3 boarders in our group rented from here, we each went back several times. They originally tried to give me a board that was far too long, then the board I did get had broken bindings, they also completely ignored my requested stance angles. My partner's board also had broken bindings, and when we returned, they twice tried to fit two left bindings. The final boarder in our group also had to return his board as he had issues, and they tried to give him one with a completely massacred base, then forced him to go to the Sport shop around the corner to get it waxed. This whole ordeal has finally pushed me to buy my own board. 2 stars, as they were relatively friendly, despite the incomptence.

Very friendly, helped me save some money as the hotel I was staying at had ski storage and they knocked this off the bill. Quick and easy to get the equipment and based at the start of the ski slopes we were on the piste in no time. Happy to recommend to others and if I go back to Sestriere I will use them again
When we arrived at the rental shop they had our details ready and really efficient in setting our ski equipment up so that we could head out on to the slopes. Very friendly and helpful staff. Ski equipment was of good quality, although some of our skis didn’t have sharp enough edges, but they sorted this on the spot when requested.
I rented skis, boots and lockers for 49 people over 2 weeks. The team at Marcellin rent were superb. They are friendly and knowledgeable, this was the fastest and most efficient I have ever seen a group receive their equipment. Nothing was to much trouble. Boots great but skis were poor (sufficient rating overall)… needed to upgrade to platinum before reasonable edge. Rest of my party had the same experience. Staff were pleasant and attentive, great boots.

Per uno sciatore esperto La disponibilità di varietà di sci era scarsa in una giornata con pochissimo affollamento di sciatori. Inoltre gli sci non avevano una buona manutenzione, né lamine né sciolina, oltre ad essere molto usurati. Immagino come possano essere le condizione degli sci per principianti..
Buongiono, lei capisce che il giorno 6/1 era l'ultimo giorno delle vacanze di natale e quindi vista l'affluenza di clientela è normale che anche il giorno che ha noleggiato lei gli sci non avessimo molta scelta in quanto il nostro parco sci era noleggiato all'80%, quindi non è come dice lei una giornata con pochissimo affollamento, per noi è stata una giornata molto affollata, per quanto riguarda la preparazione degli sci non capisco perchè non ci ha fatto notare la cosa le avremo cambiato lo sci oppure avremo potuto prepararlo nel frattempo che lei svolgeva la pratica del noleggio, per quanto riguarda la qualità degli sci per principiante la prego di non fare considerazioni in quanto non ha potuto constatare la cosa e di conseguenza resta solo una sua idea. Dopo tutto comunque Marcellin Sport si scusa del disguido e siamo lieti di omaggiarla di una giornata di noleggio. Grazie Marcellin Sport

La prenotazione che avevano loro comprendeva anche il casco, che io non avevo richiesto, e pertanto di primo acchito mi hanno chiesto di pagare anche il noleggio del casco. A seguito della mia segnalazione hanno poi rivisto la prenotazione e il costo.
Ottimo noleggio in prossimità delle piste e accanto ad una scuola sci. Prezzi onesti per la località e personale molto cortese.
Attrezzature prenotate in anticipo. Tutto perfetto. Però non mi pare di aver visto gli orari per la scelta del negozio di ritiro: risultato non ho avuto modo di arrivare in tempo al negozio sulle piste

Noleggio con accesso diretto alle piste, ambiente riscaldato e pulito, accanto alla scuola sci: comodissimo! Noleggiato sci “diamond”, mi sono stati dati sci nuovi, Salomon S Max 8.
Negozio organizzato e funzionale. Avevo prenotato on line sull'altra loro sede ma non ci sono stati problemi. Veloci nella consegna e nel ritiro. Consigliato

The shop needs to close later e.g.18:30. Closing at 17:00 is too early when there is an incident., for example, lift closures due to high wind and you are in different valleys.
Excellent service as always. Had brand new boots, skis needed sharpening but done overnight and left for us in the morning. Only down side was it was very warm inside.
