Really happy with the knowledge of the staff who were friendly and helpful. The set up was great as they already requested our height, weight etc so all the equipment was ready to go making the whole process very quick and smooth.
Very friendly and courteous staff. Equipment was high quality and well fitting. I would definitely use again.
The shop was a little busy at pick up and drop off but I know Saturdays are the busy day. Great service, friendly staff. It would be helpful to have some information about where to find the shop on the website and confirmation emails.

Great guy that runs the place, unfortunately didn’t catch his name. Really helpful and fair (replaced lost poles with no quibbles.. and helped us with bags to carry our own shoes back forth. Just a decent guy…
Very helpful staff made it really easy to pick up the skis and get going on the piste.
It's the second time we used Clataud Sport Barachin. Totally satisfied with the equipment and the service. We'll be back next time we're in Sestriere.
The personel was not friendly, the old women and a man who smokes a lot most unfriendly. Maybe it was because of the end of the skiseason and they were tired, but for my family who was looking forward for more then a year for this holiday, it was not a good contact with the Italians, its a pitty, because I heard that in Italy people are friendly....
Our ski school recommended us Maison Clataud Sport Barachin. It's a great place, the guys are super attentive and responsive. They bring all the gear outside in the morning and take it inside in the evening. All the boots are always clean and dry and very comfortable. The ski depot is right next to the pistes. Highly recommended!
Excellent equipment provided and first class service. We loved that our skis were ready for us outside the shop virtually on a slope in the morning, and that we could ski back to the shop , take off our skis and boots and everything was packed away for us. Top class service, didn’t need to lug around skis in heavy boots, especially with kids … made life so easy for us . Will definitely go back to this shop every time.

What I liked is that the equipment was provided to us very quickly and without any problems according to the preliminarily request. In the first day the employees allowed us to put our shoes in the room while we were skiing. However, when we arrived the next day it seemed that they wanted to kick-out me and my son from their premises (ski deposit was not available in this place). They even did not allow us to put our shoes in the room and requested to put it in the cold street :-( The employees were not polite and client-oriented, unfortunately.
