We were unaware from the website or shop advertisements that we could book for less than a full day. We only needed the bikes for a few hours so we would've preferred the less expensive option and almost didn't book because we didn't want a full day. We only found out when we returned the bikes but the sales staff couldn't refund us because we booked online.

It was very simple and typical of many hotels. It was easier to book directly with the hotel. Hotel La Genzianella was perfect and the staff were amazing. We will stay there again when we return.

I only couldn't find information about repair kit rental. I sent 3 emails to find out if I'll recieve it at your rental or not and no one responded to them. At last I called to your rental and the staff answered my question.
