Good prices and quick and efficient service on collection. Only small issue was that one of my poles snapped whilst I was over at Sestriere. On closer inspection it had been previously taped up. But they changed my poles over with no problems when we were back in Sauze.
Old, worn boots. Skis were fine
We asked and paid for more than basic equipment, but we got the most basic gear they had. the feeling was that it won't matter what you pay for, you get the same equipment.

The staff here are only interested in volume, they have the account of Crystal Ski and are not interested in those who come in independently. The service I received was awful and when someone returned my son’s boots rather than his own, they couldn’t be bothered to let us know even though my telephone number was on the booking. I also bought the ski damage insurance due to the snow conditions but they didn’t even check the skis when returned, I guess because the ski quality was so poor anyway. This was the one disappointment of my visit to the town…don’t use these people!

I have rented skis from Maison Clataud for nearly 10 years. I have always found them to be efficient and friendly and always willing to assist with any problems.. I would not hesitate to recommend them

All went well except I had rented the skis for 7 days and not the usual 6 as the shop thought.
The staff were quick, friendly and helpful. I went for the superior skis, and honestly felt they ran better than my friend who went for the standard offering.

very helpful staff in Sportinia,we made a mistake booking on line and the staff went above and beyond to help sort out the issues.
Our equipment was actually hired from the branch at Sestriere (I had initially mistakenly booked for the Sauze branch but good pre arrival communication meant there was no problem. Had to repeat the provision of all our details despite it being provided online in advance. while the equipment was of the desired standard skis seemed to be 'hot off the slopes' and not properly prepared. However, value for money was excellent.

My ski's were taken while I was on the slopes. Kika (?) at Maison Clataud Sport was extremely helpful and did everything she could to find the ski's. I am very happy to say she was able to track them down. Thank you very much.
UNPROFESSIONAL AND LEAD TO DANGER I rented boots, skier and helmet from the shop and the skiers were not set properly. It kept falling off and the beginning and my coach had to adjust them again and he said "this was very unprofessional of them and very dangerous"
I made a reservation on the internet a few days before arriving to Maison Clataud in Sestriere, Italy. I then found out that inadvertently, I made the reservation to a different location but, they still appreciated the reservation and provided a an efficient and supportive service. After the first day of ski, my wife asked to exchange the ski boots due to some inconvenience and they gladly provided her with another pair, which served her perfectly. Kind and friendly staff.
Equipment was fine as was initial rental experience, was just a little unhappy on return when the guy receiving the equipment wouldn't even take my strap off of the skis, which I found unhelpful
We got the top rated skis from Clataud, we were not disappointed. The staff asked what we needed and provide excellent choices that suited us very well

Abbiamo affittato a Sportina. il negozio è piccolo e sembra che non ci sia molto materiale. Ho avuto difficoltà a trovare scarponi adatte a me... inoltre, non riuscivo a trovarle. I due gestori non ascoltano i clienti e non si preoccupano che tu non sia a tuo agio con la tua attrezzatura.
