I think the rental had to make it clearer to us that the equipment would not be collected at the Scuola Sci, afterall I booked the equipment through their website. In the end, I went all the way to Valbona for my classes and found out I had to go all the way down to collect the equipment. Luckily, there was another rental store up there and you alllowed me not to pay the value for the first day (which I lost) when I did get to your store at Moena. Additionally, I found out that guests from Resort Dolce Casa would be able to collect all the gear at their place... and I did inform when I booked the rental with you that I was staying there, so I don't know what happened. I admit it was my first time there, so I didn't know how everything works... if I ever go back again, probably this wouldn't happen. That is why I think thr information should be made very clear.
