At the moment of booking I asked for female Eglish speaking instructor for my wife. In fact we got 2 different male, hardly speaking English instructors. Poor service.

Small shop. If you have booked online it is not clear where to go to with your booking (you can do the self check in if you haven't booked online but that is not necessary). Would be nice if there was a sign telling what to do.

The people are very nice but the equipment is not of very good quality. Furthermore we had go back for two days in a row to get the right shoes and to get the skis adjusted as they should have done when we started. 2nd time we came back the owner was not so friendly anymore and got a bit agitated. This rental service should pay more attention when they distribute the equipment to make sure everything fits and is in good order.
