The staff were patient, kind and helpful. The shop was quite busy at the time of renting but they dealt efficiently with everyone and remained calm and un-flustered. I felt happy with my boot fitting and was pleased to hear I could return and swap equipment if it didn't suit my needs.

I rented skies and purchased goggles and helmet in three separate visits to the shop, and in all my visits I was warmly welcomed and got the best possible service. It started by an excellent advise about the type of the skies for the conditions at that week, later with a careful fitting of the goggles and helmet. All made the ski experience unforgettable. Unfortunately our booking was not received and we had to go back to the Hotel to present a copy of our reservation.

Helpful, friendly staff and excellent equipment.

Very helpful staff and well oriented in what they are renting and selling. Good discussions on what equipment would be best for our purpose. However, when returning the equipment the process was chaotic and it took forever as the girl had to scan each individual part separately. This made her run from our equipment to the till and then to another desk and back again. We were 6 people so she had to repeat this process 12 times, once for each pair of skis and once for for each pair of shoes.... Other then that we were very happy and will rent from Samont again next year.

The staff were knowledgeable and friendly and we were happy with the skis. We had to wait almost an hour though - but no other issues.

Good equipment and nice knowledgable staff. Place is little too small for its business and gets easily crowded. It takes way too long time to pay for the rental. Its almost like the rental system is not tied to the cashier system.

Everything was OK, but not Excellent. Especially the waiting time for fetching the equipment was way too long (more than 1 hour).

Service was a bit slow. It took more than a half hour to prepare two snowboards who were pre-ordered. Because bindings were not available?

The online experience is a bit confusing but works well. The store it’s a bit crowded with clothes and very little space to to try and fit kit.

I had a terrible experience when collecting my preordered skis and boots for my family. It took 90minutes to collect 4 pair of skis and 3 pair of boots. We had three or four people before us in queue. The shop is small and no where to sit. My friends family came 10 minutes later and for them the process was over two hours. Three people standing behind the cashier, doing nothing. One person killing himself to distribute boots to all people in the queue. Totally stressed out. Seemed like this shop had its first day ever to rent skis.

I did prebook everything, but nothing were prepared when we came to the shop. When we finally were served by the arrogant staff, it took over two hours to find the right sizes for six skiers… A total mess in the shop - and on top of everything the staff were friendly un-friendly and had clue what they were doing.

Good value, quality equipment, friendly people

Had to return 3 times to fix issues with snowboard equipment. Once the foot strap came off while going down hill. Didn’t bother the supplier in any way.

Renting ski equipment was really simple. I pre booked online and when I arrived at the shop I had my skis within a few minutes. No waiting around. I changed my ski after one day for a shorter pair and this process was also very quick and friendly. Will definitely use this shop next time in Arabba.

Doing the online rental ahead of time was easy and led to the best experience I've had with ski rental in 20+ years of skiing. Boots fit perfect which never happens for my feet. Skis were perfect for my level.

Nice shop, nice helpful staff. Interesting collection of cloth, equipment, gear and gadgets. The offer and equipment are good. That is the primary trigger to come to your shop. Logistically the shop really need to be improved. - lack of space to queue. Continuously blocking the way for others. - lack of space to fit shoes.. The shop is so crowded that i felt uncomfortable to just look around. While I think the collection is great against interresing prices. This is a missed opportunity. I believe people are willing to spend money when the are relaxed.

Staff were very friendly and helpful and equipment was also good. We had one issue which was that our skis were not ready, despite having booked four days previously. Sport Samont had no record on their system of the booking we had made on bookyourrent.com. We had to wait more than 20 minutes on our first ski morning while the staff had to go to another location to get some of the equipment. Very disappointing.

Great equipment and helpful staff but picking up the equipment was very slow! We were standing in line for 1.5 hours to collect the skis and boots.

The staff were more than helpful, going above and beyond to ensure that my needs were met and that I was comfortable with the equipment provided. The ski equipment itself, while showing signs of previous use, was in excellent condition and very well-maintained. It performed superbly on the slopes. The quality of the equipment was amazing, it was slow compared to the one we used in the centre of the village but the quality of the product was so much more cleaner, comfy and right next to where I was staying. The staff were lovely. The room a little tight for collecting but I will 100% be using this facility next year when I book

Schade das man wenn man ein Tag im Laden verlängert dafür anstatt dem Preis für die online Buchung fast 14 Euro mehr bezahlt. Obwohl man ja keine Arbeit mehr mit raussuchen hat. Muss man halt wissen und dann immer gleich wieder online für den nächsten Tag buchen. Aber das Personal war sehr freundlich und das ausgeliehe Material gut.

Great service and excellent ski’s. I would recommend them to anybody.

We had pre-booked our ski hire, and visited at 4:30pm on a Saturday afternoon. It was very busy indeed in the shop with the queue back to the front door. The girl who served us was very quick and efficient and very pleasant. However, she didn't have the time to ask us what type of skis we wanted or needed. I had made a request for a specific length of ski. When I pointed this out to the girl she had to get me some other skis. The 2 people who were with me had their name on their skis, which were collected for them very quickly, but my specific request had obviously not been taken into account prior to my arrival. Consider checking if any special requests have been made prior to pre-allocating skis. When we collected our skis, they were placed next to the cash till for us, but as we had only seen the skis for 20 seconds beforehand, and we then had to join another queue to pay for them, it made it difficult to find our skis again as customers were being served at a furious rate, and skis were being deposited at the cash desk at quite a rate. Perhaps consider putting customers names on labels on the skis to make it easier to find them again.

The service was outstanding and the team are very professional, friendly and helpful. We will be back and can highly recommend their service. Thank you.

Keine Beratung, bestellt, Ski nicht vorhanden. Andere Ski erhalten und waren zu lang. Die Stöcke waren auch zu lang. Des Weiteren Ski einen Tag früher abgegeben und keine Erstattung. Leider keine. Weiter Empfehlung

Buongiorno, la responsabile dell’attrezzatura molto compentente ed attenta, mi ha fatto alcune domande per selezionare gli sci più idonei per me. Negozio ben fornito. Molto gentili nel tenermi la borsa degli scarponi, permettendomi di sciare immediatamente. In più, molto comodo da casa.

It is a very small shop. We were lucky to be the only ones, because they take their time. They were friendly, but not very experienced (as was our impression). Changing the shoes after a day, because they hurt, was no problem.

Der Laden ist klein und wenn viele Menschen da sind eng. Das Personal ist freundlich und arbeitet schnell.

We rented skis, boots, poles, and helmets for our family (2 children and 2 adults) for the week we were in Arabba. The staff was very friendly and helpful and made sure we understood that we could come back and swap out equipment if needed. The reservation process was easy and they had everything ready to go when we arrived.

Personal muy amable y dispuesto a satisfacer tus necesidades, únicamente que el local es un poco pequeño y el los momentos punta es un poco incómodo, pero merece la pena por la actitud del personal. Como aspecto negativo, encuentro que las botas están poco renovadas y ello conlleva que las tallas difieren mucho dependiendo de la antigüedad y los usos paulatinos. Recomiendo cambiar los botines cada dos temporadas.
