when selecting your gear by trying it on, asking for advice and renting at a store that offers different sizes if you notice it doesn't fit perfectly.

Booked online in advance. Our equipment was ready on arrival so we just collected paid the balance and walked out the door onto the slopes. 100% recommend booking in advance as it can be a stressful experience especially if there are kids involved. Would recommend highly

The rental service was very good. Service is accurate as booked and efficient. Equipment was tip top. Very helpful shop assistant to cater customer needs. And they can speak English very well.
