We rented 4 e-bikes for a 9 day stay in Tuscany. Bikes were great…good condition and great range. We had them delivered and staff were very friendly and helpful. I would recommend using this company if you need to rent bikes.
The staff assisted with fitting the bikes as well as explaining the route options. They were very helpful. The bikes were in very good condition. The route was nice albeit a little bumpy on the trail. The return ride on the road was much smoother. I recommend the shop for rentals and help finding a suitable ride. Beautiful country!!

La valoración no puede ser más positiva. La atención previa al alquiler fue excelente. La bicicleta estaba preparada en el momento de la recogida, me prestaron un casco y me recomentaron varias rutas muy bonitas por el Chianti. Repetiría sin dudar!

The staff were knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Rented a top-of-the-line full suspension e-bike that is hard to find for rent. A quality bike that was perfectly serviced and presented. Will definitely go back. Congratulations to the YEP team!
