The staff were rude and impatient and would not even let the children put on their ski socks to try on their boots. Worst rental shop I have been to in 20 years. I would never go back there.

The service was kind, considering and all our unusual requests were met with understanding. We recommend renting from this store!

Collected from hotel and then after use they picked up skis and boots from hotel. Can’t fault.

As always the staff were helpful and knowledgeable. The service is top class , especially collecting the equipment from the hotel on our last day .. My only comment is with the equipment which seems from old previous seasons model. Though sufficient .

Overall very good service. The space is sadly very small which meant having to wait outside to be called in. I found the collection of rentals from the hotel locker an exceptional service , which I hope you continue to offer ..

I booked online and received a discount. on arrival in resort the whole process was straightforward even though this was my first time: quick, efficient and friendly - the same handing back the equipment at the end. I would highly recommend this service.

Very friendly and helpful service, but only one type of snowboards (poor quality). Some snowboard shoe sizes (270) was missing

Staff was so rude and istead of helping were trying to create obstacles. Depot is so small, it takes too long before you receive your rentals.

Nice staff, high service over all. Excellent equipment. Might consider to add one more staff member in the morning to handle the deposit service exclusively. We well return!

I ragazzi del negozio hanno provato a propormi dei sci superiori rispetto quelli che avevo prenotato ma la loro proposta mi ha creato più confusione che altro e alla fine ho preso i sci che avevo prenotato online

Noleggiato per il secondo anno l'attrezzatura, competenza e cortesia dei ragazzi compensano la non perfezione degli sci.

Gli sci non erano al meglio, molto difficile sciare sulla neve ghiacciata

Tutto perfetto, degno di nota anche il ritiro del materiale direttamente in albergo alla fine del noleggio. Consigliatissimo

I ragazzi del noleggio sono competenti e gentili. Il materiale noleggiato in ottime condizioni. Super location proprio sotto l oberosler. Consigliatissimo. Unica cosa specificare bene sul sito che dal 38 anche se è per un bambino, si passa a tariffa junior.

Sono capitato nel pieno caos del 6 e con gentilezza e rapidità sono stato servita in poco tempo nonostante il negozio fosse pieno. L attrezzature durante i 4 giorni non ha dato alcun problema.

Staff gentilissimo e cordiale, attrezzatura top e disponibilità al cambio o al supporto nella scelta. Davvero consigliato! Torneremo

Servizio di prim’ordine, che ha compreso la consegna è il ritiro dell’attrezzatura presso l’hotel, con interazione on Line tra i diversi punti si noleggio. Attrezzatura di prima qualità, conforme a quanto richiesto in sede di prenotazione.

Gentili e organizzati. Comodo il ritiro degli sci direttamente in albergo.
